We had an incredible honeymoon/conference experience. The servers in the restaurant were incredible (especially Jen and Morgan). The front desk, concierge and housekeeping staff were amazing. Our 2 bedroom suite was very pokey, the sofa had several mysterious stains on it, and I noticed how many of the walls were either marked up or cushions that were frayed, damaged or dirty. Came here for a work related conference. Nice rooms and facilities. The finger food was pretty good, and the rooms themselves are nicely sound proofed so you don't get the noise of the dining and socialising areas bleeding through to the meetings. I've also been here for social events and the food served in that setting was also very good. I can recommend this place on both counts.

Fabulous location, beautiful hotel and the room was lovely. I loved the Dyson hairdryer and beautiful products in the bathroom. The staff were great and breakfast was delicious. We loved the roof top bar and were lucky to have a very balmy Melbourne evening so could enjoy the view.

Great modern and quite apartment ,we stayed on level 4 facing the back 409 .We love walking ,so we walked to all the sights in Melbourne and the times we caught public transport we were spoilt with the choice of bus ,tram or train all within 2 mins walk . It's a beautiful and luxurious room with a great view of the street. I liked how polite and professional the staff was. I only had one complaint, the concierge didn't help us get a doctor's visit on a Saturday when my wife fell sick. While I know it was hard, I was hoping that the hotel had a regular doctor.

The whole Marriott Melbourne team was amazing. I travel all over the world and I can tell you that the service here is world-class. I had a really bad day as my next morning tour was cancelled with such a short notice, while the reservation/front desk/concierge team make my life goes easier. Nothing was a problem.
