It's a great hotel as far as the location, but the room itself is very dated. The toilet doesn't even have a bidet. I think it used to have some sort of bedside clock or something, and the cable is left hanging

What can I say, we celebrated our wedding here with 160 of our nearest and dearest and what a night. The attention to detail, the staff and the food, OMG, the food was on point, perfectly executed and delicious

Could be easily cleaned, did not complain, it’s still there the day after, it shows how “thorough” this hotel does their house keeping work. Bottomline, not value for money, not a 5star, won’t be back, not recommended

Thankfully it was fixed after complains were made. Requested housekeeping in the evening and was told it’s not available anymore at this hours. There’s a food stain on the coffee table when I checked in

Thankfully Choices of Breakfast is as of a 3 star hotel if not worst. Location is not as vibrant as early years of crown, almost dead. Tablet instructions weren’t working in the beginning

Overall is good. Just the toilet amenities can be more attentive with topping/refilling. Especially the shower gel, I bath halfway no more and have to call for help. But staff were kind and helpful.

The Ubers we caught all arrived quickly and with no troubles and walking around to the art gallery and other places like the casino was easy. We also walked over the bridge to all the little alleyways and arcades

The Langham in Melbourne is ideally located for easy access to the CBD, transport and excellent restaurants and bars. The walk along the riverbank is really enjoyable

Spa didn’t work, pool was smaller than expected. Guest services kept giving us inactivated cards for the lift. Breakfast had no teaspoons, had to ask 2 waiters to get it

This is wonderful hotel, our room is spacious, neat, clean and reasonably stylish. The beds are firm soft and absolutely perfect for us. Service is great and the location is again central to our needs

On 2 days, we left the notification to make up room when we went out but when we got back several hours later, the room was still not cleaned. Otherwise would have gotten a 5 star rating

The hotel is located at a fantastic location and our twin room was pretty huge with a small kitchenette. Overall, the stay was pleasant but the room cleaning took a little too long

Hotel was beautiful, during our stay they had some nearby road and building construction but we didn’t hear a thing and it really didn’t interrupt the stay at all. It was just a little bit of a walk for parking

It is in the centre of Bourke street. A lots of shopping, eateries and grocers within 10m walk. Only set back, they don’t have a washing machine in the apartment. The view from the apartment is good

However, to make them truly perfect for families like ours, I'd suggest the management consider offering some room options with two queen-size beds to enhance comfort and sleep quality for parents and children sharing the room

Despite this suggestion, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay thanks to the great service, ample space, and good facilities. We would definitely consider staying again

Location is super convenient, trams stop right in front of the hotels with many good restaurants around. Walking distance to many places of interests, high-end shopping street and supermarkets are just around the corner

Bathroom Amenities: The provided toiletries were nice quality and appreciated. Items for improvements: The spaciousness makes this hotel ideal for families

Absolutely awesome, the room was very nice!, so was the pool, definitely, the service was great! , every night i got the best sleep, the view was amazing, the food at the breakfast buffet was very yummy! And lastly was the location of the hotel, you could walk outside and go grab some lunch right around the corner at the mall! Overall this was a great experience!

I selected this hotel because i have 2 young kids and wanted a heated indoor pool. The pool itself is fine but the water was freezing. There is no way that can be considered a heated pool

And upon checking in on my first day, the toilet seat was a little dirty from previous guest (don't need to go into detail there). My biggest disappointment is the pool

In terms of amenities, the “Thank You” shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers were a nice touch—handy for my next visit

However, I did find it a little disappointing that disposable slippers and bathrobes weren’t provided, as these would have added an extra level of comfort

The only very minor quibbles are that the wardrobe is very narrow (not big enough for two people staying a week) and the sofas are too compact (not designed to lounge on while watching TV)

I recently stayed at the Rydges Hotel on Exhibition Street in Melbourne, and I can’t fault it. It was a wonderful experience

Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case, particularly on my last night when I was most looking forward to clean bedding. Overall, though, my stay at Rydges was highly enjoyable, and I’d happily return

Lift at the ground floor is not easy accessible to lobby sometimes especially when you check-in at late night or check-out in early morning.

I have stayed here twice now and been impressed both times. Im writing the review based on the genuine warmth from the staff members from every different department. Room was very clean and the parking is a huge bonus

After 45mins , the receptionist came with the keys and a warm smile. She apologised for the waiting. She given me a free breakfast voucher for 2 and grant me a free late check out

When I checked in around 2:30pm, the receptionist told me the room was still in the midst of cleaning and she beckon me to sit and wait for the room to be ready

Great location, service, equipment and access from every corner of Melbourne city. You could even swim while being in very center of the city

The elevators were slow, but I note they are currently being upgraded so this is a non issue for the future. We made use of the pool and sauna facilities which were great

You can take the tram for a free city walk. If you're on a day tour, the bus pick-up point is just a two-minute walk away. The front desk staff, Holy, and the senior gentleman from concierge were both very nice

At 9:30 PM, both the front desk and concierge were empty, making it easy for anyone to access any floor. I somewhat regret not spending a bit more to stay at the Grand Hyatt

The next day, I spoke to the duty manager, and they checked the surveillance footage, confirming that no one had entered my room. But my stay experience was truly poor

However, and seriously, as a Hyatt Globalist, I rarely stay at InterContinental, and I have never, in all my previous experiences, encountered an unlocked room door

Now, for the cons: The coffee spoon wasn't clean, it was dirty. The minibar fridge had cooling issues; the bottom was full of water

I left my room early Friday morning for a day tour and returned at 9:30 PM to find my room door unlocked, just as pictured

The chef at breakfast was very chatty and when he heard it was our wedding anniversary he made pancakes and brought them over congratulating us!! Can’t speak more highly of the great time we had!! Will definitely be back! Thanks again

We check out tomorrow but our stay has been nothing short of wonderful. The staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are nice and comfortable. We had a king room with a roll away bed

The concierge was also quite helpful in helping us navigate around the city using free public transportation, made recommendations for great cafes to visit, and delicious restaurants around town

Perfect for a family of three. One shower and a separate bath, equally as nice. Breakfast while a bit expensive for a buffet, was tasty and worth the investment

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Park Hyatt. Definitely recommend staying there. Staff were so helpful and accommodating. They had our room ready early

Virgin put me here after cancelling my flight, and it was exactly what I needed after such a stressful experience. No issues with walking in at 1am, getting checked into my room, and then leaving on the shuttle at 6:30am

Two door cards should be provided for each room so that one person can stay in the room with the lights on, while another person could use a second card key to enter the swimming pool

Great service, comfy stay, awesome breakfast and good coffee. What more could you want? It was so easy for us arriving in at the airport and arranging our shuttle back to the hotel

Fabulous location at edge of reconstructed Docklands. We used the free tram to get around town, so easy the stop is about 200 m from hotel entrance. Rooms pleasant with big rainfall shower in bathroom

The room felt new with nice linens, the steam sauna was a bonus. The bartender makes a delicious cappuccino, the breakfast buffet actually had a juicer with fresh fruits and carrots
