This place is fantastic, the price is good, the pool excellent. I read bad reviews but is totally different from what I read. The staff is friendly and nice. The try to be helpful beyond their capacity

The design, the location, the room, the pool. It was a perfect choice to book this amazing hotel. Check in was easy and quick, staff always smiling and welcoming

Pool is great, there is another pool not functional but it does not matter there is the big pool excellent. Every day in the menu I found fish, shrimps

The excellent service, the welcoming staff, the cleanliness, the quality of the cooking are all excellent for the very pleasing price. The impressive view of the area makes the resort even more beautiful

I had a wonderful experience in this resort. The conditions, the staff and the view were all excellent. I would undoubtly give it five stars and I am considering to come back to it in the next holidays.

Do not get confused with bad reviews, try it for one day if you do not believe it. I have paid double price in Italy and Turkey but did not found anything special for that price

The service was great! There’s too many stereotypes about the service but seemed like they made sure to break off any kind of that. Seafood was one of the best I’ve tried so far

Overall the experience was very good,especially the location. The Beach was beautiful and you have a reserved spot based on your hotel room. The hotel was especially good,it had two pools an outdoor and indoor one

During this season I didn't make much use of the indoor pool,but the outdoor one was very good,it was a good temperature and there was a smaller one for toddlers or babies

It is off season so it is quite, was too cold to swim outside in the pool but you can make use of spa and the pool they have indoors for additional price

The “highlight” was live and loud music in the pool area until late at night. The receptionist rude answer about that left me speechless

Location is hard to find need to go via dirt road but it pays back with amazing sea view, it is wonderful. Rooms and hotel is extremely clean, we stayed 3 nights and room got cleaned/ sheets changed every day

The food was pretty good and one of the days of my stay there was live music. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here especially during this season

This beach hotel was a treat to all of us We checked in from a long drive and are room was brilliant We settled in and we walked down the beach walk which was amazing Kids head lovely time on the pool are and was quite and relaxing Staff was lovely and friendly Room was lovely and beautiful view Thank you New York hotel for a lovely stay

The location of the hotel is ideal for a family holiday. There is a paid beach nearby, 4 € for 2 sun loungers and an umbrella for the day. Inexpensive and very tasty cuisine

It was an amazing experience staying and sleeping at this hotel! It has a great view of the sea! The hotel is near the sea You can feel the fresh aroma of the sea early in the morning! This seaside hotel is an absolute gem! Stunning ocean views, spacious and spotless rooms, and exceptional service. The fresh seafood at the restaurant was divine, and the beach just steps away made it ideal

What an experience😍 Everything was great. Since we arrived we felt very welcomed. The staff was incredible,they were so warm people. The manager was always there for us and he helped us with everything

It takes you right along the promenade and into the old town. The hotel has a lovely beach bar opposite and towels and padded sunloungers with umbrellas are complimentary for hotel guests

Stayed here for a few nights during a visit to Vlore and had an amazing experience! The rooms were modern yet clean and very high quality with views both day and night to be admired with beds that were heavenly! Breakfast was a great range of different foods with the option of warm eggs however you liked them and all food was fresh and very delicious! Having 24/7 reception was very comforting...

A beautiful hotel, overlooking the sea, at the quieter end of the lungomare, but there’s a bus stop outside of the hotel and a trip to any of the stops is 40lek

The waiters and cooks are professional and serious at work, polite and persuasive. I had a really good time and I look forward to going again

Pictures in booking platforms are old and not updated. There are renovated rooms and size is great. Probably the only hotel with its own pool and lower rate. Perfect venue from the beginning of tourist strip avenue

I didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment. Also can't comment on the fitness facilities other than that the pool was empty for some reason and the very small amount of gym equipment was out of order

No idea what all the negative reviews are on about. We booked a surprise trip and feared the worst when we saw the reviews. When we arrived the hotel room was great, the view was amazing

Our stay here was a perfect balance of luxury and wholesomeness. We used the hotel taxi to and from the hotel, everything was easy and taken care of. The view from the pool was exceptional and the sunset was beautiful

The food absolutely exceeded our expectations, my partner had meats and I enjoyed pescatarian and vegetarian options. Although there aren’t as many sun beds at the pool, we booked the hotel as we enjoy the beach

The hotel is absolutely stunning in a location about 20 mins drive away from Vlore. Nice & relaxing at the pool with great service

The only two negatives during our stay were the room safes which are not attached to the wall which meant we had to carry our valuable around with us, and the lack of air conditioning in the rooms

The infinity pool & decking cleanliness are the winning features of this property

Excellent hotel. Room was awesome, spacious and perfect on every detail. Staff was also friendly and very supportive. It does not have its own beach but you can always use several beaches nearby.

The rooftop cafeteria of hotel was great there was also a heating pool in the rooftop with a splendid view from the sea, i say breakfast was very good(i mean it :))Overall experience was perfect

Located in the shore of Vlora (perfect location),the hotel is very clean and provides u great hospitality. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very spacious and luxurious

We stayed here for 4 nights on our vacation. The location is a 5 minute drive to vlores strip of restaurants and cafes. We liked the staff and the rooms were super clean

I would suggest that they improve their breakfast (get some eggs in there :p). it was a very comfortable stay and everyone who works there is very friendly

I do not recommend entering the sea for children as there are stairs, but children can have fun in the pool. For a few hours it is possible go well

One guy owed change, so on the third day he found me and gave it to me! Just five stars ***** in the review! I recommend it to those who are not a fan of the Egyptian and Turkish all-cluset with cheap swill and gorging on the ball of our Russian-speaking tourists

Super hotel, not the coolest in Albania, but quite worthy! The vacation passed quickly, pleasantly, unobtrusively, and the desire remained, like the aftertaste after a good whiskey, to return again

When asked if a room with sea view could be provided the owner promptly changed our room to one with the requested view

Given that this is a 3 star hotel in a developing country, it is just great!!! All rooms with sea views, decent furniture and bathrooms, a beautiful, clean and well-groomed territory, a private beach and a bar on the seashore

Real Hotel is the only place to stay in this city. Because the other hotels are in the center, and it is noisy, there are people, construction, traffic and nowhere to swim

When we walked past the city beach, we saw numerous sewage ditches carrying their "fragrant" waters to the sea. The hotel is multi-story, but only two floors are functioning. The rest are still unfinished
