I only went to the Restaurant there. Had way better food elsewhere. Not bad indeed

So if you’re allergic or intolerant you have a problem. Poor cocktail menu, no Negroni’s!!! Nice pool in basement

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel for our work-related group event. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout our stay

And that hasn't impacted this review! It's more of a tip to anyone come to bring ear plugs! No idea about the pool, spa, etc. But it was included so can't really complain

The management was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist with every aspect of our event. The conference room was large, spacious, and fully equipped, providing the perfect environment for our sessions

Additionally, the hotel’s spa offered a relaxing retreat after a busy day. The facilities were perfectly aligned with our agenda, making it an ideal choice for business gatherings

The hotel and rooms were beautiful, all modern with great air conditioning in an excellent location close to restaurants and bars. The food was ok and the staff were all helpful

The view from the restaurant is really nice. The rooms are comfortable and the diner tasty. Great swimming pool with view. The owner organized for us the trip to the coman lake. We recommend this trip.

Good location near the main road for Montenegro and close to Scadar lake, very kind owner, available safe private parking. Very interesting rooms, each one is different, decorated with special lights.

We arrived during the night and stayed until the morning. We found a very clean room, with a big shower and bathroom, nice owners. The quality-price relationship is really good.

You will be in the main pedestrian street The car park is just 1 block around The owners are friendly and smiley just like every Albanians and you feel welcome I had a very nice breakfast The rooms are well furnished and confortable and think it is a really good value

Best value for the money in Shkodër

The hotelroom was very big, with a very nice bathroom. The hotel was a bit further from the center, but still close enough to walk there (20 minutes).

Staff were extremely helpful. Most spoke fluent Italian.

I booked this hotel because it advertised as having a swimming pool. It does, but was closed whilst we visited and apparently is closed most of the time. The public areas are very lavish

Some of the bathroom fittings, like the towel racks, were a bit loose. The shower in a bath is a big step out and I guess the bathroom fittings were nearby grip points. Wifi access and speed was fine

Breakfast was fine, a standard continental breakfast set of options. The pool and spa didn’t appear to be operational

This is a beautiful hotel right in the center of the city. A grand lobby with classical style decoration is very impressive. The room is well equipped and the bathroom is good in condition

We were in this hotel for 3 days and it was everything excellent. The rooms were clean and everything in order. Front desk very nice and also the service very professional

The most welcoming, friendly staff I’ve ever encountered in all my travels. Plus, the most amazingly comfy beds and a wonderful breakfast! What an amazing country Albania is! Certainly exceeded my expectations by miles!

The hotel is right at the intersection of the pedestrian street, which is great. It felt good to walk around the pedestrian street after breakfast. I felt very comfortable watching people coming and going

Our stay at Kompleksi Arifi in Shkoder was just on point! We had the comfiest beds, a spacious room, fast wifi connection, a beautiful view from our balcony, a perfectly cooked breakfast every morning and the friendliest of staff! They helped whenever we needed anything, and for that we would like to say a massive thank you 🙏 Proper Albanian 🇦🇱 hospitality Also really cool location with many bars...

The location- walking distance from all city sites including the castle and the city center. We would really recommend Kompleksi Arifi to anyone visiting Shkoder! Thank you guys, you made our stay simply amazing 🙏 😍

The breakfast is lovely and you have kind hearted cooks who serve you fresh breakfast with a lovely smile! On our way back from the Alps, my husband fell very ill and we changed our travel plans to rest at Red Bricks hotel as that is the trust we developed over one night stay

The hotel is in a great location and the rooms were sufficiently quiet and sound-proofed that I wasn’t woken by the amplified call-to-prayer coming from the nearby mosque, which has been a problem in other Albanian places

Nothing was too much trouble for Gledjys or Yolande and the others, from sending up a small jug of milk for a cup of tea to restaurant recommendations to helping find a good hotel in our next destination

The columns within the rooms added a unique style to this hotel, however they were just a little too large to practice my pole dancing skills. The rooms were clean and the beds amazeballs

She helped me with mild dinner preparation for my husband although the kitchen was closed; she was by my side for hours together assisting me with everything I needed
