The hotel is tucked-into a little enclave on the outskirt of Vlore, it is not in Vlore town. I has a nice beach across the road and superb view. I didn't enjoy the breakfast that much, but the restaurant staff -Lacking the required service background- were trying to help :) Room 402 has amazing Views.

The hotel is good. The place is beautiful, but now there is construction there and there is no beach. But through the tunnel, a magnificent beach! And the Ionian Sea is generally beyond praise! I stayed in A&G for 3 nights and hands down it's one of best hotels with one of the best managment in Albania. The owners Lorenzo and flori helped me organize a small bday dinner for my husband and they were super helpful and nice. The rooms are clean and modern with very nice balconies. The place has potential but is managed very badly. They need to invest in having a better breakfast and the toilet is not in good condition. It needs some renovations. The rooms are spacious. Had a great time in the city though.

We stayed here for 4 nights on our vacation. The location is a 5 minute drive to vlores strip of restaurants and cafes. We liked the staff and the rooms were super clean . I would suggest that they improve their breakfast (get some eggs in there :p) . It was pretty weak . Other than that ...it was a very comfortable stay and everyone who works there is very friendly .

After the last renovations, the place looks very upscale. The rooms are clean and spacious. The restaurant offers plenty of seating options and the food is very good. Parking is always challenging, but it is no different than everywhere else in the Albanian Riviera. There are steps that drop in the water. Although they are much safer than the previous option. There is a little pool for young kids...

It was a perfect weekend in Vlora, the weather and sea were great, and sleeping in a warm and cosy hotel like Ruby Palace near the Lungomare, made it even more perfect. The room was cosy and spacious, enough for my kids to feel comfortable. The staff was helpful at all time and their positivity was in quite another level. The breakfast was fresh and tasty also. Hidden gem, we stayed in room 106 .. If you want a super comfortable bed ( super comfortable), great service, great breakfast at a reasonable price , them look no further. Don't let the area discourage, the hotel is new and modern with superfast Internet.

The hotel is conveniently located in Promenade area. The receptionist was very helpful allowing us to print boarding passes for our tickets. The staff overall is qualified and very welcoming. The view from the King Suite was amazing, enjoyed beautiful sunsets every evening. There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

We rented an apartment from them. The apartment itself is two houses away from the hotel. There is parking. The apartment has two rooms, very clean. There is everything for living. A washing machine. They take your passport for the duration of the apartment rental.
