One of Melbourne’s more luxurious hotels. The rooms are scabious, clean, and comfortable. Service staff are polite and do maintain professionalism. Buffet breakfast has great variety

I had an allergy reaction after dinner today, and when I got back to my room I only found that I did not bring antihistamines with me this time

I called the servo and they swiftly arranged their staff to check on me in my room within 5 minutes

What can I say, we celebrated our wedding here with 160 of our nearest and dearest and what a night. The attention to detail, the staff and the food, OMG, the food was on point, perfectly executed and delicious

Since then we've been back for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Other People's weddings, or just a quick bite on our way home from work. Every time we're made to feel welcome and the food is consistently superb

For high tea, guests are served a three tier plates of a variety of items, scones and sparkling drink, based on the number of persons. The scones are soft and fluffy, served with fresh cream and jams

Service is great, right from the on start where we were greeted by the service staff, every single day without fail when we return. All in all a great experience and I'll definitely be back again

It's right in the middle of everything, is in walking distance to all restaurants eateries and shopping, and nearby multiple car rental shops if you're planning to get a car for the day

Guests can select the teas of their choice from a menu, unlimited times. There is a good buffet selection of hot items and cakes, fruits, chocolate fountain, etc

Pool tiles need refresh though. Valet and concierge staff very friendly. Having a tablet in the room instead of usual paper folio was impressive having to order valet, checking out, etc right at my fingertips

Got to use the pools which were so large, they have a steam room and we got to use one of the cabanas as well

The Valet were great and helpful and it made me feel very fancy! Ha The room was amazing, very spacious, had tech opions for room service, facilities etc The bed was Soooo comfortable, you just sink in like a cloud and with options to choose your pillows! The rain shower was so good too, really relaxing and great pressure

The housekeeping staff looked after me so beautifully. I felt like royalty!! I slept like a queen in the comfortable bed. I loved every minute ✨️ My room overlooked the river and it was beautiful seeing the city lights

Fantastic night here, first time staying and really enjoyed our time. We were upgraded by the Crown team which was such a fantastic surprise! The Concierge was extremely helpful and friendly

They have everything you could possibly need even a safe! My favourite parts are the window ledge seat (mid to higher floors), the layout of the bathroom & the tv in the bathtub

The pool was quite crowded and a little hot to be honest but still enjoyable. The rooms were sparkling clean

Our stay at Crown Promenade Hotel was an overall delightful experience. The standout feature was the impeccable staff politeness and excellent service throughout my stay (Erden, a reception staff was great & helpful)

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and attended to all my needs promptly and professionally. We even lost a key, due to some confusion at the pool side and they completely took care of it

It was fantastic to experience a little luxury. Everything you need is either provided or close by. The Mesh breakfast was wonderful. Access to the pool, spa and gym can be included in your stay

The buffet breakfast at the Mesh restaurant was a highlight of my morning. Again MESH ladies staff were very loving. The pool area was a great place to unwind and relax

It provided a tranquil atmosphere, and the poolside coffee/food service made my mornings memorable

Loved the pool, would be incredible in nice weather. The buffet breakfast was divine - better than any other in Melbourne!! Parking was easy, although slightly overpriced

Absolutely loved our stay here. The room was fantastic, the staff were really really amazing. I hope we weren't too loud til the early hours of the morning and thank you for accommodating us in the early hours

Great location. Quality hotel. Beautiful rooms. Buffet breakfast was great. Julie in the bar area is an absolute gem and such an asset to your hotel. She told us she had been there 28 years. I'd offer her a job any day!

Our room was immaculate, quiet and the bed was so comfortable. We had drinks at the bar and Stephanie was so friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was impressive, so much thought has gone into it

Took me ages to work out how to use climate control (via a multi-function unit on the wall as pictured) but it was easy to use once you work it out. Room service coffee was great👌🏼 Can’t wait to come back

Reception staff you made our stay so warming. My only suggestion; add an antipasto platter, some oysters and a few fresher items to the menu and it'll be 5 stars allll the wayyyyy ❤️🙏🍾😁

The pool area is lovely, and perfect for families as the pool isn’t too deep. I do feel like the quality of the hotel rooms have dropped over the last year

The view from our room, 1529, was fantastic. The room service meal was hot - yes - even the chips! And so good. Only small quibble was fruit bread was served with the cheese plate and it just wasn’t a good match

We all loved the buffet breakfast, the eggs were cooked to perfection whether it be an omelette or poached. The hash browns were ridiculously good as was the bacon - hard to do in a buffet situation

Some plain crackers would have been better. We were able to check in a bit earlier which was super kind of them and any correspondence I had before our trip was answered promptly

I had asked in my booking for romance and when we had arrived wine and a lovely card was perfect something so small could've been a $4 wine I don't care the thought was so beautiful

This is now our favourite Melbourne hotel, the staff are ridiculously nice, nothing is too much trouble, they all go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome. Facilities are good especially for the price point

Omg fantastic!! The customer service couldn't be anymore perfect. It was over 2 years ago we had visited the crowne plaza and we still talk about how amazing our experience was

Everything was so easy and relaxed when arriving

Hotel was beautiful, during our stay they had some nearby road and building construction but we didn’t hear a thing and it really didn’t interrupt the stay at all. It was just a little bit of a walk for parking

The room was really clean and cheerful. It had usb points for phone charging and everything. Even the soaps and shampoo provided was really nice

Absolutely awesome, the room was very nice!, so was the pool, definitely, the service was great! , every night i got the best sleep, the view was amazing, the food at the breakfast buffet was very yummy! And lastly was the location of the hotel, you could walk outside and go grab some lunch right around the corner at the mall! Overall this was a great experience!

I selected this hotel because i have 2 young kids and wanted a heated indoor pool. The pool itself is fine but the water was freezing. There is no way that can be considered a heated pool

And upon checking in on my first day, the toilet seat was a little dirty from previous guest (don't need to go into detail there). My biggest disappointment is the pool

Located in the CBD, this hotel is perfect for exploring Melbourne. The surrounding environment was also very good, and the room was spacious, so I was able to stay comfortably

The bed was soft, but it was uncomfortable to move around because it had wheels. This is a hotel I would recommend if you travel to Melbourne

Location is excellent, can't go wrong there. Room is spacious and quite nice, no complaints. Compared to other hotel's prices, it was pretty reasonable too

I had a fantastic stay here, cleaning service every day, right in the CBD, so excellent location, they provide rooms with fresh towels, linen, soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner

Fantastic location, right in the heart of town. Sadly while the room was spotless the view shocking and noisy. Still it's only a place to sleep while you enjoy the city

There's a safe in each room that you can set your own pin for. There's a mini fridge as well. Room had an iron and ironing board, closet to hang your clothes up

However, I must say - however, I did saw an employee using the same cloth he wipe the floor, and then wipe the buffet counter top. 🫣🤢 Location is great … near to train station, supermarket and eateries

Old world style hotel virtually opposite Flinders St Station, bus and train stops. The rooms are small but comfortable. The staff numbers seem minimal with no concierge that I could see during my stay

The event and conference rooms are quite good and the catering provided is of high standards

The location is good with lots of eatery and convenience store but the area is a little run down with a number of homeless people evident. Can be a little uncomfortable walking around the area

Housekeeping delivered our rollaway beds with minimal fuss, but didn’t supply towels for the number of guests in the room. The rooms and hotel interiors were lovely

We had a wonderful stay at Rydges Melbourne and very highly recommend it. The hotel has been newly renovated to a high standard and has a modern decor. Our Twin King Suite was spacious, very clean and quiet

I don’t normally write reviews unless I’ve had an amazing experience. I got just that at Rydges Melbourne. The customer service was amazing, Ebony helped us out any way she could and accommodated to our needs 24/7

An absolutely delightful overnight stay on Saturday night. My daughters and I enjoyed excellent, professional yet also relaxed and friendly service. We stayed in a twin room and king and both rooms were so welcoming

From welcoming check in to leaving this hotel was perfect for our 3 night stay in the city. Very well located in easy reach of bars, restaurants and of course all of the many spectacular places to visit in Melbourne

We opted out of the hotel breakfast due to it's high cost and our readiness to use local cafes in walking distance rather than overeat from a large display! Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again next time

Virgin put me here after cancelling my flight, and it was exactly what I needed after such a stressful experience. No issues with walking in at 1am, getting checked into my room, and then leaving on the shuttle at 6:30am

Great service, comfy stay, awesome breakfast and good coffee. What more could you want? It was so easy for us arriving in at the airport and arranging our shuttle back to the hotel

Two door cards should be provided for each room so that one person can stay in the room with the lights on, while another person could use a second card key to enter the swimming pool

Free shuttle to airport. Breakfast was fantastic. Dinner was also great. One of the best risottos I have had in my life!!!

Will definitely be returning when in need of accommodation in Melbourne again

If you need to stay near the airport, this is perfect

Chairs were plastic and the bed and tv were 90degrees from each other which meant sitting in bed watching tv meant a trip to the chiro the next day. Car park is small but h many other Wilson parks around

The gym and pool are nice amenities

Decent and had like an outdoor terrace with table and chairs , would be nice in summer. Small kitchenette, able to get by and decent fridge freezer. However wasn't the most comfortable to relax in

Excellent location, easy to get in and out of due to not too busy side road and traffic light from chapel. Had the studio room on second floor

The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the food in the cafe very good. Overall a lovely experience.

The concierge was also quite helpful in helping us navigate around the city using free public transportation, made recommendations for great cafes to visit, and delicious restaurants around town

Perfect for a family of three. One shower and a separate bath, equally as nice. Breakfast while a bit expensive for a buffet, was tasty and worth the investment

Was upgraded to the diplomatic suite. They did forget to mention an $80 credit to the room until we left but it certainly didn't detract from what a lovely hotel this is and how great the staff are

The chef at breakfast was very chatty and when he heard it was our wedding anniversary he made pancakes and brought them over congratulating us!! Can’t speak more highly of the great time we had!! Will definitely be back! Thanks again

Excellent service, comfy bed but pillows were a bit too soft. Very quiet - considering it's so close to the airport it's very peaceful. Facilities are clean and very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located, for a highly ranked hotel the rooms are very outdated. Parking is horrendous and barely any extensive info provided except a recording when you call through

It's very convenient if some of the team are flying in. Well sound proofed (even better than cbd ones, definitely can't hear planes). Team who stayed the night were happy with it. Staff were friendly and attentive

Only minor issues for them to improve are the food labelling (labelling each dish and being clear on vegetarian vs vegan), and system for validating parking (had to wait a while in a queue and front desk staff were a bit confused)

Stayed here in order to save time for an early flight the next morning, it was very convenient and took a lot of the stress out of travelling to the airport first thing. Rooms are in the process of being upgraded

It's just annoying for some guests who perhaps really wanted a real coffee to be brought up to the room but some seem too concerned with wasting time in the office rather than helping a customer get a coffee

A convenient, well maintained, homely hotel directly opposite a tram station. The hotel has good city views on the upper floors and is only a few minutes walk to major supermarkets and southern cross station

Wonderful hotel located right in the heart of the CBD across from Southern Cross station. You aren't going to do much better for the price. Most rooms include a small fridge which is useful

The bathroom also clean and water heater worked just fine. They provide iron and refrigerator too. A lil minus was just that the wall kinda thin so i can hear neighbour's cough and else

This is a nice hotel and walking distance to Southern Cross Station and include in free tram zone. We love to stay here as the room was spacious and clean and the staff were friendly

At night there is essentially no noise, and everything works well, including the shower and air conditioning. The staff are friendly and easy going

For the price that these rooms are offered at, it is excellent value for money. I would stay here again and I definitely recommend it

Love the double sink bathrooms! Gym gets the job done and offers pool, steam room, and sauna! Location is perfect for exploring the city by feet. Wonderful service and would recommend!

As for the hotel itself, they offer free bottled water both in the lobby and in the room, a “rain” shower, very comfortable bed, two bottles of sparkling water for gold elite members as a welcome gift, plenty of umbrellas (which came in handy for a rainy morning in Melbourne)

We went to the Weston for the high tea. It was in the foyer seating, which was nice and airy. The food was great, generous portions and tasty, drinks were also great and plentiful, and the staff were attentive

I stayed at this hotel in 2023 for the Australian open. I liked it so much but I decided to stay again this year for the Australian Hoen. Beautiful, beautiful hotel with large rooms and unbelievable service

Restaurant had good range of food and beverages on offer at reasonable prices and the quality was excellent. Wait staff were also exceptional. All up i really enjoyed my stay and wouldn't hesitate to go back

They then brought up a little cake with candle which just made my sons day. Such friendly & thoughtful staff at reception that really made our experience so memorable and happy

My son mentioned it was his birthday when checking in & when we went back up to our room that afternoon there were balloons & chocolates with a happy birthday card

We stayed at Novotel St Kilda last night and the staff there were so lovely

Great location with a relaxed beach side feel, easy walk to shops, cafes and pier. The hotel is clean and tidy although dated. Lacks a bit in professional service for a four star hotel in my opinion

Extra pillows and blankets provided. Check-in was fast and no fuss. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, for example had an issue with my shower but once reported it was fixed within the hour

Hotel is good for the price. Not a 5-star resort but it has all the features covered for a great stay! Nice rooms, good outdoor/pool area and a close walk/drive to Chapel St for great shopping and food!

The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate not only me and my wife, but also the entire group of international delegates who stayed here for our International Convention of Jehovah’s Witnesses

Hotel has friendly staff, Premier room was large, clean, good shower & bed with great view. Pool area is good, water temperature was a bit chilly, but the spa was warm!

Buffet breakfast was also good, with sufficient variety to satisfy most people. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted to stay within close proximity of the city

It was very large and comfortable. The breakfast each morning was delicious and bountiful. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. I would stay here again if I traveled to Melbourne again

We stayed a Friday & Saturday night and loved it. Close to the city by tram, 10 minute drive to Chadstone shopping centre, opposite Albert Park Lake & a 1. 6km walk to Fitzroy St for restaurants
