Excellent service, comfy bed but pillows were a bit too soft. Very quiet - considering it's so close to the airport it's very peaceful. Facilities are clean and very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located, for a highly ranked hotel the rooms are very outdated. Parking is horrendous and barely any extensive info provided except a recording when you call through

Great view over the airport, was worried it might be too noisy with planes talking off but was well insulated and relatively quiet. Bed was comfortable, room clean, slightly dated but nice

Rooms were good. The staff was kind enough to fetch a different room for us on extra cost as we were looking for a better room. Location is in the heart of St Kilda which is a happening place. Recommended.

The hotel staff are very kind and answered all of the questions we had. There is also a nice guest lounge to wait around if you’re early

What can I say, we celebrated our wedding here with 160 of our nearest and dearest and what a night. The attention to detail, the staff and the food, OMG, the food was on point, perfectly executed and delicious

Since then we've been back for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Other People's weddings, or just a quick bite on our way home from work. Every time we're made to feel welcome and the food is consistently superb

For high tea, guests are served a three tier plates of a variety of items, scones and sparkling drink, based on the number of persons. The scones are soft and fluffy, served with fresh cream and jams

Guests can select the teas of their choice from a menu, unlimited times. There is a good buffet selection of hot items and cakes, fruits, chocolate fountain, etc

I would like the shower to have a hand held attachment too - the fixed overhead shower head was nice but most places have both now and it’s great for less flexible or fat people - of which I am both! The fridge was a good size for our own wine that we had brought with us and there were even chilled champagne flutes in it! The hotel sent up a lovely cup cake for my birthday

The view from our room, 1529, was fantastic. The room service meal was hot - yes - even the chips! And so good. Only small quibble was fruit bread was served with the cheese plate and it just wasn’t a good match

In spite of these factors, I gave the hotel 5 stars because the other aspects were excellent

Room service was slow and not very good, and there were a few hygiene problems

The spa tub in my room did not appear to be clean and was very dusty, and the face washers near the tub had hair on them, indicating they did not even bother to clean it

When we met Carlos in the club for drinks, he made our experience even better, his hospitality and speaking skills were outstanding, and we wish him every success

One of Melbourne’s more luxurious hotels. The rooms are scabious, clean, and comfortable. Service staff are polite and do maintain professionalism. Buffet breakfast has great variety

I called the servo and they swiftly arranged their staff to check on me in my room within 5 minutes

The downside was they were short staffed and check in wasn't available till 4pm which is two hours later than advertised and staff were not helpful

Cleanliness and service was through the roof. All I can say is we’ll definitely be back and this will probably be the only hotel we’l ever stay in in Melbourne. The breakfast buffet is so so good too!

Stayed here during a business trip. The room was pleasant, neat and well-designed. The bathroom was lovely, but wish the shower had a door or something so then we didn't have a cold breeze while showering

We were also treated to a corporate breakfast every day, which was alright. Good location, with a nice view of the river

The Valet were great and helpful and it made me feel very fancy! Ha The room was amazing, very spacious, had tech opions for room service, facilities etc The bed was Soooo comfortable, you just sink in like a cloud and with options to choose your pillows! The rain shower was so good too, really relaxing and great pressure

Pool tiles need refresh though. Valet and concierge staff very friendly. Having a tablet in the room instead of usual paper folio was impressive having to order valet, checking out, etc right at my fingertips

This is such a hidden gem of the city. Rooms like a luxury feel without the price tag. We also had a conference here and the service and value for money was the best we have experienced

The room was quiet, clean and had a home-like ambience, not at all like a purely functional, sterile Hotel room. The spa was used multiple times to the delight of my daughter and was an excellent stress reliever

This is wonderful hotel, our room is spacious, neat, clean and reasonably stylish. The beds are firm soft and absolutely perfect for us. Service is great and the location is again central to our needs

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room temperature perfect. There was no ice in the room but when reception was asked about it they immediately leapt up to bring some to our room

The location couldn't have been better, easy public transport access and walking distance to our theatre event. I will definitely be back next time I have a Melbourne event to go to

Had a great 4 night stay here with the family. Concierge and check in staff were very warm and welcoming. Hotel interior is beautiful and luxurious. Rooms are clean and well appointed although maybe a touch small

Excellent location, easy to get in and out of due to not too busy side road and traffic light from chapel. Had the studio room on second floor

Chairs were plastic and the bed and tv were 90degrees from each other which meant sitting in bed watching tv meant a trip to the chiro the next day. Car park is small but h many other Wilson parks around

Our room was immaculate, quiet and the bed was so comfortable. We had drinks at the bar and Stephanie was so friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was impressive, so much thought has gone into it

Took me ages to work out how to use climate control (via a multi-function unit on the wall as pictured) but it was easy to use once you work it out. Room service coffee was great👌🏼 Can’t wait to come back

I had asked in my booking for romance and when we had arrived wine and a lovely card was perfect something so small could've been a $4 wine I don't care the thought was so beautiful

This is now our favourite Melbourne hotel, the staff are ridiculously nice, nothing is too much trouble, they all go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome. Facilities are good especially for the price point

Breakfast is a nice buffet at $40 per person, which is on the higher end of prices. Yugo restaurant for dinner was excellent. They really have great customer empathy and professional friendly attitudes

The location is good with lots of eatery and convenience store but the area is a little run down with a number of homeless people evident. Can be a little uncomfortable walking around the area

I have stayed here twice now and been impressed both times. Im writing the review based on the genuine warmth from the staff members from every different department. Room was very clean and the parking is a huge bonus

Old world style hotel virtually opposite Flinders St Station, bus and train stops. The rooms are small but comfortable. The staff numbers seem minimal with no concierge that I could see during my stay

This was a great boutique stay (accor). We often stay Sofitel when in Melbourne but gave this a try. Idea location and Lindrum had a deal next door with Wilson for parking

Came here for a work related conference. The finger food was pretty good, and the rooms themselves are nicely sound proofed so you don't get the noise of the dining and socialising areas bleeding through to the meetings

Virgin put me here after cancelling my flight, and it was exactly what I needed after such a stressful experience. No issues with walking in at 1am, getting checked into my room, and then leaving on the shuttle at 6:30am
