Haris Hotel in Vlore

Avoid this hotel , they show pictures and the reality is another , manager so rude !
We try to talk with the manger to arrange and agree for a solution but was so rude
Shower with mold , blanket dirty, towel in poor condition everything is terrible

I recently had a very frustrating experience with Harris Hotel that left a lasting negative impression. I had booked two rooms at the hotel, and when I made the reservation, the rooms were clearly marked as AVAILABLE. Everything seemed to be in order. However, upon arrival, I was shocked to find out that the hotel had CANCELED our reservation without any prior notice or explanation.

What made this even worse was that the property NEVER INFORMED US of the cancellation. We only discovered this when we arrived.Instead, we were left stranded with no place to stay.

To add to the stress, this happened during peak tourism season, making it nearly impossible to find alternative accommodations. The area was fully booked, and the prices for any remaining options were exorbitantly high. We spent hours frantically searching for a new place to stay, but options were either unavailable or far beyond our budget.

This experience was not just inconvenient—it was unacceptable. The lack of communication from Harris Hotel and the careless handling of our reservation left us scrambling at the last minute. I wouldn’t recommend trusting them with any future bookings, especially during busy travel periods.

The booking we made was cancelled and no heads up regarding the cancellation from the hotel itself. Upon arrival all we found was a rude cold reply of “what can I do” and “I don’t know why you were not notified about the cancellation”. Apparently if you book for only one night, the booking will be cancelled, which is nowhere to be seen as a rule or condition. Petty attitude and no help at all, they’ll just leave you stranded even if it’s their fault for the cancelled booking.

My son booked in 28/8/17 checked out 29/8/16 did not even stay in room moved to us slept on our settee, other sites saying this hotel full not a chance even when moved out hotel not fit to let dogs stay.

In this otel, they dont care your problem even its about the otel😂 Rude people the owners. They are a family of 3 making all reception & stuff. We had no hot water in the shower and asked about it. After trying 2 times and its not happening, the answers we got: Okey, what can i do! Bye! 😂😂 very funny, shocking and annoying that he doesnt care we dont have hot water in his hotel. Even not responding SOMETHING VERY EASY like: i am sorry. Or thinking about solutions/ explaining the hotel is all full ecc. nothing, just leaving with his poker face as always. After we react him, says even **contunue discussion** AND CANCELLING OUR RESERVATION ON BOOKING TO AVOID OUR REVIEW:) So we had the room paid, done cold shower. but no booking on *********** to make comments:))) In breakfast, we asked it and he answers without even looking to us . good comedy Even they were telling us to leave at 10.02 even the checkout at 11 pm. *he puts 5€ commission if you wanna pay by card :)

Did not stay in the hotel but booked a day tour.

Very unfriendly receptionist and tourist trap!

Agreed on a group boat tour for €35 per person (which is quite high for albanian prices) including drinks and snacks. Since we were with 7 persons already and nobody else joined it happened to be a private tour. However, we did not get any drinks or snacks, we were just dropped off on an island and brought back and then got charged for a private tour (€350). When we did not want to pay more than agreed on, we got shouted at and he threatened to call the police..
