Location was great all staff were friendly and helpfull
For my husband's birthday, we booked a suite with a one-bedroom. The hotel's uniqueness was its personalized service. Upon entering, the front desk informed us that we could access Langham Club benefits, including free high tea and evening drinks and snacks. I am blown away by the personalised service at this hotel when it comes to assisting guests. The welcome message on the TV included my husband...
I haven’t been to Melbourne for a long time. Maybe it is expected level of service. But I thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the service and a small gym facilities at the Langham. I was offered a late checking and managed to have another cup of coffee while listening to some classical piano play
This is my idea of a perfect hotel with character and comfort and class. The staff are absolutely fantastic - I’d like to quote Carl from customer relations who said “We always try and accommodate our guests wishes.” Our now grown up kids came for the first time and loved the hotel too - we swam each day, (the pool is enclosed and heated to 26 degrees and it was great even in the middle of winter)...
Gorgeous hotel. Loved the valet and baggage services. Easy check in. Rooms were beautiful with a spectacular view. Well maintained, perfect service. Overall, I would definitely stay again should I win lotto or get some massive inheritance. Warning that this hotel is VERY expensive and don't look for things to be all inclusive. Everything has an additional charge.
For a true 5 star experience look nowhere else. In a perfect location, the staff are so courteous and professional, rooms are so well presented with comfy bedding. The buffet breakfast and dining options available is insane and the quality of food is amazing.

I'm especially thankful to have picked Grand Hyatt during my stay here in Melbourne. It's right in the middle of everything, is in walking distance to all restaurants eateries and shopping, and nearby multiple car rental shops if you're planning to get a car for the day. The rooms are especially comfortable, and the rooms on both sides have gorgeous views - one side facing the city and the other facing...
Fantastic hotel. Really well accommodated and close to a diverse range of shops and restraints. Staff where friendly and accommodating with all our needs.
Had high tea at the Collins Restaurant, on level 2 of the hotel. Venue is conveniently located in the CBD and easily accessible from the main road. Wheelchair friendly. For high tea, guests are served a three tier plates of a variety of items, scones and sparkling drink, based on the number of persons. The scones are soft and fluffy, served with fresh cream and jams. Guests can select the teas of their...
Excellent accommodation. Rooms are spacious with great bathrooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
What can I say, we celebrated our wedding here with 160 of our nearest and dearest and what a night. The attention to detail, the staff and the food, OMG, the food was on point, perfectly executed and delicious. Since then we've been back for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Other People's weddings, or just a quick bite on our way home from work. Every time we're made to feel welcome and the food is consistently...

staff kindly allowed me to keep my car parked whilst working across the road at Como and the facilities and breakfast were wonderful
Extremely long check in, no car park left - when booking didnt recommend reserving or explain this. Rooms ok a bit dated. Would say 4 star level. Restaurant downstairs isn’t worth going to. Slow service even when it’s not busy and expensive for what is. If you just need a bed to sleep in, it’s a good option.
Excellent location, easy to get in and out of due to not too busy side road and traffic light from chapel. Had the studio room on second floor. Decent and had like an outdoor terrace with table and chairs , would be nice in summer. Room was ok. Small kitchenette, able to get by and decent fridge freezer. However wasn't the most comfortable to relax in. Chairs were plastic and the bed and tv were 9...
The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the food in the cafe very good. Overall a lovely experience.
It's such a beautiful hotel in a terrific location. South Yarra was gorgeous, and Chapel St. is a blast. I really appreciated the early check-in after 28 hours of traveling and loved having a kitchen in my room. Would 100% stay again.
A very reasonable place to stay in a convenient location in South Yarra (easy walk to the train / restaurants / grocery / etc.). It is really an extended stay hotel with a variety of room options. The gym and pool are nice amenities. The rooms were comfortable - the furniture arrangement / options depend to some extent on which room you are assigned (and has more of a hotel feel compared to some other...

The customer service my partner and I received during our stay, exceeded all expectations. The staff were the most friendly and attentive people you could hope for. We can’t recommend the hotel and spa enough.
Really wonderful and helpful. Great staff! I booked as a gift for parents and the staff were so helpful with booking and arranging some extras. Then they took care of my parents wonderfully and added some treats + upgrade for nothing. We will all return when possible. Lovely place, incredible rooms, fab vibe!
Discrete apartment style Hotel with high end fittings. I chose this hotel primarily for the location as South Yarra has everything (restaurants, shops and transport) without the tourists. You just need to check on status of building work next door when you go. The front desk is also effective the bar. The French barman was a bit condescending to an American guest, which is typically French but you...
The online photos look fantastic but that is definitely not delivered. Our 2 bedroom suite was very pokey, the sofa had several mysterious stains on it, and I noticed how many of the walls were either marked up or cushions that were frayed, damaged or dirty. The Champagne Bar was such a let down with minimal options, "Champagne by the Glass" is misleading - literally 3 or so options only available...
A charming hotel. Though the decor was slightly dated, the hotel was very well maintained and clean. Staff was always ready to assist. Internet connection was a little choppy. The hotel's well-known spa was tricky to secure an appointment - called and left messages but no response. Recommend booking your spa appointment well in advanced thru reception to avoid disappointment.
Best massage I've ever had! I came in with so many knots on my shoulders and left completely relaxed! Sharnee focused on the area and applied the exact amount of pressure I asked for! The staff is really friendly and the rooms smell amazing, definitely recommend!

Free shuttle to airport. Breakfast was fantastic. Dinner was also great. One of the best risottos I have had in my life!!!
Virgin put me here after cancelling my flight, and it was exactly what I needed after such a stressful experience. No issues with walking in at 1am, getting checked into my room, and then leaving on the shuttle at 6:30am. If you need to stay near the airport, this is perfect.
Great service, comfy stay, awesome breakfast and good coffee. What more could you want? It was so easy for us arriving in at the airport and arranging our shuttle back to the hotel. Will definitely be returning when in need of accommodation in Melbourne again
The free shuttle to and from the airport was reliable and efficient. The reception and breakfast staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and well laid out. Two door cards should be provided for each room so that one person can stay in the room with the lights on, while another person could use a second card key to enter the swimming pool. The bathroom was fabulous with a shower and...

Was chucked here by Jetstar after they cancelled our flight. The room itself was homely and cozy. Beds wonderfully soft. The shower was well designed and bathroom amenities were of vegan friendly variety. The gym was pretty well outfitted. Food was pretty great too! Best are the staff though. Nice, sheik, affordable little hotel. Helpful staff, clean facilities and rooms, as well as a great location near the tram, QVM, cafes, and many food options. Crown Metropol has always been my preferred hotel when I travel to Mel, and it has proven it is definitely worthy of my loyalty today. One of Melbourne’s more luxurious hotels. The rooms are scabious, clean, and comfortable. Service staff are polite and do maintain professionalism. Prompt room service. Buffet breakfast has great variety. Connected to crown facilities via sky bridge an added bonus. Definitely recommend.
Loved the pool area and the view! Large indoor pool surrounded by windows with lots of lounge chairs. Room was nice and simple. Comfortable and clean. Bed was very comfy. Excellent hotel in a great city location. Rooms are of a high standard; even the bed is super comfy. Staff polite and eager to please.
We stayed at crown for our wedding anniversary recently, we stayed at metropol which was OK, to be honest I am not thrilled by the room layout and open bathroom style, but what was worse was the fact we were overlooking a car park right under our window. Amazing hotel right across the waterfront. Evening walks are beautiful here. There are some nice pubs and bars. There is a nice Thai restaurant, Miss Ping’s. Supermarkets like Woolworths, Costco etc is in very close proximity. And the Tram stop D11 is right outside the hotel. Overall perfect location for business and family travellers.
Room and facilities were lovely, the pool was the best, an amazing pool. The service was average. I called for room service about 45 minutes before it stopped and I'd received nothing, so called back about 45 minutes later, said they'd fix it up and nothing came and my husband went down to ask them and they said the kitchen was closed now so they couldn't do anything. Had a similar issue the next...
Absolutely wonderful hotel experience. Top notch. Everything was lovely. Ned at the front desk was amazing. Also, the buffet was awesome. They even had a juicer with fresh fruit and veggies so you can make your own juice. The only reason for not a 5th star is that the staff all seemed genuinely sad that the hotel was being sold and would no longer be a Marriott property.
Fabulous location at edge of reconstructed Docklands. We used the free tram to get around town, so easy the stop is about 200 m from hotel entrance. Rooms pleasant with big rainfall shower in bathroom. Sorry , but beer on tap in bar far too cold to taste it.
Scored a great deal using Marriott Bonvoy points. Free trams are half a block from the hotel and you can get anywhere in central Melbourne without a car or ride share. The room felt new with nice linens, the steam sauna was a bonus. The bartender makes a delicious cappuccino, the breakfast buffet actually had a juicer with fresh fruits and carrots.
Great hotel and staff. Could chromecast to the TV, great so kids could watch their streaming shows. Loved the outdoor pool and spa even with the cold weather

Dined in the intimate back bar which was perfect for us seeking a quiet space to converse. The main dining/bar area had bar access and screens to watch the footy and a full menu which we were also able to order from in the back room. Nice stay! The staff were friendly, helpful, & welcoming. We stayed in the boutique room, it was smaller than expected and we were disappointed that the pool area was not open during the autumn months. The room could do with a deep clean but nonetheless we had a good experience & would recommend!
Great venue for the wedding reception. Food was excellent. Service was very good. Rooms were good.....Roomy.. Though could have had a chest of drawers.... And a bigger tv that I could cast to. Also the room we had had a raised wooden platform for the bed area.... Could be a bit of a hazard if you needed to get up in the middle of the night.... Bit if a trip hazard.

Amazing staff & friendly atmosphere. Rooms are great & service is phenomenal.
The bigger room was nice despite the renovations happening to the facade, and the staff were really nice. When it's a family room the connecting doors block a lot of the accessibility so it's not very functional. The parking is around the back, hard to find at first but good. Slowest elevator in the universe though!
Extremely helpful staff. It was late, it was cold, we booked late due to an emergency, and reception waited until we arrived. Very grateful.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. The kitchen could do with additional utensils. A lid for the saucepan, a can opener that isn't broken and hard to use. But, these are minor. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, great location and friendly staff

Great experience staying at this place. We’re on the 30th floor and the view was spectacular. Walking distance to CBD and free tram area. Hotel, location and Service was perfect. Entrance quite massive and the hotel has got 2 wings. It was near perfect, except that food options were quite limited in the two eateries and the quality was quite ordinary so we were not tempted to have meals at this hotel. The dining...
This hotel has very impressive rooms. They are very spacious with a full walk in robe that you can also access the bathroom from. It had a very large bathroom as well. The rooms are nicely furnished. The breakfast was excellent too with the 5 star experience you would expect like made to order omelletes and very attentive service.

Our stay at Crown Promenade Hotel was an overall delightful experience. The standout feature was the impeccable staff politeness and excellent service throughout my stay (Erden, a reception staff was great & helpful). From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and attended to all my needs promptly and professionally. We even lost a key, due to some confusion at the pool side and they...
Great place for a staycation. We stayed in a king city view. Room was generally clean but was very dusty. It took hotel services almost 10minutes to answer my call for a bucket of ice. Other than that, this hotel is close to many restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay!
Courteous staff, excellent city view, comfy beds. Mini bar full with a variety of drinks. The staff even checks you for things you need proactively. Overall great experience
First time in this motel. It was fantastic to experience a little luxury. Everything you need is either provided or close by. The Mesh breakfast was wonderful. Access to the pool, spa and gym can be included in your stay. Room service plus additional vouchers for the espresso bar and bowling. The rooms were very clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable but very warm. Cheaper movies options provided would...
Great stay! Was in town for business and booked Crown Promenade for a short stay. From the moment I arrived the staff were attentive, helpful and friendly. I was checked in 3 hours early without fuss and was even given a room upgrade which had a fantastic view of the city. The rooms were immaculately clean, all facilities worked without problem, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast the following morning...
Loved our stay here at the promenade. Beautiful suite on the 22nd floor had panoramic views of the south and north side of the city with comfortable air conditioned rooms. The pool was quite crowded and a little hot to be honest but still enjoyable. The rooms were sparkling clean. There were many toiletries of a really good size provided and the bathroom included a spa which was much appreciated. Definitely...

This place was amazing to stay in. From the crisp bed sheets and clean rooms to the funky but trendy decor throughout the rooms and hotel. The staff were impeccable and made me and partner feel very welcome. Great location, only walking distance to some very nice restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.
What an absolute spectacular Hotel, my partner and I came for the weekend and loved every moment of QT Melbourne. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast menu has a variety and the staff were so helpful! Sergio from concierge went above and beyond to plan our Sunday trip in the city with us. Great food, great location and impeccable service. Thank you and see you soon!!!
Came here for a work related conference. Nice rooms and facilities. The finger food was pretty good, and the rooms themselves are nicely sound proofed so you don't get the noise of the dining and socialising areas bleeding through to the meetings. I've also been here for social events and the food served in that setting was also very good. I can recommend this place on both counts.
Fabulous location, beautiful hotel and the room was lovely. I loved the Dyson hairdryer and beautiful products in the bathroom. The staff were great and breakfast was delicious. We loved the roof top bar and were lucky to have a very balmy Melbourne evening so could enjoy the view.
My favourite hotel in Melbourne. Central, funky, comfy. Love the corner rooms with the freestanding baths - heaven.
Splurge and get a room with a bathtub. Worthwhile!

Stayed at this hotel for a couple of weeks and really enjoyed it. Hotel staff were so friendly and nothing was too hard for them. Beds were great, shower was AMAZING. Close to everything in Melbourne and public transport is only a short walk away.
Recently done up to cater the business community. The rooms are spacious. Don't have to leave the place looking for a food outlet as the restaurants is open all the time and serves variety of great food. The fish we had on out first night was the best I have ever had. The staff are awesome , very helpful.
Good standard hotel at a great location.easy access to transport.impressed with the infinity window to look outside the room. Nice outdoor pool. Kids enjoyed it. Breakfast options are less for vegetarians and fishitarians .. same options repeated for all 6 days we stayed. Reception and cleaning staff were nice
Came for a one night stay, reception team was friendly and well groomed. However did not advise that in room amenities could be requested , so had to call once I got to the room to find no amenities aside from soap. Gym is good with enough equipment although the room could do with ventilation (smells like sweat) and better labelling. Rooms were clean and floor to ceiling windows are excellent
I stayed at Holiday Inn for three days, on the first day they held my luggage and got it to the room for me, and they allowed me for early check in which was great because I arrived quite early. Complimentary milk and unlimited WiFi. Their customer service was excellent during my three day stay here. However, house cleaning don’t give you extra washing liquid or any toothbrushes unless requested....
Nice hotel in the middle of the CBD and walking distance from Southern Cross Station. The hotel has good amenities: gym, jacuzzi, meeting room, restaurant. The restaurant has very good food. The staffs at the hotel are nice and helpful. The only negative is that one side of the hotel faces the metro train line. It could be noisy when the train goes by.

Location was perfect for the purpose of my visit. Bonus was the onsite restaurant - food was delicious and service good.
Stayed here from 11 - 18 July. Location is not super downtown but having seen the busy downtown , i much prefer this hotel and its location. A short walk to Queen Victoria market, 2 tram lines and big park with dogs walking around there. The front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. I would like to call out Julia for being very helpful to give us good tips and Donna, the manager who was super helpful...
Service provided by the staff were excellent! Front desk staff were very helpful. My 6 yo boy and I spent a couple of nights here and had breakfast on both mornings at the restaurant. Breakfast had a very good spread and to top things off, the restaurant staff were super friendly and very attentive.
I spent 3 nights with my daughter at the Radisson hotel. Location is just beautiful overlooking Flagstaff Gardens, perfect for a morning walk before our breakfast which we can also look at by booking a window seat. Menus very good especially the offer of a pillow menu - if I'd known I wouldn't have taken my pillow :-) . All the staff were lovely, the hotel had a good vibe to it. I particuly liked their...
I have stayed at Radisson primarily for it's location yet what I had is an awesome stay. First of all when I came in I was greeted and was given a warm welcome by one of their Managers, Angel. She make sure that my check in was smooth and quick. Once again, Thank you Angel. The room I was assigned was clean and I'm pleased with the view of the garden and the buildings at night. The breakfast buffet...

Friendly and helpful Staff, Hotel is in a perfect location close to everything
Central, clean, and just generally great. I was amazed at the size of the room for the price, it wasn't the usual cramped shoebox. The standard room was what I'd expect of a suite with its kitchenette. This thing had every appliances you could need including all of the pots, pans, and crockery.
The location is awesome 👍 right in the middle of Bourke Street with a team stop to get you anywhere in Melbourne right out the front! Sunshine and the staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. The apartments are well layed out, clean and tidy and well appointed. The pool is an extra bonus so are the vending machines in reception. You can store your luggage if you are early arrival...
Clean, neat, tidy, spacious. Not all rooms but most have the sink outside the bathroom. Floor 22 has mostly better views. Couldn't find a service welcome book in room (holds general info and room service). Staff were excellent. Pre-book your parking!!! There is parking next to hotel but is confusing on payments etc.
Well appointed with great gym and pool. Centrally located and kitchen well equipped. Highly recommended.
This is the only hotel I would stay at in Melbourne CBD. Firstly, the staff is amazing. They are friendly and get out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and that with a genuine smile. I am frequently at this hotel and have even met the GM and noticed, the friendliness starts at the top. I have not stayed yet at the newly renovated rooms, but I'm sure, if I go by the old room setup, it will be...

From the time we arrived until we left we had the most fantastic experience. We stayed 2 nights in a lovely deluxe room to celebrate my 70th birthday. We enjoyed daily delicious breakfasts, 2 elegant High Teas & our daughter joined us for dinner at the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a bottle of wine and delectable chocolates plus a pretty card. I also received special birthday plate greetings...
I had afternoon tea here last New Year's Eve! It was divine!! Great service, friendly staff. Food was scrumptious! Old school and perfect. Looking forward to coming back!! 😀
Our family had a wonderful winter wedding at The Windsor. Those who stayed there loved it. The wedding in the Grand Ballroom was perfect. Great food, reasonably priced. The Cricketers Arms bar and breakfast room were terrific. Above all the service was professional, friendly and welcoming. Thanks so much.
I came to Melbourne for my Musical Goddess’ Hamer Hall anniversary concert. I decided to treat myself with a Sojourn at the Hotel Windsor as I had such a lovely experience last year. Second stay didn’t disappoint. Also had Afternoon Tea… Thank you for a lovely experience for my friend’s and my birthday celebration. The food was absolutely gorgeous and despite not breakfasting in readiness, we still...
Loved the heritage charm inside and out. The room we stayed in was very clean, nice modern bathroom with a lot of old character still left inside. We absolutely loved the old decor and furniture, even the carpet - it added to the fun of staying in this hotel! We had a great view of parliament as well. Comfortable bed and the room was very quiet, and what a fabulous location. We would definitely stay...

Not as good as i expected. Checking in was a long winded process. I prebooked and paid for a room well in advance to arriving for our 7 day stay and still had to wait 20 minutes plus to get my keycard. Did not feel very welcomed. Reception entrance very narrow and congested at times to get in and out of the elevators to rooms. One stage there was a function on and i had to queue up and push my way...
Located in the CBD, this hotel is perfect for exploring Melbourne. The surrounding environment was also very good, and the room was spacious, so I was able to stay comfortably. The bed was soft, but it was uncomfortable to move around because it had wheels. But overall, it felt old. All staffs are friendly. This is a hotel I would recommend if you travel to Melbourne.
Absolutely awesome, the room was very nice!, so was the pool, definitely, the service was great! , every night i got the best sleep, the view was amazing, the food at the breakfast buffet was very yummy! And lastly was the location of the hotel, you could walk outside and go grab some lunch right around the corner at the mall! Overall this was a great experience!
Stayed 3 nights. Location is excellent, can't go wrong there. Room is spacious and quite nice, no complaints. Compared to other hotel's prices, it was pretty reasonable too. I was a bit disappointed that on our second day we were out for several hours and returned to our room not being made. And upon checking in on my first day, the toilet seat was a little dirty from previous guest (don't need to...
the hotel was in a great location Breakfast was fantastic
We stayed one night with 2 adults and 2 kids - the room itself was fine. Beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space and the blackout blinds were fantastic, we all had a good night’s sleep. However, we had a huge delay in checking in - we arrived just after the 2pm check in time, to be told that our room wasn’t yet ready. Told it would be 20-30 minutes, offered some drinks at the bar as compensation...

I stayed here for a while and it was an incredible experience. The staff are very friendly, lovely, and approachable. The food was delicious, the rooms were always clean and well presented, and the amenities provided a fantastic place to work/unwind. 10/10 would recommend this hotel to anyone and I look forward to coming back here again in the future.
Wonderful staff went above and beyond, the food was absolutely delicious and the rooms were presented lovely with a very comfortable bed. Thank you for the enjoyable stay, will come back again and recommend to family and friends.
Great place to stay. Beds so comfortable. Very accommodating and attentive to our needs and desires. Staff are so friendly and approachable. Followed covid precautions very well and had excellent strategies to work around the requirements for restrictions although still ensuring we had an enjoyable stay. Awesome views from our room and hallways with windows. Pool was good although in desperate need...
