Brisbane, 2148 Logan Road Upper Mount Gravatt 🧭 Map
Nice big room, beds were pretty comfortable. Easy to find and right across the road from mt Gravatt shopping centre.
Visiting for kids sporting event and loved our experience here, friendly staff, clean rooms that were serviced frequently, laundry options available, close to shopping centre and food options, as well as very quiet at night. The furniture was slightly dated but beds were comfortable and pillows soft. Would recommend
The location is very convenient and just the silent and clean environment
Very handy to everything in town, yet still peaceful for such a busy area near such major intersections.
Room was clean and tidy. Conveniently located across the road from Westfield. Receptionist had a bit of an attitude.
Ailsa (owner or manager) was very accommodating and helpful. The only motelier that I have come across to actually sit down and chat to the guests. Other staff members made us feel at home. Beautiful people.
The room we stayed in was beautifully cleaned. It had everything we needed.(Utensils, plates, cups, iron etc) Not being use to the Brisbane heat the cold aircon was a welcomed delight.
Only thing...

Brisbane, 389 Cornwall St (Cnr Dansie St), Greenslopes 🧭 Map
Very convenient to all spots we needed to visit. Plenty of eating options close by.
Greenslopes motor inn was excellent the staff make u feel welcome and the staff was friendly and helpful and the owner /manager could not do enough to help me out the customer service was excellent and the rooms was excellent fresh clean with clean sheets and clean Towels and excellent price and I have no fault of this place
No complaints from us. We thank you greatly for being able to accommodate us at such short notice.
One of the most convenient and suitable hotels in Brisbane. Conveniently located in the Greenslopes and with huge car park that's freely available for the guests, this place should be in the top three convenient hotels in the entire Brisbane! Yes, the place is not flashy and ostentatious, but it's convenient, comfortable, suitable, quiet, and spacious. Everything is located nearby so you are close...
Just a great little find. I have had the last 4 nights here wanting to be close to Greenslopes Private. Very Clean, nice quality bedding, air con, bathroom. Really lovely owner. Recommend highly.
Older building. Could do with some minor renovations. Comfortable and quiet.

Location is great in the heart of Sunnybank district and best price you can get in the area.
Check-in took a bit longer than expected, but not a big deal
We have stayed here before and we know the accommodation units are a bit aged, so didn't want to be too picky about it as we liked the convenience of it.
However, this time we have to speak out...
First thing after entering the room was a Big Welcome...
Although it is really shabby, probably in the style of the 50s and 60s, and the repainting is not very good, and the sound insulation is not good.
But because the location is very convenient, if there is a need, my first choice is still here, for the following reasons:
It is cleaned every day, and the laundry room is very convenient at the corner. It only costs 3 yuan per time, which is very friendly...
The location is very good, and each person has their own room service. The only thing I am not used to is that the faucet is separated into hot and cold, and the shower head is fixed, which is not easy to use.
suitable for short stays , close to lots of asian cuisines and the pub next to the hotel is awesome
Stay for 1 day business trip in Brisbane. The area is okay and excellent to stay.
Reasonable price. Affordable for backpackers.

The Islander Holiday Resort
Point Lookout, 41 Dickson Way 🧭 Map
Location, the pool was fantastic, really nice and friendly
We holiday at the islander at least once a year. Donna and Seamus are wonderful hosts and nothing is ever too difficult. We love the location right across from home beach and the large airy apartments. The tennis court and swimming pool are a wonderful bonus not found elsewhere on the islander. This is the perfect family escape for us!
A beautiful place! Spacious units. Very well maintained grounds & a great pool. Very helpful manager. We return every year & leave looking forward to our next holiday at The Islander Holiday Resort.
We love our family holidays at The Islander. The room sizes are huge, plenty of bedding and space for our family to hang out, a fully functional kitchen with everything you need and a beautiful pool and full size tennis court. The grounds are kept perfectly manicured and the pool is cleaned daily. It is honestly the best place to stay when holidaying at ‘Straddie’.
Very clean and spacious apartments with great facilities, beautiful manicured lawns, lovely staff at the front desk who are always keen to please and listen to feedback. I highly recommend the Islander.
If you are looking for an affordable holiday with everything at your fingertips look no further.
This holiday resort is an absolute gem! Near to everything and thoughtful additions such as:
+ tennis court / basketball court
+ your very own tennis rackets and balls in your room!
+ pool

#positive #I was happy with the Cleanliness of Public Areas; Good location, but very hard to get Taxi.
I waited almost a hour
Beds great and clean.
Kitchen utensils dirty.
Staff friendly and helpful
convenient hotel to stay when you are going on a cruise.
Cafe and restaurants within walking distance.
Family stay, clean basic spacious room,, good location with easy parking and plenty of dining options nearby.
Clean enough for an aged place . Close to Bus & Ferry . The room (F2 R2) is a bit patched -up , shower drips 24/7 , nice smell when you walk in , I would stay again but only for the location (re the parking , the underbuilding carpark has a very low entry point and only low to the ground can get in )
River walks and ferry. Convenient location. Dining options within walking distance. Secure parking

I'm giving this place a 5 star reason being it was so clean even though it's quite old and could do with a reno I think cleanliness over kooks is everything the service was welcoming and very handy to racecourse road for food and drinks plenty of tea and coffee so really everything you would need for a short stay
reasonably priced.
Clean rooms.
Bathroom doesn't have exhaust fan but other than that it's grt service.
Very friendly n supportive staff.
Right across River so good location for sure. Good for travellers as its near to airport too.
Would surely recommend this place. 👌
Lovely warm welcome from the manager,
He was super helpful with information we asked about..
The motel is on a super busy main road, and across the road from the ferry terminal.
The room is of the older style motels. We where in room 15. It is Spacious with river views , see photos. It had a small table, microwave and tea and coffee supplies. Shower pressure is excellent and nice hot water.
There...
Hardly any shampoo or body wash in dispensers. Air con was noisy and lift was straight out of a horror movie. Parking is tight and could hear people above having sex.
Clean economical accomodation close to Cruise Terminal. Next to city cat so easy fun trip into city. Close to airport overlooks river. Heaps of cafes and restaurants around. Run by lovely couple. Will stay again.
Lovely hotel nice clean sheets will leave key if you have late arrival around corner are lovely shops and cafe for breakfast .lovely and opposite wharf.

We stayed in the motel style rooms prior to an early flight the next day. The staff were lovely and so helpful. The room was basic but very clean and the beds were comfortable. We had our evening meal in the family bistro and the food was delicious and well priced. Bathroom was very retro but clean and water pressure was good. A touch of rust on a towel rail due to Brisbane humidity.
This place makes me think that it used to be a hostel with the way the rooms are laid out. Nonetheless for that, our room was compact but clean with sufficient complimentary stuff for a one night stay. Evening staff were extremely friendly.
Stayed here with parents sometime this year and it was a really fun experience on my part. The food was so good, I was vego at the time and after talking to one of the managers they sorted me out a really nice sandwich- they have other options too for vegans if I remember correctly. The bar was honestly so fun it’s always buzzing nicely, good drinks and prices. Saw a live music duo and a karaoke night...
The place is clean and in good location, accessibility wise.
They allowed us to leave our stuff somewhere after check out to do some shopping prior departure.
Just 1 occupant who made some dramas that woke us up in the middle of the night with their loud noises that lasted for nearly an hour and we got no one to call to in the hotel.
Nice quiet open environment in bistro, where we ordered parmas and steaks which were nice enough for the price. Sports bar is a nice set up but an interesting atmosphere. Good all round pub nothing fantastic but certainly not bad.
It isn't the best establishment in the area, considering the surrounding-block has numerous establishments with a great atmosphere. However the food is affordable and I have enjoyed every meal. They regularly have live music and each day of the week provides a discounted meal.

Was very surprised when I arrived at the standard of this hotel. It was very reasonably priced and I was expecting maybe a 3.5 star room for the price I paid so was very impressed to find I had a spacious one bedroom apartment complete with full kitchen and laundry, very luxurious bathroom and was very homely. Excellent location, straight out the door to one of the main streets of the CBD. No swimming...
I thought this hotel was good, but the facilities are really bad. Maybe the house is old. The shower water is either cold or hot. There is construction around, so there is no place to park and move luggage. You have to wait for the red light to cross the road. When I checked in, I told the front desk that I needed to check out late, but they didn't say anything. But when I checked out, the man at the...
I personally like this hotel with history. The furniture in the room is slightly damaged, which adds to the flavor of the hotel (it's a little bit...it doesn't affect the use...it's just a sign of time! Of course, I told the front desk...I'm afraid it was mistakenly thought that we damaged it). Nice place, room extra large, we booked 1 bed and 1sofa bed but they give us 2 bed and 1sofa..thanks. very comfortable to goaround. Near place theres a construction road and made a noise.but thats okay. Must try a cofee at the front hotel.
The staff at the counter are very friendly. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It’s a very comfortable experience.
It is an old British-style hotel. There are oil paintings and porcelain exhibits in the hotel corridor. The windows are sealed, resulting in poor ventilation. The room has a faint musty smell. The serviced apartment is fully equipped with pots and pans, and there is no dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Machines are complete! The service attitude of the Chinese guy is very good!

For just the real quick trip, position was ideal, comfortable bed, coffee, tea and milk. Enough for me.
The staff were very helpful and welcoming. This wasn’t a bad stay by any means- just had a certain feel to it we didn’t like. The property itself has a really strong smell of old wood and beer, which is quite a lot to get used to. The rooms are decent sized, however did find that 7 rooms to one toilet and shower was a little hard to navigate at times. The toilet also constantly had the windows locked...
Upon arrival I had to wait a while outside for them to answer the out of hours call to be able to get the code to collect my key.
Most things were clean enough, there were quite a few small insects on top of the fridge because of some leftover crumbs
This place was definitely value for money! It was in a great location, not far from the airport and the variety of different places to eat was great. We didn't really see any staff but all all amenities were clean, the floor in our room was a bit sticky and it was a bit noisy from upstairs but apart from that we couldn't really fault it.

Room was great in most perspectives. Towards the end the door handle went kaputt, but it was still manageable to open the door. The ceiling is thin, noice from upstairs room was audible clearly. A hair dryer would be nice.
Very close to airport and have free parking, room was neat and clean.
Bed was super comfy, quiet place, staff were friendly and very accommodating.
I got an old hospital vibe from the rooms, not sure if that's what it was before Ibis took over.
Bathrooms are a bit small and could do with a bit of a renovation.

Comfortable beds. Only that the towels and sheets where not change when they were supposed to be changed. They were eventually changed . It's located at a very convenient and open spot where you can get bearing from all the bustle of the CBD, make plans and travel with confidence to wherever you need to go. I plan to stay there again on my next trip. Thank you IBIS Budget.

We stayed 3 nights, ocean facing room. I love the minimalist styling. We thought the food/service was very average at Sunny’s (but maybe caught them on a busy night) close to the Redcliffe cafes, couldn’t get to the rooftop bar because of functions. Will stay again. Also good service by staff.
This is a 3 star hotel at 5 star prices. Very noisy through the walls and ceiling. Bathroom cleaning could improve. Absolutely beautiful position and Sunny’s restaurant is very good. Some sea views even from the side of the building and the top level with pool and bar is very good. What a shame the ceilings look unfinished with stains and even a boot print.
Nice food and coffee, lovely atmosphere and views, comfortable seating, friendly service. Great location. Had a high chair for our toddler and saw a couple of other young families there who all looked like they were having a good time.
We didn't stay at the hotel. Just went to the restaurant.
We recently stayed at the Sebel at Margate Beach and had a wonderful stay! The bed was really comfortable, our room had a ceiling fan (bonus!) and came with a little kitchenette with a microwave so we could easily make cereal or sandwiches in the room. Danielle at reception was so so lovely :-) Thank you so much for looking after us.
I loved staying here the staff are so lovely, the beds are comfortable and the location is amazing. Would highly recommend staying in this hotel it's got so much to do from the cafe/restaurant down stairs to the pool and bar and grill on the roof top. I loved staying here would go again!

It's just decent for its price and location. Room has started to smell but it is clean and tidy enough to feel at least some comfort. Too small for 2 persons. But shower is good.
For as cheap as this place is, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Each room has a shower, bathroom, mini fridge and air conditioning! That's all you need when your only using the room to sleep in. Was only a 4 minute walk from the main streets pubs, clubs and eateries which was sweet. Water pressure was better than 90% of the houses on the coast and room + sheets smelt freshly cleaned...
2nd room was clean and comfortable but other guests were noisey and music blasting during the day and night but you get what you pay for.
As of Jan 2018 there is a massive and very noisy construction project next to Snooze Inn. Sadly not a place to rest until that building work is done.

The room was very clean and perfectly organised. The location was ideal with few minutes drive from city & major attractions. Reception available till 10pm. Restaurant requires improvement, no selection of meals available.

Good location for an early appointment we needed to be at the following day. Baths are stained and roof when standing in bath/shower is extremely low. Beds comfy, air con. Restaurant was not open so you have to go out or uber eats for food. For $85 can't complain.
If I could give you more than 5 stars I would. Your staff is exceptional!!! Nothing was ever a problem. I had to use the 3m garage due to our car being a little big, it was never an issue to be opened every time I left or arrived. While I was here my hand brake, broke in my car. Lovely staff, willing to help with anything. Room was clean and water was nice and hot! Loved the balcony and view from our room. Thank you!
The name of this hotel should be changed from Best Western Plus to Best Western Minus. At least it will set your expectations at the right level. To start with, the location is not as central as it is touted to be. You are a good 25 minute walk from downtown Brisbane. While the walk to Brisbane is relatively easy, the walk back to the hotel is quite difficult, especially after a long day of sightseeing...

I’ve the upmost respect for both of them; working so hard and always keeping a smile on their face, and making time to assist. I would like to thank you both for everything that you’ve done for me. I’ll miss you both...
