Stayed 2 nights,Very nice location very friendly people.Breakfast was superb.. Highly recommended...

LOVED IT. They were so welcoming-I had problems with maps and I got lost and only came at ~11pm,after a friend had called the owner. His wife made me AMAZING breakfast and even put the rest of the Albanian pancakes in a tissue for me. Thank you for the stay 😍😍 You saved my night

The room was very good, with air conditioned and a very good toilet. Niko was really nice and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. The only downside was that there was a machine in the garden making noise all night long so we couldn't sleep very good. Maybe it was only that night and it doesn't happen usually.

The welcome was unbelievable!!!! The owners are amazing and the breaksfast was impressive !!! Everything are really amazing !!!!! We are traveling by motorbike and I completely recommend to you. The bed was comfortable, huge room, parking enough !!! I’m gonna repeat as soon as possible l!!!!!!

The owner is a very nice and hospitable person we slept in our tent in his backyard and got a coffee and a tea in the morning. They also can make you a delicious breakfast with homemade food but we had a lot of our stuff to eat so we didn’t take a breakfast. As a compliment we got some fresh fig fruits, vegetables from their garden and bread! Totally recommend this place for camping in Berat city if...

I had a delicious dinner in the middle of the pines with a great view of the magic lights of the city of Berat. The room was so quiet and beautiful. The service professional and the staff really welcoming.

Very nice hotel in old town house with good infrastructure (air conditioning, Wi-Fi). The owner is always available in case of questions or issues. The Corso and all sights are just a fee steps away.

It's baffling how TripAdviser managed to give this hotel a rating of 9.5. The staff are very pleasant and friendly but it is in fairly poor condition and an older style facility with half the rooms inaccessible without going outside and walking a distance up the steep street. Luggage is carried by the staff when available but otherwise had to be lugged up rather rustic stairs that are not very easy...

Good location in old part of town. Close to the path which goes up to the castle and close to the footbridge to Gorica. Breakfast was very generous although we didn't get to go on terrace was downstairs in a dark room. Room was nice, no problems. Staff are friendly. I would recommend this place. Although another time a would stay on the hill near the castle.

This is one of the old and typical houses of one of the two most old neighborhoods,located ine the beginning of a beautiful cobblestone road that brings you to Berat Castle. The rooms have an old design and architecture, with wood furniture (like table, windows, beds, chair) combined with all the necessities of an hotelroom.They are very clen and quiet, and the view of the city,river and hills is amazing...

Ace hotel. Friendly staff (even parked our car for us taking away the challenge of reversing up a tight road!) Comfortable clean room. Breakfast was included and is taken on a roof terrace that afford beautiful views. Highly recommended.

Really great location, lovely decor - very friendly family run hotel. Highly recommended - they really take care of you! For example the streets of Berat are very steep and narrow - the owner came and met us on the main road and parked our car in the hotels parking. The whole experience was very relaxing!
