Wonderfully helpful staff ..good value and central .. rooms of varying sizes breakfast buffet good with eggs made to order . Reception staff excellent and make you feel genuinely welcomed to their hotel and town. I really would struggle to fault anything

The room was great, lovely shower. We had to leave early so we received our breakfast package the evening before which was great. Nice rooftop area. Rooms were clean with comfy beds. Very close to the pickup point for komani lake service. This was the cheaper room. We also stayed the second time in the more expensive room which has a jacuzzi, fireplace (cause who doesn't need that in 30 degrees...

Location was really in the center. Room was fine, nothing exceptional. The staff was really nice. Breakfast was fine, you have options to choose from. However, it was really close to the mosque and it was really loud early in the morning.

Our stay at Kompleksi Arifi in Shkoder was just on point! We had the comfiest beds, a spacious room, fast wifi connection, a beautiful view from our balcony, a perfectly cooked breakfast every morning and the friendliest of staff! Small room but did give us a king size bed. A good location -- easy to get where you needed to be and see. Noisy-- call to prayer is right there. Breakfast was poor. Terrible coffee. Cold food. Just an ok place.

This hotel is well situated near monuments and restaurants. Unfortunately, this hotel has poor maintenance. They couldn't/wouldn't fix the air conditioning. People had to change keys/rooms because the lock mechanism wasn't working. Our room was on the main street. There was wind outside, but the only way we could feel it was to prop open the door of our room. The staff was not helpful.
