I think that their strong side is very good cuisine, also I can't complain for room cleanliness. Also location is very nice because near the city center near nightlife, on the second side of the hotel is new park

Hotel Vlora International is excellent value for money. The place itself is very nice, boasting comfortable rooms and amenities

I didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment. Also can't comment on the fitness facilities other than that the pool was empty for some reason and the very small amount of gym equipment was out of order

All the staff I dealt with were friendly and efficient. So overall - I wouldn't say it's the most amazing hotel ever, but it was perfectly fine and I'd be happy to return

When you first go in you struggle to find the light switches and when you do, it was barely worth it - the entrance lights to the room were virtually useless

But the room was well cleaned - a couple of points could do with a little maintenance but nothing too major. The location is good and from my room I had a great sea view. Wifi - very easy to connect to and very fast

The resort were beautifully maintained, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The outdoor pool was very very clear. The food at the restaurants was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes

I had a wonderful holiday with my family at Diamond Hill Resort & SPA. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean, with rooms beautifully designed. The service was excellent – the staff was always kind and helpful

We had a great stay at Diamond Hill. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. You feel taken care of as soon as you arrive. We appreciated the location, and it's just a quick taxi ride to the city centre

We stayed here Just few days for vacation. The hotel was really good and confortabile, Also for out three years old little girl. There was a nice Place where She could play in the evening, the room was nice

The kids especially loved the playground area – it kept them entertained for hours! The structure was well-maintained, and the panoramic sea view was truly breathtaking. Highly recommended for families

The personnel was kind and friendly. At the restaurant we had delicious dinners

High quality rooms and amenities, and most importantly best views since it is right on the waterfront. And not to mention the spa and the fact that there were no screaming kids around. Very relaxing and enjoyable. A++

Marina bay is in a beautiful location on the bay of Vlora and has a stunning small private beach. The rooms (we had a 2 bedroom suite) are clean and spacious and the beds comfortable

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. However this is not a 5 star hotel / resort and a number of things need improving urgently

The excellent service, the welcoming staff, the cleanliness, the quality of the cooking are all excellent for the very pleasing price. The impressive view of the area makes the resort even more beautiful

I had a wonderful experience in this resort. The conditions, the staff and the view were all excellent. I would undoubtly give it five stars and I am considering to come back to it in the next holidays.

This place is fantastic, the price is good, the pool excellent. I read bad reviews but is totally different from what I read. The staff is friendly and nice. The try to be helpful beyond their capacity

Do not get confused with bad reviews, try it for one day if you do not believe it. I have paid double price in Italy and Turkey but did not found anything special for that price

The design, the location, the room, the pool. It was a perfect choice to book this amazing hotel. Check in was easy and quick, staff always smiling and welcoming

There is a little bit room for improvement but it is a place that next year aims to be a huge resort with many services. Do not get confused by bad reviews

Unfortunate soon a New hotel in front Will cover the view, But i would not worry, the Mountain view from the back Will forever be a stunning view to have. You can tell the hotel is only 2 years old

We only had two nights here but couldn’t complain about anything. Informative and very helpful reception staff that steered us to some great eating options, as well as telling us where to avoid

They do have a sauna and Hamamatsu in the hotel which I forgot about Have no problem recommending this place Pro’s Location to beach and promenade Car parking Cleanliness and room size Con’s Construction activity opposite

What stops this being a 5* review is; The sea view - is now blocked by a huge complex being built (not too much noise though from the build) The spa - is just a steam room and sauna, hrs of operation 5-10pm

The beach is a short walk away and is a great space on the beach. It's set in a really nice area. Our room was spacious, clean, had a nice balcony. Breakfast was also really nice. Most importantly the staff were great

We had a nightmare on our arrival as our rental car's engine failed about 20 minutes from Vlore so we plodded there. I asked front desk if we could use the phone to call the rental company to avoid phone charges

We've been here for 10 days in this magnificent hotel. Friendly staff, clean room and excellent cuisine! Hope we'll come back here in a few years.

So glad we decided to dine there because it was one of the best seafood cuisine I had ever tried. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. So sad we could not stay for longer, but will for sure go back

Parking is always challenging, but it is no different than everywhere else in the Albanian Riviera. There are steps that drop in the water. Although they are much safer than the previous option

After the last renovations, the place looks very upscale. The rooms are clean and spacious. The restaurant offers plenty of seating options and the food is very good

The room was so beautiful, perfectly clean and comfortable, and the view was brilliant. We also had the chance to have dinner in the restaurant of the hotel

Overall the experience was very good,especially the location. The Beach was beautiful and you have a reserved spot based on your hotel room. The hotel was especially good,it had two pools an outdoor and indoor one

Location is hard to find need to go via dirt road but it pays back with amazing sea view, it is wonderful. Rooms and hotel is extremely clean, we stayed 3 nights and room got cleaned/ sheets changed every day

The food was pretty good and one of the days of my stay there was live music. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here especially during this season

During this season I didn't make much use of the indoor pool,but the outdoor one was very good,it was a good temperature and there was a smaller one for toddlers or babies

It is off season so it is quite, was too cold to swim outside in the pool but you can make use of spa and the pool they have indoors for additional price

Breakfast was great, each day there was various things to eat, we did dinner in the restaurant as well, awesome food and the chefs are great

We couldn’t have asked for a more hospitable place to stay. Our room was lovely and the food was great! All the employees we met were as helpful as they could be

Excellent location, close to the promenade and lots of bars/restaurants. Smooth group check in. Room and bathroom was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Only downside I found the pillows quite hard !

A very centrally located hotel with all amenities very close by and just a short walk to the lovely sea front at Vlore. Very comfortable rooms, very clean and excellent bathroom. Choice of pillows - from hard to soft

The service was great! There’s too many stereotypes about the service but seemed like they made sure to break off any kind of that. Seafood was one of the best I’ve tried so far

Given that this is a 3 star hotel in a developing country, it is just great!!! All rooms with sea views, decent furniture and bathrooms, a beautiful, clean and well-groomed territory, a private beach and a bar on the seashore

The hotel has a private clean beach in front of the hotel. The beach has very good resturant serving good food with good price. Best staff ever making joks dancing very friendly

The second minus is the inexperience of the staff, especially the maids: for 12 days we only had a full set of towels for two, and it was such that they were not changed at all

The hotel has a good chef, although the menu in the restaurant is simple, the dishes are very tasty. The staff does not speak English well, but helps in all situations

I would suggest taking a room with no sea view as those are located in the front were the pedestrian area and bars are (loud music till midnight). Some stairs to take to the reception area and rooms

The beach is located right in front of the hotel, just need to cross the street. It is a nice sand beach and good for family's as well. Only downside is the high price of 130€ per night which is a bit too much in my eyes

The food was VERY good and the rooms were comfortable. Although a little pricey, it was definitely worth it. Would recommend staying if you are visiting Vlore. The problem is that they do not serve lunch or dinner

We were there for 3 nights. Everything was perfect, the hotel, the rooms, the cleanliness, the food, the staff, the underground parking and Vlora was a very beautiful town with a wonderful beach 🔝

Super friendly staff! Rooms are very clean. Definitely on the same level as western hotels. Parking is included in a garage next to the hotel. Beach chairs and umbrella is free for hotel guests
