staff kindly allowed me to keep my car parked whilst working across the road at Como and the facilities and breakfast were wonderful

Extremely long check in, no car park left - when booking didnt recommend reserving or explain this. Rooms ok a bit dated. Would say 4 star level.
Restaurant downstairs isn’t worth going to. Slow service even when it’s not busy and expensive for what is.
If you just need a bed to sleep in, it’s a good option.

Excellent location, easy to get in and out of due to not too busy side road and traffic light from chapel.
Had the studio room on second floor. Decent and had like an outdoor terrace with table and chairs , would be nice in summer. Room was ok. Small kitchenette, able to get by and decent fridge freezer. However wasn't the most comfortable to relax in. Chairs were plastic and the bed and tv were 90degrees from each other which meant sitting in bed watching tv meant a trip to the chiro the next day.
Car park is small but h many other Wilson parks around.
Elevator can take ages.

The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the food in the cafe very good. Overall a lovely experience.

A small canvas & paints in the room with the mini-bar - unbelievably awesome for the 2am inspiration! Hah. *joking *butseriously. Amazing.

Second time staying here.. and unfortunately encountered the same inconsistent housekeeping. They made my bed but didn't clean the bathroom floor.. Some fittings are old and have cracked..Same experience for most of my colleagues staying here for the week. Front desk can be more accomodating and offer solutions. Wifi was really really slow. For the price we paid, this is disappointing. Will definitely give feedback to our company to consider removing them from our corporate list of hotels for business travellers.
