Radisson On Flagstaff Gardens Melbourne

Stayed here from 11 - 18 July. Location is not super downtown but having seen the busy downtown , i much prefer this hotel and its location. A short walk to Queen Victoria market, 2 tram lines and big park with dogs walking around there.
The front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. I would like to call out Julia for being very helpful to give us good tips and Donna, the manager who was super helpful in arranging next booking for my wife. Nice job.. !

Service provided by the staff were excellent! Front desk staff were very helpful. My 6 yo boy and I spent a couple of nights here and had breakfast on both mornings at the restaurant. Breakfast had a very good spread and to top things off, the restaurant staff were super friendly and very attentive.

I spent 3 nights with my daughter at the Radisson hotel. Location is just beautiful overlooking Flagstaff Gardens, perfect for a morning walk before our breakfast which we can also look at by booking a window seat. Menus very good especially the offer of a pillow menu - if I'd known I wouldn't have taken my pillow :-) . All the staff were lovely, the hotel had a good vibe to it. I particuly liked their awareness for the environment. I would definitely be going again.

I have stayed at Radisson primarily for it's location yet what I had is an awesome stay. First of all when I came in I was greeted and was given a warm welcome by one of their Managers, Angel. She make sure that my check in was smooth and quick. Once again, Thank you Angel. The room I was assigned was clean and I'm pleased with the view of the garden and the buildings at night.The breakfast buffet was amazing! Kudos to the Chef and to everyone at HQ. I was not expecting that but you did very well. Everything tasted so good. I had a really good experience staying at Radisson. I will surely recommend it to my friends and definitely will go back. 🙂

We had a great experience staying here while in Melbourne earlier this year. The staff were always so helpful and friendly throughout our two-week stay. The room was okay but could be updated. The buffet breakfast was very good and exceeded expectations. Location was also great as you can venture into the city centre or the markets in just a few minutes.

I found the staff were very friendly and helpful & the restaurant had a great buffet breakfast and decent views of the city & park. Also nice was the spa on the top floor.
The hotel did say parking was included on the Booking website, but parking is an extra charge ($35 a day as at 03/23) & at a nearby Wilson's car park around the corner.

This is a nice modern hotel but it's set up for the business man or weekend break, it's not ideal for those wanting to stay longer than two days. The hotel is ideally placed just on the outskirts of the CBD but just inside the free tram area which means getting around is a doddle. The issue we had is that the rooms have no storage at all (well three small shelves, no draws). As a couple who were exploring the city of a week it meant we couldn't unpack. We asked if there was anything that could be done to get more storage (there was lots of space in the room) but nothing happened, not even a "no sorry".
