The location is a bit far from city if u don’t have a car but can call 13cab to go somewhere. It’s surrounded by Coles and many restaurants. Also has a park nearby. Cleanliness is very good! Really lovely hotel, it was a little out from Airlie beach centre but the shuttle bus was perfect and not very expensive! The only thing was it wasn’t always that frequent but this is not the hotels fault! It was a great stay, really friendly staff and clean throughout.

We stayed at the resort 5 days and its good location walking distance to Woolworths and the town centre. Size of the apartment was good for a family. Downside the apartment was a bit dated and could have been cleaner for paying guests. Outside balcony was really bad to walk on its not hard to give it a good wash. Mold/dirt in the bathroom corners and broken microwave.

I was on the fence about this hotel until I inquired about a 1 hour checkout extension. I was told that it would be an additional $100. Really, I paid $200 total. I was quoted that while jackhammers were heard in the background as rooms were being renovated in the hotel. The furniture is worn out and in need of replacement. The shower had mold. The key is that there is no service. Wifi didn't work either. Speechless. The swimming pool is nice, but I only took photos and didn't have a chance to experience it. Family trip, the room has a beautiful view

Took our friends from Tasmania for lunch and the food and service was excellent. The whipped fetta entree was something different and absolutely delicious. The Burger is an excellent choice, very filling and flavoursome. Top marks to the chef and table staff, we shall return. Steve.

Very close to the main street, just a few minutes walk, very convenient. There is a waiter who speaks some Chinese, very nice! The sea view is not wide enough, the facilities are relatively old, the food is not delicious, maybe it's because of different tastes. The bed smelled at night, fortunately we only booked one night and went to another hotel the next day.

The hotel has a great environment, complete facilities, and very luxurious suites. Because it is halfway up the mountain, it would be difficult to walk there, so if you drive by yourself, you can consider staying here.

If you have to go out every day and don't have a car, I don't recommend it because the transportation is not very convenient. Apart from this, the price-performance ratio is really high

Amazing location! Lagoon is 10 seconds walk. Main Street access is good Room is also adequate to be honest. Issue was with the continuous noise from all bars across the road all the way up to 3 am. I would come here again for sure, but try to get a room to the end closet to the beach. It would help with noise pollution over night.

Stayed here for a night while traveling from Yeppoon to Charters Towers. Rooms are very dated and run down. While reasonably cheap I would consider staying elsewhere and stay here only as a last resort as we did.

This is great value accommodation. Economical, and pretty close to everything. Walking distance to the bars and restaurants and to Woolworths. The place was clean and tidy and our room had a heated spa on the balcony! If you are looking for an economical place to stay, give it a go.

Great location, close to town but not too close. Also, not up any ridiculous Hills. The apartment is perfect. I wish there were some recycling facilities though. Also, our TV didn't do some of the hd channels. Those small things aside, it's a very good option and quite cost effective. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 4 nights and were very pleased with accomodation. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Close to town and marina. Was lovely to have complementary breakfast!! Good location close to the port of Airlie. Rooms. Are clean and large with all the usual bits. Staff were very friendly and helpful. You can hear a bit more noise from doors closing etc and people above you here then normal but it's not too disturbing. A must is eat at the restaurant, the food is really good.

Parking in front of unit was made unpacking bags easy.

Monica is wonderful and gave me useful info around Cannonvale and Airlie Beach. She offered me a late check out so I could still go to Airlie Beach lagoon for a good swim and showered before I took the shuttle to the airport. The room I stayed in was very clean and roomy. Don't judge this comfortable CLEAN & VERY fairly priced motel by the front entrance. I am a travelling Sales Rep. I was a bit concerned when i pulled into their driveway but SO glad i came in.
