One of Melbourne’s more luxurious hotels. The rooms are scabious, clean, and comfortable. Service staff are polite and do maintain professionalism. Buffet breakfast has great variety

I called the servo and they swiftly arranged their staff to check on me in my room within 5 minutes

Connected to crown facilities via sky bridge an added bonus

The downside was they were short staffed and check in wasn't available till 4pm which is two hours later than advertised and staff were not helpful

Service is excellent and staff are very courteous and helpful. Altogether a wonderful experience

What can I say, we celebrated our wedding here with 160 of our nearest and dearest and what a night. The attention to detail, the staff and the food, OMG, the food was on point, perfectly executed and delicious

Since then we've been back for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Other People's weddings, or just a quick bite on our way home from work. Every time we're made to feel welcome and the food is consistently superb

For high tea, guests are served a three tier plates of a variety of items, scones and sparkling drink, based on the number of persons. The scones are soft and fluffy, served with fresh cream and jams

Guests can select the teas of their choice from a menu, unlimited times. There is a good buffet selection of hot items and cakes, fruits, chocolate fountain, etc

Kudos to the staff for handling that well! The rooms were spacious enough for 4 adults and offered amazing views of the city. Don’t forget to avail of their buffet breakfast which is so good

Fantastic night here, first time staying and really enjoyed our time. We were upgraded by the Crown team which was such a fantastic surprise! The Concierge was extremely helpful and friendly

The Valet were great and helpful and it made me feel very fancy! Ha The room was amazing, very spacious, had tech opions for room service, facilities etc The bed was Soooo comfortable, you just sink in like a cloud and with options to choose your pillows! The rain shower was so good too, really relaxing and great pressure

The housekeeping staff looked after me so beautifully. I felt like royalty!! I slept like a queen in the comfortable bed. I loved every minute ✨️ My room overlooked the river and it was beautiful seeing the city lights

Pool tiles need refresh though. Valet and concierge staff very friendly. Having a tablet in the room instead of usual paper folio was impressive having to order valet, checking out, etc right at my fingertips

Sure, a weekend there is an expensive venture, but your dollars are not wasted by any means. I look forward to sharing the experience again in the future

Our stay at Crown Promenade Hotel was an overall delightful experience. The standout feature was the impeccable staff politeness and excellent service throughout my stay (Erden, a reception staff was great & helpful)

This gesture was greatly appreciated, as it made my arrival and check-in process smooth and hassle-free. To my delight, the hotel also provided complimentary chocolates and champagne, made me feel like a valued guest

The buffet breakfast at the Mesh restaurant was a highlight of my morning. Again MESH ladies staff were very loving. The pool area was a great place to unwind and relax

Cleanliness and service was through the roof. All I can say is we’ll definitely be back and this will probably be the only hotel we’l ever stay in in Melbourne. The breakfast buffet is so so good too!

Stayed here during a business trip. The room was pleasant, neat and well-designed. The bathroom was lovely, but wish the shower had a door or something so then we didn't have a cold breeze while showering

We were also treated to a corporate breakfast every day, which was alright. Good location, with a nice view of the river

We had an incredible honeymoon/conference experience. The servers in the restaurant were incredible (especially Jen and Morgan). The front desk, concierge and housekeeping staff were amazing

We were celebrating the success of our companies first quarter results and all of us could not miss to talk about the amazing walk in wine cellar. Great selection of wines and drinks

The hotel is a bit old and very noisy!! They are renovating it as it really needs it! The food is not very good rather disappointing!At least the location is good right opposite jolimont station!

Absolutely loved our stay here. The room was fantastic, the staff were really really amazing. I hope we weren't too loud til the early hours of the morning and thank you for accommodating us in the early hours

Our room was immaculate, quiet and the bed was so comfortable. We had drinks at the bar and Stephanie was so friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was impressive, so much thought has gone into it

Took me ages to work out how to use climate control (via a multi-function unit on the wall as pictured) but it was easy to use once you work it out. Room service coffee was great👌🏼 Can’t wait to come back

Reception staff you made our stay so warming. My only suggestion; add an antipasto platter, some oysters and a few fresher items to the menu and it'll be 5 stars allll the wayyyyy ❤️🙏🍾😁

We were constantly checking to see if everything was okay, and without asking, he offered us a variety of food on the table, which made us think they cared about the customers. He deserves an award for his work

In spite of these factors, I gave the hotel 5 stars because the other aspects were excellent

I haven’t been to Melbourne for a long time. Maybe it is expected level of service. But I thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the service and a small gym facilities at the Langham

The spa tub in my room did not appear to be clean and was very dusty, and the face washers near the tub had hair on them, indicating they did not even bother to clean it

When we met Carlos in the club for drinks, he made our experience even better, his hospitality and speaking skills were outstanding, and we wish him every success

I had asked in my booking for romance and when we had arrived wine and a lovely card was perfect something so small could've been a $4 wine I don't care the thought was so beautiful

This is now our favourite Melbourne hotel, the staff are ridiculously nice, nothing is too much trouble, they all go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome. Facilities are good especially for the price point

Omg fantastic!! The customer service couldn't be anymore perfect. It was over 2 years ago we had visited the crowne plaza and we still talk about how amazing our experience was

Really nice hotel in a great location. I had the city view which wasn’t that great but you can see the river views from the lift lobby and they are stunning. The room was a good size with a big comfy bed

Absolutely awesome, the room was very nice!, so was the pool, definitely, the service was great! , every night i got the best sleep, the view was amazing, the food at the breakfast buffet was very yummy! And lastly was the location of the hotel, you could walk outside and go grab some lunch right around the corner at the mall! Overall this was a great experience!

Located in the CBD, this hotel is perfect for exploring Melbourne. The surrounding environment was also very good, and the room was spacious, so I was able to stay comfortably

I selected this hotel because i have 2 young kids and wanted a heated indoor pool. The pool itself is fine but the water was freezing. There is no way that can be considered a heated pool

Love this hotel. I always come back !!! The staff are amazing especially Alice at Reception, she’s always friendly smiling full of happiness. She went out of her way to help us enjoy our stay. What an asset to the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay here, cleaning service every day, right in the CBD, so excellent location, they provide rooms with fresh towels, linen, soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner

My stay with the family at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Thanks for the free upgrade to a newly renovated room, it was the cherry on top of an already delightful experience

Fantastic location, right in the heart of town. Sadly while the room was spotless the view shocking and noisy. Still it's only a place to sleep while you enjoy the city

There's a safe in each room that you can set your own pin for. There's a mini fridge as well. Room had an iron and ironing board, closet to hang your clothes up

The location is good with lots of eatery and convenience store but the area is a little run down with a number of homeless people evident. Can be a little uncomfortable walking around the area

The event and conference rooms are quite good and the catering provided is of high standards

I have stayed here twice now and been impressed both times. Im writing the review based on the genuine warmth from the staff members from every different department. Room was very clean and the parking is a huge bonus

Old world style hotel virtually opposite Flinders St Station, bus and train stops. The rooms are small but comfortable. The staff numbers seem minimal with no concierge that I could see during my stay

Each member of our group was questioned on arrival as to how they could possibly fit on our table, even though we had enough seats for us all. The scrambled eggs looked insipid

Great service, comfy stay, awesome breakfast and good coffee. What more could you want? It was so easy for us arriving in at the airport and arranging our shuttle back to the hotel

Free shuttle to airport. Breakfast was fantastic. Dinner was also great. One of the best risottos I have had in my life!!!

Virgin put me here after cancelling my flight, and it was exactly what I needed after such a stressful experience. No issues with walking in at 1am, getting checked into my room, and then leaving on the shuttle at 6:30am

The bathroom was fabulous with a shower and spa bath. There needs to be a soap dispenser at the spa bath as well as those across the room at the hand basin or shower. The breakfast was very good with ample options

It's such a beautiful hotel in a terrific location. South Yarra was gorgeous, and Chapel St. I really appreciated the early check-in after 28 hours of traveling and loved having a kitchen in my room

The rooms were comfortable - the furniture arrangement / options depend to some extent on which room you are assigned (and has more of a hotel feel compared to some other apartment hotels in the area that have more of an apartment feel)

Nice breakfast place with decent coffee. Suite with 2 rooms is spacious. Lots of shopping and dining around and easy access to tram and trains. They offer coin operated laundry washer and dryer for 3 dollars each

Good, spacious rooms, quiet and tranquil location on the edge of the city and less than 500m from the buzz of the city. Staff members everywhere were extremely polite and helpful and this aspect really stood out for me

The chef at breakfast was very chatty and when he heard it was our wedding anniversary he made pancakes and brought them over congratulating us!! Can’t speak more highly of the great time we had!! Will definitely be back! Thanks again

The concierge was also quite helpful in helping us navigate around the city using free public transportation, made recommendations for great cafes to visit, and delicious restaurants around town

Perfect for a family of three. One shower and a separate bath, equally as nice. Breakfast while a bit expensive for a buffet, was tasty and worth the investment

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Park Hyatt. Definitely recommend staying there. Staff were so helpful and accommodating. They had our room ready early

Conveniently located, for a highly ranked hotel the rooms are very outdated. Parking is horrendous and barely any extensive info provided except a recording when you call through

We had a 13 hour wait until our international flight. We rented a room for a few hours , got a good rest and was able to charge up before the flight

Super close to the airport so convenient to access. Despite being so close aircraft noise is barely audible and doesn't interfere at all. Food was also very good at the catered event.

It's very convenient if some of the team are flying in. Well sound proofed (even better than cbd ones, definitely can't hear planes). Team who stayed the night were happy with it. Staff were friendly and attentive

Only minor issues for them to improve are the food labelling (labelling each dish and being clear on vegetarian vs vegan), and system for validating parking (had to wait a while in a queue and front desk staff were a bit confused)

A convenient, well maintained, homely hotel directly opposite a tram station. The hotel has good city views on the upper floors and is only a few minutes walk to major supermarkets and southern cross station

Wonderful hotel located right in the heart of the CBD across from Southern Cross station. You aren't going to do much better for the price. Most rooms include a small fridge which is useful

Came here for a work related conference. The finger food was pretty good, and the rooms themselves are nicely sound proofed so you don't get the noise of the dining and socialising areas bleeding through to the meetings

I've also been here for social events and the food served in that setting was also very good. I can recommend this place on both counts

I head there once a month for a professional event. Good parking, function rooms are big and chairs are comfortable. The bar staff are friendly, and the food is ok.

Family of 5, clean interconnecting rooms, 2 bathrooms, free parking,$250 great value, good service, quiet room, no traffic noise, not the newest rooms but would stay here again as value was fantastic.

Upon calling the reception for a second pot (there was just one with 1 liter volume) they promissed "to do their best" - nothing happend

My initial tiny gripes still withstanding and probably beyond anybody's control, I had a wonderful experience here. The staff were totally lovely to us every step of the way, and took excellent care.

Lovely stay at the clean and spacious 1 bedder suite! We got a room at 1403 , stadium facing where we get to see sunrise everyday! Huge room, clean rooms, fully equip kitchen with washer and dryer! Location is next to south bank, very close to Arts Center and gallery! Highly recommend this hotel for families!
