The hotel is located in the heart of Melbourne, with convenient transportation. It is 5 minutes away from the train station and just across the road is St. Paul's Church. The hotel's front desk service is enthusiastic, the business is proficient, and the breakfast is rich.

The location of the hotel is great. The fitness equipment is complete. The swimming pool is always heated and there is a sauna room. The bar service in the lobby is also superb

It is indeed old, the bed is not as comfortable as in China, the toiletries such as toothbrushes are also average, the restaurant is also very small, the breakfast has few varieties, and the service is OK. Overall, it is not as good as the 400 yuan hotel in China, it is just a little bit worse in every aspect, and it feels like it has not kept up with the times.

My mum and I stayed here for a week whilst visiting family. It was clean, comfortable, had a lovely view of the lake and an excellent breakfast! It’s a 2 min walk away from the High St tram stop and a quick journey to the city centre both by tram or taxi.

Nice hotel with a great location and motel style parking - no height limits. Annoying having to check in at another location, hopefully this changes once covid is over. Great place to stay, on a quiet, leafy street but close to shops, including a supermarket, and a tram stop more or less outside the door to take you into the city. Lovely, friendly staff. A light breakfast included in our price and there were full kitchen facilities in our 1 bedroom apartment. Short walk to St Kilda Beach and waterfront eateries, Acland St shops, Luna Park, St Kilda Market.

So impressed with this apartment-style accommodation, particularly after coming from a 4-star hotel in Melbourne that was very disappointing. King and his staff tend to your every need. Clean. Location excellent with trams right outside - no inner city weirdos lurking around. Room seems recently renovated and fresh. King room was bigger than expected for an inner city hotel. Mattress was soft and comfy. Front of hotel has a nice lemontree scent from the eucalyptus. Plenty of parking on and off street.

The aesthetic of the hotel is amazing, and it's convenience to the City and especially the universities is great. Would recommend to park here, stay for a quick nap and then go about your day

A fine hotel located 10min tram away from CBD. I had 3 nights, and all staff were very friendly and havent had any issues. The location is very convenient and somewhat tranquil due to the large park spread across from the hotel. I gave 4 stars only because the bed in my room felt very cheap and uncomfortable.
