was feeling very flustered with two little ones it was such a busy day that day for a mum if 2 it was a pleasant gesture to be greeted by staff upon check in who made us feel acknowledged & welcomed they even gave my daughters a travel colouring pack that kept them busy while i unpacked

Highly recommend staying here when arriving late or leaving in morning! Restaurant is fantastic - along with everything else in this fab hotel. And it's very very quiet! No airport noise at all.

I go here a lot. So close to the airport. Every time I go here it is great service. Polite friendly and helpful staff. Food is always topnotch. Even the room service was very well Presented. Wagyu beef sirloin with all the artisan roast vegetables brought to my room late at night because I had the munchies. Booking early it's usually solid but well worth it.

Just needed a night to stay before I flew down to Sydney. The service was sensational the staff were a amazing. They couldn't be any more helpful. Always asking if you were alright . A very comfortable and well located hotel. The room was spacious and well appointed. The Walnut room for cocktails and drinks was lovely and relaxing. A stroll around the Botanic Gardens, over the new Kangaroo Point Bridge and along to the many restaurants of choice makes for a wonderful night away. We look forward to staying here again.

Incredible views of the Brisbane river and beyond. Lovely hotel with decor that is getting a little dated now, but it's clean. The price is good so it's worth it. Only about 10 minutes to the airport so it suited us well. We got the 50 cent ferry into the city which was awesome. But be aware it's a 20 minute walk to the ferry terminal and it gets very hot.

Enjoyed a couple of nights here in mid August. Unfortunately the rooftop restaurant wasn’t open. Other than that, the facilities were good (enjoyed the pool even though the weather was at the cooler end of Queensland expectations), my room was quiet and well appointed. Arrival chocolate was a nice touch. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and tourism things immediately nearby.

From the moment we called to book, right up until we checked out, the staff and service was exceptional. Loved the quiet location. It felt removed from the hustle and bustle but access to attractions was great. Once we figured out we could hop on the CityCat ferries, everything was easy. What a great place to stay, the attention to detail is amazing. The foyer is cool and quirky, as were the rooms. Its the little things from the free mini bar to the free calico laundry bag with cute little sayings. Rooftop pool was great and a cute little gym. We ended up checking in at 10-11pm after an event and it was very difficult as there was no reception and everything was via phone. This location is hard to beat, The Sage is located in the heart of James Street with excellent restaurants and bars on it's doorstep. The beds at the Sage are sooo comfortable. I also love how dark the rooms are - you are guaranteed a restful night!

The MOST comfortable bed, pillows made of clouds, curtains that block the entire outside out (if that’s what you want) and all the amenities you could want in a studio hotel room to come back and collapse in after cutting a rug on a wedding dance floor. Grace Insurance met with a few of our clients and insurers at the Eatons Hill Hotel. The atmosphere was great. Staff was friendly and served us quickly. Food did not take a long time. The hotel is very spacious and you can get away from crowds. The dinning area does get packed out and very busy. Would suggest booking. Lots of breakout areas with a wide range of seating. You don't seam to notice the noise except in the dining area. meals are good and no long waits.

It was decent, nothing exceptional. There’s a short flight of stairs leading to the entrance, and you’ll need to push the door open to access the lobby. This can be quite inconvenient if you’re carrying multiple large bags. Nice city hotel with a small bar downstairs. Not noisy even on a Saturday night though. Good location for central. My room was very small, felt old but decorated nicely and comfortable bed.
