Pan Pacific Melbourne

Stayed here during a business trip. The room was pleasant, neat and well-designed. The bathroom was lovely, but wish the shower had a door or something so then we didn't have a cold breeze while showering.

The lighting in the room was gentle, just wish you didn't need the room card for lighting (I didn't realise it was needed at first ha!).

The staff were friendly and helpful. The foyer was ritzy and very pretty.

We were also treated to a corporate breakfast every day, which was alright. It paid to be early, though.

Good location, with a nice view of the river.

This hotel was exceptional. Cleanliness and service was through the roof. All I can say is we’ll definitely be back and this will probably be the only hotel we’l ever stay in in Melbourne. The breakfast buffet is so so good too!

I wanted to take a moment to provide some feedback on my recent visit to the PAN PACIFIC HOTEL in Melbourne.

We had dinner at the Dock 37 Bar and Kitchen. It was a real gastronomical journey, enjoyed every course of my meal and such pleasant and experienced bunch of people, really want commend your team for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist.

We were celebrating the success of our companies first quarter results and all of us could not miss to talk about the amazing walk in wine cellar. Great selection of wines and drinks.

All in all an awesome evening spent, thank you PAN PACIFIC MELBOURNE.

We had an incredible honeymoon/conference experience. The servers in the restaurant were incredible (especially Jen and Morgan). The front desk, concierge and housekeeping staff were amazing. We stayed 5 days and would have stayed longer! It was a real vacation. The buffet breakfast was incredible and so was the in-room dining. 10/10

Perfect location close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Our room is gorgeous and definitely what we needed after a long trip. Staff were very friendly and attentive and views were stunning! Dock 37 breakfast buffet was needed after a big night out and food was great. We would definitely book again

Awesome views across the river of the city, situated amongst the tourism-friendly South Wharf restaurants, and always welcoming staff ..

This hotel is amongst the best Hilton hotels within this part of the world.

The expansive Yarra suites at the corner of the upper floors are highly recommended, and the privileges available for members on the executive floor are most worthwhile.

Stayed in a king room overlooking the Yarra River and would have to say it would be one of the best views in Melbourne. Location of the hotel is great with many bars and restaurants only seconds away. Staff were fantastic and we were surprised with a complimentary bottle of champagne, as it was my wife's birthday.

Great location and atmosphere. Staff are friendly and not the usual 5 Star hotel 'stuff attitide' I have stayed at this hotel over 30 times. There will be many more! Update August 2017: Sadly this hotel left the Hilton family and is now a Pan Pacific managed property. If you are a Hilton Honor's member then the Doubletree is your only option in Melbourne at this stage.
