Small room but did give us a king size bed. A good location -- easy to get where you needed to be and see. Noisy-- call to prayer is right there. Breakfast was poor. Terrible coffee. Cold food. Just an ok place.

I booked this hotel because it advertised as having a swimming pool. It does, but was closed whilst we visited and apparently is closed most of the time. The public areas are very lavish. Rooms are on the small side…certainly not 5 stars. Staff very helpful.

Located in the centre of town is a very plush offering. The lobby is all marble, chandeliers and velvet furniture. This extends to the room filled with big dark wood coloured furniture and marble bathroom. Our room had a view over the park and lots of natural light. We were in this hotel for 3 days and it was everything excellent. The rooms were clean and everything in order. Front desk very nice and also the service very professional. I highly recommend this hotel for who want to visit Shkoder you are in the heart of the city.

Internet doesn't work. Alarm system was on on that floor in the morning and no one did anything. I tried to call the reception but there's was no phone in the room to call the reception. I had my dinner at the hotel and the view from the restaurant is great.

This hotel is well situated near monuments and restaurants. Unfortunately, this hotel has poor maintenance. They couldn't/wouldn't fix the air conditioning. People had to change keys/rooms because the lock mechanism wasn't working. Our room was on the main street. There was wind outside, but the only way we could feel it was to prop open the door of our room. The staff was not helpful.

Our favorite spot every time we’re in Shkodër! It’s a must. The food is always delicious and never disappoints. The staff are super kind and friendly, and the place itself is full of charm, an old traditional building that makes the whole experience even better. The hotel is charming with a lovely restaurant in the courtyard and comfortable beds. The downside were the bathrooms - there was a terrible smell in all 3 of the bathrooms (we had a single and two double rooms). In the single room the toilet and shower were in a glassed off cubicle. Great value, small, clean and quite hotel with exceptional service. Sead at the reception was great and very helpful. During the night it was a heavy storm so the whole Shkodër was with no electricity until the next day. They brought to bottle of hot water so I can have a wash. The breakfast was fantastic, home made jam, eggs, butter and white cheese with a great Turkish coffee. Highly recommended

It is a budget hotel very close to the center of Shkodër. I stayed for two nights here. The room was okay but the breakfast is included in the price of room. The hotel is in a old family owned building which is beautiful but rooms require some renovations. I really liked the breakfast which was tasty and of good portion size.

Fantastic location right in the center and close to where the bus from Tirana drops you off. You can leave luggage there for your hike in Valbona. They were so nice and helpful with information. Comfortable and clean room. Modest accommodations in an old building that are equal to the low price. Highly recommend for a place to stay on your way to Valbona.

We stay at this hotel. It is close to the buses when you arrive and when you leave if travelling by bus. The rooms are very clean, nice bed, linen, view .
