the proximity of the mostly native vegetation to the houses. it provided privacy and immersed us in the environment. we also had interactions with a native wildlife which added to the experience
Great place to stay, central to everything we wanted to see and friendly staff. We were there for a wedding and housed a large group of us in the beach shacks and larger house, we even stayed for an extra night. Little disappointed that we weren't told there would be renovations at the time we were there but they have offered us a discount on our next stay so it made up for it. We also had friends...
Great location right opposite Home beach. Walking distance to playground, skatepark and a handful of meal options. Mexican next to the bowls club was great. Our 4 bedroom villa was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. Unfortunately the layout was a bit tricky with small kids so would not recommend it as family friendly for that reason only. (My husband had to sleep in...
What we stayed at was a villa with an en-suit master room and an upstairs bedroom, which is conveniently suitable for my family. The staff were friendly. The resort is near to Home Beach, where has a stunning evening sea view. Just a 5-min walk. A 5-min drive can take to Cylinder Beach where my daughters had surfing lesson in a morning which was full of fun. A nice stay.
We recently stayed at Allure for two nights and had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. We stayed in a family shack which backed onto the bush. The deck was a very peaceful place to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The shack was clean, and comfortable and had everything we needed. Great location, directly across from Home Beach. Thanks to the team at Allure who were all very friendly and helpful.
We stayed in shack 4. Clean and tidy. Great position. We’ll be back.

We were headed for a cruise the next day, flew in from Sydney and the location between hotel and cruise terminal was fantastic. Added bonus of shopping centre across the road.
We wanted to be close to the airport for a short stay, so great location and nice rooms, updated decor etc. The restaurant was also good, we enjoyed our meal there. The only disappointing thing was that during summer the pool was "closed for maintenance" the entire time we were there, not sure why but my daughter was very disappointed as we chose and booked this hotel partly so she could swim in the...
Great service. They even provide a travellers power plug at the reception if you ask and the staff was very kind and friendly. Breakfast variety was good and they make you a fresh omelette if you ask them nicely. Rooms are spacious and clean. One big minus is the defect pool. It does look like it's been under maintenance for a while.... The puny gym room? And the sauna that is not heated ready to...
Reception very professional and friendly. We had an issue (not related to the hotel) that the staff very kindly helped us sort out. This is a very pleasant hotel with good-sized rooms and a restaurant far better than the average airport hotel eatery (and far better than other Novotels we have recently used). If you are staying here prior to flying from the international terminal, the hotel bus...
Staff were lovely everytime we spoke. Rooms serviced so well daily that it felt like you were in a new room each day! (Thanks Lucky for always doing a wonderful job!)
If like to give a 4.5 starts for rooms, but the first run we were given just would not cool the room...at all. But the service to correct the situation was fabulous. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. Common areas were immaculate. All the staff was welcome and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, good variety of fresh fruits, gluten free items, cereals, juices, etc. Definitely recommend.

The Front Desk's service is very good, they helped us to make a call to the tourist spot in Gold Coast to facilitate us to change a booking time successfully to avoid missing travel schedule.
Terrific hotel, comfortable, clean, on site parking and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Extremely friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond to assist their guests. Breakfast is good value too. Will definitely stay here again. It is also not far from several hospitals so would be good place to stay if you’re in Brisbane for medical appointments and your from a rural area.
Excellent hotel, great service, close to South Bank and the Gabba. Very clean rooms.
Amazing service and super helpful staff. The buffet breakfast offers a selection of basic yet satisfying dishes that cover all the essentials. While the variety may not be extensive, each option is delicious and perfectly prepared, definitely worth the money.
We absolutely loved the hotel. The gentleman on the service desk was so kind and helpful. We loved the room, good size and clean and well kept. The bed was made every day and fresh towels available when we needed them. Tea and coffee sachets topped up everyday. A coffee machine in the lobby was available for free drinks any time of the day. The only thing we would have liked, was the breakfast to be...

Really great facilities, the cleaning staff were amazing and the service was the best. Huge shoutout to Mike at reception/ concierge. Mike has been an absolute legend the entire 4 week stay, regardless of time of day he always smiled, had a laugh with us and made us feel downright special. Super accommodating, considerate and kind. His actions are the little things in life you actually look back at...
If you ever find yourself checking into a hotel and don’t get greeted by Mike, turn around and demand a refund from life. This man isn’t just a receptionist—he’s a concierge, a therapist, a stand-up comic, and possibly a minor deity in the realm of hospitality. From the moment I walked in, Mike made me feel like royalty. Not the stiff, awkward kind—more like the fun, scandalous kind who gets invited...
Excellent friendly service clean and tidy nothing was a problem good location, restuarant and pub close by for meals.
Enjoyed a great stay here recently when visiting Brisbane. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful team and the location is excellent, close to the Breakfast Creek Hotel and Rise Bakery Newstead. Also has easy access to some beautiful walks around the River. Highly recommend and will return on our next visit to Brisbane.
Overall good stay would recommend. Rooms are nice and big, as well as living areas. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Second time staying at the Constance as it’s a clean, reliable and centrally located accommodation in Brisbane. Convenient free parking next door, friendly staff and coffee making facilities make this an easy stay. Inspiring art throughout the property is also nice.
Overall awesome hotel. Really cool and hip, loved all the artwork ! Rooms were great I had arrived abit earlier then my original check in time I told them but they got my room ready with under 10 minutes absolutely amazing service. And definitely worth buying a carpark next door ! Everything was so close by and in walking distance 10/10 would stay here again
A really lovely hotel, very clean, very reasonable and the staff were so helpful and friendly. I would recommend to anyone who wants a convenient location in Brisbane, and ability to walk around Fortitude Valley to lots of restaurants and bars. Although some of the reviews say there is a lot of noise, reception placed us in a room where there was very minimal noise! I just packed some ear plugs just...
Helpful friendly service in great location. It is very well priced, clean and quiet. We loved the fabulously funky decor which makes each floor unique. A memorable stay for all the right reasons. Thanks for wonderful stay. 😀😀

Was so surprised at the quality of this hotel for the price ( paid about $155 for the night- book direct with the hotel!) I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world and for that money honestly wasn’t expecting the high standard of the room, service, lobby, everything! I had to spend hours at the p.a hospital and my room was such a welcome refuge. Lovely outlook on balcony. Quiet room. Spotless linen...
Pretty good accommodation at a reasonable price. Well positioned near the PA Hospital and not too far from Greenslopes Hospital. There's a pizza restaurant below it.
Absolutely amazing staff! Reception team and manager are so lovely and helpful :) 10/10 best place in the area. Pizza cafe is phenomenal too
Quality 4 star hotel at reasonable rates. Our one bedroom apartment was clean with a nice view of the city especially at night and a large balcony to enjoy it. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was spacious secure parking.

Brilliant!!!! Clean, big fridge, beautiful furnishings, very nice full kitchen, overlooking the pool , big balcony. Two separate rooms, bathroom, ensuite. We walked everywhere. Great staff, will definitely stay there again, next time much longer.
Very helpful at check-in. Good room, great size and great location (walking distance to Emporium & James St) channel selection on Foxtel was good. Bathroom was clean and didn't have any weird stains or smells. Great availability for under cover parking.
Ok hotel. Functional if you have business in the valley. Would've chosen a nicer place for holiday or longer stay. Tv and cabling a write-off, total mess. Bed fine but nothing exceptional. Basic air-con that thankfully had a quiet mode, not sure what it would be like in mid summer on full flow.
Delightful facilities. Very comforting.
Clean room, great location. Would definitely stay again. Only downside is limited parking but we had a great stay.
Apartments are a good size for their price.

I booked this room for just me in the first place and then ended up staying with my partner There were two queen beds at the end which made us happy
Bad smell when got in the room in first day bad internet connection so can not work no daily clean up unless inform reception i do not know this i used clean up light before i left to work after work still all mess  upset upset upset
Happy close to south-bank and lots of shopping
Good value, right in the CBD which is good for first time visitors. Amenities are average and during my visit in December, there was a lot of renovation work during the day so it was a bit noisy especially when my room was right next to the renovation zone.

Staff were wonderful. Katelyn made our stay. Thank you for such a warm and comfortable stay.
We stayed here for 2 nights in a suite. Lovely big room and fantastic bathroom, all beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. We had breakfast here both mornings. Location was good and central. Apartment was spacious but found that amenities weren't up to par. Had problems with aircon not working. One tea towel for three people for four days was not enough. This is a top spot to stay in Brisbane This hotel was a great place to stay. With all the mod cons at your fingertips and most importantly, the air conditioner for the warm days in Brisbane. Hotel location and room were great! We did have to pay $40 per night for parking and then were told we had to move the car to a different park before 8am the morning of checkout as they share the car parks with corporate offices. When moving the car there were no parks available where we were told to park. A little bit frustrating when paying $40 per night for a park. Otherwise it was a great stay
The room was good, the only complaint would be the parking, I asked for a park when I booked the room over a month before we stayed, but when I get there and pay the $40 for parking, was told if the 8 parks are taken, then I will have to move my car out by 8am.
We were really happy with the service and the accessibility to the venues we visit frequently

What a great experience for an out of towner. Great room, great view, super nice staff. Going down stairs we would be helped no matter what the question. Maybe the only limit is having to walk about 150 metres if you want a hotel breakfast - which was good value and yum.
