The hotel is good. The place is beautiful, but now there is construction there and there is no beach. But through the tunnel, a magnificent beach! And the Ionian Sea is generally beyond praise! For those who are not afraid of walking, everything is great! Oh, and there's a pool. But with such a sea, a swimming pool...... Everyone will find what they want!

The location of the hotel is ideal for a family holiday. Its own small beach and pool. There is a paid beach nearby, 4 € for 2 sun loungers and an umbrella for the day. Free Wi-Fi everywhere. Inexpensive and very tasty cuisine. Kind, helpful people. Not a rich, inexpensive and very beautiful country.

I stayed here with my friends for one week. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had during my holidays. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. There are steps straight down to the water which were amazing - it made swimming very easy! But the wifi hardly worked in our room, only in the hallway and common rooms. A very nice hotel with a great location. 20 minutes from the big city of Vlore (!! During rush hour the traffic will most likely double your travel time!!) friendly staff and a nice pool for the kids. When asked if a room with sea view could be provided the owner promptly changed our room to one with the requested view. All in all 10/10

Pictures in booking platforms are old and not updated. There are renovated rooms and size is great. Probably the only hotel with its own pool and lower rate. Perfect venue from the beginning of tourist strip avenue. Bathrooms drain can improve. Closest to all the boat tours

No idea what all the negative reviews are on about. We booked a surprise trip and feared the worst when we saw the reviews. When we arrived the hotel room was great, the view was amazing. Breakfast was the best breakfast we had all week. Staff was very kind and friendly. Hotel had a very modern look and had a safe parking space.

The room for two is spacious, the bed is comfortable. Towels and bed linen are changed every day. There is no refrigerator. There is air conditioning and it works well) There is a promenade next to the hotel, along which you can walk to the beach in about ten minutes. There are paid sun loungers on the beach, 250 Albanian money. The hotel breakfast is poor and the coffee is disgusting.

Hidden gem, we stayed in room 106 .. If you want a super comfortable bed ( super comfortable), great service, great breakfast at a reasonable price , them look no further. Don't let the area discourage, the hotel is new and modern with superfast Internet.

Nice to be a bit out of town, it gets busy in the summer. Take a taxi into town to enjoy the shops and restaurants. Beautiful view from many rooms. Breakfast is good. The onsite restaurant is great. Roof top lounge is a nice setting to unwind. The kids love the pools.

Real Hotel is the only place to stay in this city. Because the other hotels are in the center, and it is noisy, there are people, construction, traffic and nowhere to swim. When we walked past the city beach, we saw numerous sewage ditches carrying their "fragrant" waters to the sea. The hotel is multi-story, but only two floors are functioning. Lovely hotel by the seaside. Chose the best suite on site and I am not disappointed at all. The jacuzzi was great, the bathroom left clean and the room kept tidy at all times. The sea view was also very much welcome, despite the slight obstruction by the construction sites.

A chic hotel that pleasantly surprised with its hospitality and very polite staff. New, with clean rooms, a very pleasant smell, daily cleaning and not at all meager breakfast in the restaurant. The balcony overlooks the mountains, the city and the sea. You need to drive about 2 km to the city beach. There is a supermarket 500 m away. A very good hotel, I recommend it!!!
