The hotel itself is well laid out and provides easy access to the city proper. Breakfast at Mr Hive was enjoyable, and the check-in and concierge staff were excellent

It's a great hotel as far as the location, but the room itself is very dated. The toilet doesn't even have a bidet. I think it used to have some sort of bedside clock or something, and the cable is left hanging

Could be easily cleaned, did not complain, it’s still there the day after, it shows how “thorough” this hotel does their house keeping work. Bottomline, not value for money, not a 5star, won’t be back, not recommended

Thankfully it was fixed after complains were made. Requested housekeeping in the evening and was told it’s not available anymore at this hours. There’s a food stain on the coffee table when I checked in

Thankfully Choices of Breakfast is as of a 3 star hotel if not worst. Location is not as vibrant as early years of crown, almost dead. Tablet instructions weren’t working in the beginning

We had a pleasant stay at crown melbourne hotel. Clean and location is very good. Easy access to the city. Free tram zone just across the hotel. Can travel anywhere within melbourne easily.

Overall is good. Just the toilet amenities can be more attentive with topping/refilling. Especially the shower gel, I bath halfway no more and have to call for help. But staff were kind and helpful.

Our stay at Crown Promenade Hotel was an overall delightful experience. The standout feature was the impeccable staff politeness and excellent service throughout my stay (Erden, a reception staff was great & helpful)

The Langham in Melbourne is ideally located for easy access to the CBD, transport and excellent restaurants and bars. The walk along the riverbank is really enjoyable

The Langham Hotel is perfect for a special occasion getaway. Spacious room,comfy bed and helpful staff. It has delicious food and a fantastic spa and pool area.

Our suite had a kitchen and plenty of space and bathroom included a spa bath. Easy access to many of Melbourne theatres shops and boutique cafes

The hotel is abit old but room is clean and at a great location, friendly staff too.

On 2 days, we left the notification to make up room when we went out but when we got back several hours later, the room was still not cleaned. Otherwise would have gotten a 5 star rating

The hotel is located at a fantastic location and our twin room was pretty huge with a small kitchenette. Overall, the stay was pleasant but the room cleaning took a little too long

I checked my credit card after I have checked out and saw my credit card got charged another 3xx AUD. We went back and asked the receptionist in person and were told that the charge was for the stay

It is in the centre of Bourke street. A lots of shopping, eateries and grocers within 10m walk. Only set back, they don’t have a washing machine in the apartment. The view from the apartment is good

Location is super convenient, trams stop right in front of the hotels with many good restaurants around. Walking distance to many places of interests, high-end shopping street and supermarkets are just around the corner

Absolutely awesome, the room was very nice!, so was the pool, definitely, the service was great! , every night i got the best sleep, the view was amazing, the food at the breakfast buffet was very yummy! And lastly was the location of the hotel, you could walk outside and go grab some lunch right around the corner at the mall! Overall this was a great experience!

I selected this hotel because i have 2 young kids and wanted a heated indoor pool. The pool itself is fine but the water was freezing. There is no way that can be considered a heated pool

The pool, gym, and outdoor area were excellent for a change of scenery and added to the overall comfort of my stay

We had an awful experience which was we got a room key (room 630) that the room has already been occupied… We opened the room door, and someone was just right there which made my husband and I were shocked! And the room was really small that it barely can open 2 baggages

Stayed there for 3 nights and was met by a very friendly receptionist-Joanne. The king size bedroom was spacious and the bathroom had been newly renovated

Came here for a work related conference. The finger food was pretty good, and the rooms themselves are nicely sound proofed so you don't get the noise of the dining and socialising areas bleeding through to the meetings

I've also been here for social events and the food served in that setting was also very good. I can recommend this place on both counts

The concierge was also quite helpful in helping us navigate around the city using free public transportation, made recommendations for great cafes to visit, and delicious restaurants around town

Perfect for a family of three. One shower and a separate bath, equally as nice. Breakfast while a bit expensive for a buffet, was tasty and worth the investment
