This hotel is well situated near monuments and restaurants. Unfortunately, this hotel has poor maintenance. They couldn't/wouldn't fix the air conditioning. People had to change keys/rooms because the lock mechanism wasn't working. Our room was on the main street. There was wind outside, but the only way we could feel it was to prop open the door of our room. The staff was not helpful.

I booked this hotel because it advertised as having a swimming pool. It does, but was closed whilst we visited and apparently is closed most of the time. The public areas are very lavish. Rooms are on the small side…certainly not 5 stars. Staff very helpful.

Located in the centre of town is a very plush offering. The lobby is all marble, chandeliers and velvet furniture. A nice, clean, comfortable hotel where we stayed in Albania - Shkodra / Shkoder. Location is very good. Very close to the market and places to visit. Food and breakfast are good. The staff is caring. They have an eggplant soup, we liked it very much.

Small room but did give us a king size bed. A good location -- easy to get where you needed to be and see. Noisy-- call to prayer is right there. Breakfast was poor. Terrible coffee. Cold food. Just an ok place.

Location was really in the center. Room was fine, nothing exceptional. The staff was really nice. Breakfast was fine, you have options to choose from. However, it was really close to the mosque and it was really loud early in the morning.

Brand new hotel. Located on the upper floors with a restaurant. Tasty food. Friendly staff. Don't go to Google - it leads to the top, which is wrong. You need to continue along the main road and turn right at the roundabout - along the pedestrian zone to the parking lot

We stayed at this hotel before and after our Valbona-Theth hike. They let us store our luggage there, which was nice. We stayed in two different rooms. The first one was really nice, but the AC was not working. The bathroom in the second room could have used some repairs, and had a leaky sink. However, the AC in that room was working. The location was great!

For the money, this hotel offers a nice room: modern design and clean. Bed and beddings are comfortable. We stay at this hotel. It is close to the buses when you arrive and when you leave if travelling by bus. The rooms are very clean, nice bed, linen, view . The washroom is clean and has very good lighting with lots of hot water. It’s a short walk to the Pedestrian st. Lots of restaurant and shops around. It has a large restaurant.
