This hotel is well situated near monuments and restaurants. Unfortunately, this hotel has poor maintenance. They couldn't/wouldn't fix the air conditioning. People had to change keys/rooms because the lock mechanism wasn't working. Our room was on the main street. There was wind outside, but the only way we could feel it was to prop open the door of our room. The staff was not helpful.

The hotel and rooms were beautiful, all modern with great air conditioning in an excellent location close to restaurants and bars . The food was ok and the staff were all helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if we were in the area again

Brilliant, receptionists & waitress were brilliant, Niko at the restaurant is a great guy and very knowledgeable and educated person, recommended the best food and wine and we we’re satisfied with it.

Small room but did give us a king size bed. A good location -- easy to get where you needed to be and see. Noisy-- call to prayer is right there. Breakfast was poor. Terrible coffee. Cold food. Just an ok place.

I booked this hotel because it advertised as having a swimming pool. It does, but was closed whilst we visited and apparently is closed most of the time. The public areas are very lavish. Rooms are on the small side…certainly not 5 stars. Staff very helpful.

Located in the centre of town is a very plush offering. The lobby is all marble, chandeliers and velvet furniture. This extends to the room filled with big dark wood coloured furniture and marble bathroom. Our room had a view over the park and lots of natural light. We were in this hotel for 3 days and it was everything excellent. The rooms were clean and everything in order. Front desk very nice and also the service very professional. I highly recommend this hotel for who want to visit Shkoder you are in the heart of the city.

This is a beautiful hotel right in the center of the city. A grand lobby with classical style decoration is very impressive. The room is well equipped and the bathroom is good in condition. Location was really in the center. Room was fine, nothing exceptional. The staff was really nice. Breakfast was fine, you have options to choose from. However, it was really close to the mosque and it was really loud early in the morning.

Brand new hotel. Located on the upper floors with a restaurant. Tasty food. Friendly staff. Don't go to Google - it leads to the top, which is wrong. You need to continue along the main road and turn right at the roundabout - along the pedestrian zone to the parking lot

We stayed at this hotel before and after our Valbona-Theth hike. They let us store our luggage there, which was nice. We stayed in two different rooms. The first one was really nice, but the AC was not working. The bathroom in the second room could have used some repairs, and had a leaky sink. However, the AC in that room was working. The location was great!

Excellent value stay in Skroder Very well located hotel hidden down back street near centre of town. Plenty parking spaces in private hotel parking opposite hotel entrance. Walking distance to pedestrian street in town centre. Excellent quality and comfortable room. Quiet location.

For the money, this hotel offers a nice room: modern design and clean. Bed and beddings are comfortable. We stay at this hotel. It is close to the buses when you arrive and when you leave if travelling by bus. The rooms are very clean, nice bed, linen, view . The washroom is clean and has very good lighting with lots of hot water. It’s a short walk to the Pedestrian st. Lots of restaurant and shops around. It has a large restaurant. Breakfast has lots of variety, coffee is excellent.

Breakfast was the worse we had in three weeks in Eastern Balkans, no fresh fruit, limited hot items, just nothing interesting; seems like it was going after tour groups with a low price and saving on breakfast costs. It just like entering a time tunnel to a retro period. The interior of the hotel is something that i haven't seen for a long time. It is a strategic hotel and close to a mosque. The room for 3 of us is quite big overlooking to the main road. The breakfast is good with a good choice.
