Concierge staff were all friendly and helpful. Great location for my needs. In room dining food was very good and quickly delivered. Room was big with a beautiful view. Sunny and his immaculately clean car was prompt and friendly when taking me to the airport.

Omg fantastic!!
The customer service couldn't be anymore perfect. It was over 2 years ago we had visited the crowne plaza and we still talk about how amazing our experience was. Everything was so easy and relaxed when arriving. I had asked in my booking for romance and when we had arrived wine and a lovely card was perfect something so small could've been a $4 wine I don't care the thought was so beautiful.
The front desk ladies are so lovely and help you in every way.

Booked a room for work, 8th floor, It had a great view. The room was typical but clean and well appointed, super comfortable bed for a hotel. Nice and quiet considering its location and curtains were blockout. Breakfast is a nice buffet at $40 per person, which is on the higher end of prices. Yugo restaurant for dinner was excellent.
The staff are excellent. They really have great customer empathy and professional friendly attitudes.
One thing I have experienced from my few visits is that the Pow Wow cafe is often serving really poor quality food and the service is often lacking, and the closing time of 4.30pm is not ideal for afternoon or evening snacks.

Hotel, location and Service was perfect. Entrance quite massive and the hotel has got 2 wings. It’s quite Strategic close to Crown Casino but entrance door was located in the upper ground and hidden by the bridges. It’s quite confusing if you never been here especially with the construction going on around the building roads. Overall, it’s cool and recommended 👍🏻

Hotel was beautiful, during our stay they had some nearby road and building construction but we didn’t hear a thing and it really didn’t interrupt the stay at all. It was just a little bit of a walk for parking.
The room was really clean and cheerful. It had usb points for phone charging and everything.
Even the soaps and shampoo provided was really nice.
Would definitely stay again.

Newly renovated rooms look great . Good size room and bathroom with large shower. Location fantastic across the road from Crown casino and Convention and exhibition building.

Really nice hotel in a great location. I had the city view which wasn’t that great but you can see the river views from the lift lobby and they are stunning.
The room was a good size with a big comfy bed. Really nice bathroom but the shower’s water pressure left you a little disappointed.
The staff are excellent. They really have great customer empathy and professional friendly attitudes.

This is now our favourite Melbourne hotel, the staff are ridiculously nice, nothing is too much trouble, they all go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome. Facilities are good especially for the price point. The breakfast is amazing value for money, really impressed and will be back for sure. Thanks team keep up the amazing work.

Absolutely terrible experience from check-in to check out and even well after check out with a random charge!
Firstly our rooms were not available until close to 4pm.
Secondly the Twin Room we had booked for my siblings well in advance and even called to ensure we secure it was not provided nor was it available.
When we raised this with the front staff, they insisted that they were fully booked and at full capacity and that they could not accommodate any change. Even though we took added measures to secure the twin it was still subject to availability..
We stood at the front desk for almost an hour getting nowhere. Then we mentioned we wanted to speak to the manager to work something out and the front desk lady said "the manager will just tell you the same thing"
When we met with the manager, she easily found us an available twin room. At this stage we were annoyed, exhausted but extremely relieved that our family could stay comfortably throughout our stay.
After we checked out and were on the road to the airport, we got repeated calls from the hotel insisting that we come back immediately to settle the outstanding bill (which we had already settled during checkout)
We told them over and over on the phone that it was already settled and we could provide a screenshot of the payment and also that we were on our way to the airport but the lady on the phone insisted on coming back.
When we came back, the front desk lady mentioned that the other lady whom we checked out with gave us an incorrect amount and we still owed $75.
We paid the $75 and rushed to the airport. A few days later we got a random charge of $1500 from the hotel - we called immediately to ask why they had talked that much from the account and they apologized and refunded the money.
Truly the worst experience.
