Beautiful design outside as well as the interior decor. Relaxing patterns, friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms. I loved the backyard garden too with all the roses, the tangerine and orange tree. The food was fresh and tasty. I would definitely come back when visiting Shkodra again.

I have stayed at this fabulous boutique hotel 7 times now over the last year. It is without exception the best value and best presented hotel in Shkoder. The best " European" breakfast in town. The staff speak English well and the manager will do most things to naked your stay as pleasant as possible. Sadly no English TV channels but I guess the cost is to much.... personally I would be happy to...

Our stay at Kompleksi Arifi in Shkoder was just on point! We had the comfiest beds, a spacious room, fast wifi connection, a beautiful view from our balcony, a perfectly cooked breakfast every morning and the friendliest of staff! Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations! Great and hospitable staff who were all amazingly nice to us 🥰 And the beds and the room- so comfortable! We really felt like being at home. Very beautiful setting in an old Ottoman house, with a leafy cobblestoned courtyard. The rooms in the new addition to the building are more modern but lack a bit in charm.

Was very pleased with the hospitality of the family owned hotel. It was a spectacular experience to sleep in the very well maintained and 400 year old room of Albania's hero and famous Renaissance poet, Filip Shiroka. Food was really good, local and organic.

Hotel itself is one of the reasons I will be visiting Shkodra again. Design is detail oriented, everything is clean and well maintained, breakfast is fresh and balanced, and staff is very friendly and helpful.

This magnificent hotel is located in the centre of Shkodra and yet you hardly hear the noise of the city.It has a exquisite facility and and the service is very good.The breakfast was very good and every ingredient was top quality.For me it was flawless,I really recommend this hotel

We arrived during the night and stayed until the morning. We found a very clean room, with a big shower and bathroom, nice owners. The quality-price relationship is really good.

Good location near the main road for Montenegro and close to Scadar lake, very kind owner, available safe private parking. Very interesting rooms, each one is different, decorated with special lights.

Quite nice hotel, friendly staff, very good location, clean white hotel bed linen, underground parking included in the price. The only problem was with water pressure and temperature, for a while fine, another while not, couldn't figure it out.

Great location and reasonable price. The hotel does not have a restaurant, so for breakfast you have to go to a nearby restaurant. This can be difficult early in the morning. The hotel is very noisy (doors slamming, toilets flushing, people in the hallway and at the reception).
