No idea what all the negative reviews are on about. We booked a surprise trip and feared the worst when we saw the reviews. When we arrived the hotel room was great, the view was amazing. This resort is just wonderful. The excellent service, the welcoming staff, the cleanliness, the quality of the cooking are all excellent for the very pleasing price. The impressive view of the area makes the resort even more beautiful. We spent an unforgettable weekend with the family and we plan to return again next year.

Absolutely fabulous stay at this hotel. Positioned one row back from the beach, with limited sea views, which is more than made up for by the staff. The staff are superb, nothing is too much trouble for them. There’s a great roof top pool and bar area, which gets the sun in the afternoon. The room was small, but adequate. Each room has a balcony. Lovely hotel by the seaside. Chose the best suite on site and I am not disappointed at all. The jacuzzi was great, the bathroom left clean and the room kept tidy at all times. The sea view was also very much welcome, despite the slight obstruction by the construction sites.

I had a really good stay at Kraal. The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. The recepsionist at the front desk was super welcoming, friendly, and easy to talk to. Very clean rooms with really nice design, comfortable bed, new furniture and good look. Service is really great. We faced some issues in the room, but they were solved very quickly with exceeding our expectations. Personal is super-polite and friendly. I stayed in A&G for 3 nights and hands down it's one of best hotels with one of the best managment in Albania. Large room balcony on ground floor had great views on tall trees and good if you have mobility issues as runs straight out to pool one side and road entrance on the other. It is off season so it is quite, was too cold to swim outside in the pool but you can make use of spa and the pool they have indoors for additional price. Very nice hotel in the old town of Vlore. By car you can reach some of the best beaches in the area. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean. We had a good time.

I had food from here on 9th March. The waitress was so polite and friendly, and always ensured that we were happy with what was served. At the end, the chef personally came over and thanked us for dining from there. This was the first time that I saw something like this, and I was happy with that. Great. Confortable, clean, quiet. Very nice staff. Very good breakfast with a lot to choose and they even did a laundry for us. Also stored our bikes while we were there. Speaks English and Italian.
