Checked in for 2 nights, well many thanks to the receptionist named May who has been very patient and accommodating who helped us through our entire stay. The staff are very helpful and polite. Rooms are clean and they have provided us all what we needed. Will definitely recommend.

We had a blast yesterday. Thanks to May who’s very accomodating and she made sure that we have the best room. She offered us 3 different rooms and let us decide which one we prefer. All of our guests love the place and informed us that they will have their events in Xclusive Maples as well. All the staff we’re very helpful from reception to housekeeping and to bell boy who helped us when we’re checking out. Will surely comeback to this hotel and keep on recommending to our friends and family.

Stayed for 17 days with my family. Initially there were some issues with alot of things but 2 people who were extremely helpful were May (from guest relations) and her Manager Mr. Harish. They made sure all the complains are taken care of and I was given another room to accommodate.
May was just a message away for anything we needed and I really appreciate her initiatives and proactivety.
Will definitely visit again next year.

Everything about this place is good. I stayed there for 5 days and I must say that I was extremely happy with what they had offered. The rooms look beautiful, clean and have all the basic amenities. The services provided were good too. The food provided here was brilliant. And if you're Indian, you can order Indian food here. The quality and taste of the food is praise worthy. If you're willing to kill some time in your room by watching TV, then you might be disappointed. They don't own a dth and it's cable(local channels, I guess), which is extremely bad (which might not be a priority most of the time). Overall, I had a nice stay in this hotel.

Very nice rooms. Service is also great. Supermarket nearby, so easy to get stuff. Walking distance to nearby malls. Perfect location. Enjoyed the 7 day stay with family.
