The hotel is tucked-into a little enclave on the outskirt of Vlore, it is not in Vlore town. I has a nice beach across the road and superb view. I didn't enjoy the breakfast that much, but the restaurant staff -Lacking the required service background- were trying to help :) Room 402 has amazing Views.

The hotel is good. The place is beautiful, but now there is construction there and there is no beach. But through the tunnel, a magnificent beach! And the Ionian Sea is generally beyond praise! For those who are not afraid of walking, everything is great! Oh, and there's a pool. But with such a sea, a swimming pool...... Everyone will find what they want!

The receptionist Alicia was very nice and polite, however I did not enjoy my stay. The hotel is very old and run down. It was noisy and the bed sheets were wet with stains on them. No idea what all the negative reviews are on about. We booked a surprise trip and feared the worst when we saw the reviews. When we arrived the hotel room was great, the view was amazing. We stayed here for 4 nights on our vacation. The location is a 5 minute drive to vlores strip of restaurants and cafes. We liked the staff and the rooms were super clean . I would suggest that they improve their breakfast (get some eggs in there :p) . It was pretty weak . Other than that ...it was a very comfortable stay and everyone who works there is very friendly .

A very nice hotel with a great location. 20 minutes from the big city of Vlore (!! During rush hour the traffic will most likely double your travel time!!) friendly staff and a nice pool for the kids. When asked if a room with sea view could be provided the owner promptly changed our room to one with the requested view. All in all 10/10

Nice to be a bit out of town, it gets busy in the summer. Take a taxi into town to enjoy the shops and restaurants. Beautiful view from many rooms. Breakfast is good. The onsite restaurant is great. Roof top lounge is a nice setting to unwind. The kids love the pools.

It was the best resort in the south of Albania, you could easily recognize the importance they give to the cleanness, The family suite was very large, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the water. Real Hotel is the only place to stay in this city. Because the other hotels are in the center, and it is noisy, there are people, construction, traffic and nowhere to swim. Absolutely fabulous stay at this hotel. Positioned one row back from the beach, with limited sea views, which is more than made up for by the staff. The staff are superb, nothing is too much trouble for them. There’s a great roof top pool and bar area, which gets the sun in the afternoon. The room was small, but adequate. Each room has a balcony. Breakfast was included, with lots of choice.

Lovely hotel by the seaside. Chose the best suite on site and I am not disappointed at all. The jacuzzi was great, the bathroom left clean and the room kept tidy at all times. The sea view was also very much welcome, despite the slight obstruction by the construction sites.

A really nice hotel set just back from the coast. There is currently some construction going on infront of the hotel for some new apartments, it didn't affect us at all. This hotel is modern and clean and the service is great. It is also a good location near to the sea front yet far enough away that is is quieter. The roof bar/pool is small, tables and chairs and only 8 sun beds but we never struggled to get one. The beach area is minutes away and a coupon from reception gets you free beds. A chic hotel that pleasantly surprised with its hospitality and very polite staff. New, with clean rooms, a very pleasant smell, daily cleaning and not at all meager breakfast in the restaurant. The balcony overlooks the mountains, the city and the sea. You need to drive about 2 km to the city beach. There is a supermarket 500 m away. A very good hotel, I recommend it!!!

Stayed here for a few nights during a visit to Vlore and had an amazing experience! The rooms were modern yet clean and very high quality with views both day and night to be admired with beds that were heavenly! We stayed as a family in July, taking two rooms. Staff were excellent, really good breakfast. Our room on the 7th floor had amazing views and a huge balcony. Very stylish interiors. One of the nicest features was the excellent beach club, just over the road which did a good if limited menu (mostly Pizza).
