The room was great, lovely shower. We had to leave early so we received our breakfast package the evening before which was great. Nice rooftop area. Rooms were clean with comfy beds. Very close to the pickup point for komani lake service. This was the cheaper room. We also stayed the second time in the more expensive room which has a jacuzzi, fireplace (cause who doesn't need that in 30 degrees...

Location was really in the center. Room was fine, nothing exceptional. The staff was really nice. Breakfast was fine, you have options to choose from. However, it was really close to the mosque and it was really loud early in the morning.

This hotel is a great place to stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would recommend it everyone.

Brand new hotel. Located on the upper floors with a restaurant. Tasty food. Friendly staff. Don't go to Google - it leads to the top, which is wrong. You need to continue along the main road and turn right at the roundabout - along the pedestrian zone to the parking lot

I only went to the Bar .. Beautiful place to have a coffee and even have a cocktail in a very elegant setting. I will gladly come back. I highly recommend it

Brilliant, receptionists & waitress were brilliant, Niko at the restaurant is a great guy and very knowledgeable and educated person, recommended the best food and wine and we we’re satisfied with it.

Beautiful design outside as well as the interior decor. Relaxing patterns, friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms. I loved the backyard garden too with all the roses, the tangerine and orange tree. The food was fresh and tasty. I would definitely come back when visiting Shkodra again.

I have stayed at this fabulous boutique hotel 7 times now over the last year. It is without exception the best value and best presented hotel in Shkoder. The best " European" breakfast in town. The staff speak English well and the manager will do most things to naked your stay as pleasant as possible. Sadly no English TV channels but I guess the cost is to much.... personally I would be happy to...

Hotel is located in one of the best areas in center of the city of Shkoder. Rooms are spacious and well furnished, probably is time for a retouch in the showers. Breakfast is included and the service personnel is very accommodating. There is a pool and SPA that we didn’t attend. Thanks!

Stayed here 1 night unsure of our travel plans next. The hotel is a bit outdated but they make up for it with great service and the breakfast. Special thanks to emmanual from the reception who went above and beyond for us to arrange a last minute taxi to Theth and to ensure that our car could stay parked at the hotel while we were in the mountains, thanks!!

The most welcoming, friendly staff I’ve ever encountered in all my travels. Plus, the most amazingly comfy beds and a wonderful breakfast! What an amazing country Albania is! Certainly exceeded my expectations by miles!

Our stay at Kompleksi Arifi in Shkoder was just on point! We had the comfiest beds, a spacious room, fast wifi connection, a beautiful view from our balcony, a perfectly cooked breakfast every morning and the friendliest of staff! The room I stayed in was really beautiful and looked quite stylish. The air conditioning, WiFi, and everything else worked perfectly. The room was clean, and I especially loved the restaurant area. Moly was an exceptional hostess. She even contacted us via WhatsApp to prepare our room for arrival. We had the top floor room overlooking the area and it truly felt like royalty. Very beautiful setting in an old Ottoman house, with a leafy cobblestoned courtyard. The rooms in the new addition to the building are more modern but lack a bit in charm.

Was very pleased with the hospitality of the family owned hotel. It was a spectacular experience to sleep in the very well maintained and 400 year old room of Albania's hero and famous Renaissance poet, Filip Shiroka. Food was really good, local and organic.

Nice hotel near the city center. There was a big insect flying in my room. When I went to Reception and asked for help, a gentleman immediately killed that creature. Special thanks to all team for excellent service. Breakfast was delicious.

It is in a well-accessible location, impeccable, it was 79 euros for 2 people with breakfast, which was very plentiful and delicious, we had breakfast on the terrace, where you could smoke, but since there was no Visa card, we could pay with cash.
