Quality Hotel Bayswater
Perth, 78-80 Railway Parade 🧭 Map
I had a meal in the restaurant, which tasted good. The special pork rib set meal on Thursday was very cost-effective. There is also a kids menu for children to order food
It is a good choice for the first stop when coming from the airport
Great hot water pressure; good A/C, fridge, micro and kettle; clean linens. Very close to Tai Chi venue which was great. Helpful and courteous staff members. No noise from the tavern at night
Everything was perfect, we can't say anything bad about this hotel. The family stay was perfect, impeccable cleanliness as well as the service, without a doubt if we return to Perth and have room we will return.
Premier family room was spacious and clean.
Price was reasonable for a twin share room. Unimpressed with cleanliness of room on arrival as previous occupant's underwear was still under the luggage shelf

The pool area was by no means inviting and the car park was at a very sharp angle both above and below ground. Room was however comfortable and well laid out and the view was very good of the city
Good view of Perth city, and only 5-10mins away.
Handy area to be in if you have a car. Free undercover parking onsite.
nice hotel and worth. recommended. parking also free and staff also very good
Stayed at Perth Metro for a month and I can’t say anything negative about them. The staff was great, room service 5 star. The room had a bit of a smokey smell but wasn’t a negative
Very accessible & friendly staff. Less than 10 mins to Swan River. Plenty nice recipes & suggest to make reservations before visiting

COMO The Treasury
Perth, 1 Cathedral Avenue 🧭 Map
Excellent variety for breakfast. Service quick and professional. Complimentary goodies in the room. A tour of the building to show where restaurants were located and being escorted to our room
Stayed here for final 2 days of our trip. It is just a fantastic hotel and a superb full stop to our visit "down under". Knew it would we good as soon as we pulled up outside
A warm welcome from Peter at the door and then Yasmine who then checked us in with good humour, friendly approach and professionalism
If I ever go that way again I would do my best to stay there again. Great staff, room and facilities. If you can, go and stay there
She in fact took us to our room explaining the layout of the hotel and its attractions. She was a wonderful asset to the hotel. The room was calming and had a great bathroom and a bed that gave a great nights sleep
The receptionist were friendly, greeted us and as well as explaining all facilities in the building. The staffs were very friendly and responsive; supplying water to our room and making rooms

Perth, No. 185 St Georges Terrace 🧭 Map
Good location, cozy and comfortable.
It is gard to turn around and if you are a bigger size person you will hit everywhere inside the stand. The only good point I can say is that the location is great
room comes with basic kitchen features sufficient for making breakfast
free self service laundry which was great
room has a bathtub with jaccuzi function
mattress could be better as the motion transfer from the other party's slight movement can be felt
Great service. Would be nicer is parking was available on site, but back available close by
After I went to the toilet , it happened again without flushing my human waste. The wash hand basin is too small. Whenever you brush your teeth, then your head will hit the mirror. The shower stand is small as well
The toilet can not flush clearly for the human waste with many many times, I push the button. The waste was still at the bottom for overnight. Next day in the morning, I informed Reception, and then it was fixed

Alex Hotel
Perth, 50 James Street 🧭 Map
In the heart of the CBD, quite a rowdy area when the night rolls round but rooms are quite sound proof. Included breakfast on the mezzanine was amazing and a perfect day starter
Very good location, and rooms were comfortable, enjoyed the simple breakfast (would also be nice to include hot meals)
I had a fantastic experience at Alex Hotel. I’ve wanted to come here for years and glad I did. Room and general aesthetic of the hotel is cute, unique. Staff are efficient and friendly, without being overbearing
The room I booked was teeny tiny, no problem for a solo traveller. There is only one lift so I can imagine there might be some delays during busy periods (was fine mid-week)
Fantastic service and the hotel was amazing. Room was beautiful and the rooftop terrace was a lovely place to sit and have a drink. Breakfast was also delicious.
Relatively new "boutique style" hotel. Nice design. Very clean. Breakfast included. Very centric. Free bicycle rental. Perfect place to rest and explore Perth.

The hotel has a very good environment and is very close to the beach. Parking is very convenient. It is more comfortable than living in the city.
Only stayed on le night l, but would happily stay more. Very friendly staff. Nice clean and comfortable room, a stones throw from the beach and a short drive to Hilary’s marina. Great.
We stayed in the 2 bed apartment, which was spacious the interior is very basic, not great value for money.
Great location near a wonderful beach & within walking distance to Hilary’s quay
The hotel has a good basic breakfast included, no protein of any kind. The biggest thing this hotel has, is its location beside the water and the view of the sunset
The reception staff were amazing. Clearly love their job and love pleasing guests. Nothing is too much trouble. Short walk to everything at Hillary's Boat Harbour
Great location, wonderful view from our ground floor room 65.
I will definitely book that room again

Pensione Hotel Perth
Perth, 70 Pier Street 🧭 Map
Another great stay at Pensione. The hotel and rooms are always immaculately clean and the staff were excellent as usual. Fantastic value. The best hotel in Perth!
Stayed for 5 nights
Clean and modern rooms
Comfy beds - pillows are good
Shower pressure is really good with hot water
Fridge and kettle included
Room service was also very good
Everyday they topped up the tea, coffee and milk for us
Receptionists were very nice
Big TV included in the room
Wi-Fi worked well
Overall a good place to stay
Good service, in a great location - only a few minutes walk from public transport, and plenty of great food options nearby. But for mewould be nice to have a little more than just a kettle
Good location, on one of the free bus circuits. Would stay there again.
Only downside was people shouting outside the hotel on a few occasions during the night, but this isn’t really the hotels fault as they can’t control this. Overall I defo recommend this hotel

Joondalup Resort
Perth, Country Club Boulevard 🧭 Map
The housekeeping team were phenomenal and made coming back to a clean room after a full day of golf was the best feeling. The aesthetic and style of service at the resort is spot on
The grounds and hotel are immaculate, the team throughout the resort were always well presented and attentive. I stayed in the entry level room and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the room
Very special memories were made with family and friends while playing 18 holes (Lake & Dune). Beautifully designed and well maintained courses. I will 100% be back again very soon!
Had a wonderful 8 nights stay at Joondalup Resort. King Room was clean, spacious and well appointed, bed very comfy with a lovely view over the lake
We also ate in the Restaurant a couple of nights and had lovely meals both times. Can highly recommend Joondalup Resort, didn’t disappoint on any level and is also very reasonably priced
Thank you to the entire team at Joondalup Resort!
As someone who works in the industry, it was an incredible experience being a guest here

Broadwater Resort Como
Perth, 137 Melville Parade 🧭 Map
Great place, clean and fresh. Parking is secure. Some guests were noisy when coming back about 1am. That was the only issue, otherwise was very happy with the facility.
The room is an amazing size and the utilities are so good
The spa was lovely in the morning, and the kids loved the pool. The loft rooms were really great. Had a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, so very comfortable. The Japanese restaurant was absolutely delicious
We had a 2 bed, 2bath apartment. Was a little tired around the edges but clean, tidy & comfortable. We were able to cook in the fully equipped kitchen and also able to do some washing as it had a washer and dryer
We had a different room booking on our first night, to our next 2 nights, and the lovely lady on the front counter was so wonderful at making the move from one room to the next, easy and seamless
Our only regret was trying this on our last day, had we tried it on our first day at would have eaten there everyday. Easiest checking in of all the hotels we stayed at in Perth

Great location but a bit far to walk to Fremantle itself. But we've got a car, $15 per day for parking. Only negative is bath, shower combo
Fantastic seaview! Room was equipped with microwave, cutleries which we could prepare breakfast and dinner
Basic accomodation with minimal but functional furniture great views of the marina and back right on to the water with parking is $15 /day extra thru reception. The thing is the location - close enough for a 1
5km stroll to excellent markets and Freo city bars
10 min drive to B shed ferry terminal to Rottnest Island and there was 10% discount at nearby eateries such as Twinfin fish and chips and Ciecerello Fremantle Seafood restaurant
2units booked for 6 persons in each. 1 parking fee of $15 per day for just 1 car per unit. Remaining guests with cars forced to pay $36. 80 per day 8am to midnight!! Ridiculous! Bathroom 2 in our unit requires an update

Excellent location. Rooms are clean and tidy. Bed and sheets needs upgrading to make it more comfortable and soft to skin.
Great spread. Friendly staff. Good atmosphere. What more could you want? The beef brisket however, was the star of the show. Would visit again.
That was a beautiful value for quality hotel clean really impressed.
Richard the porter excellent customer service as I came late highly recommend.
Cosy comfort quality
Thanks for the great service
Nice Hotel, I actually really enjoyed my one night stay here. Staff were understanding and did there job well, one of the male staff even helped carry some luggage. The hotel was clean, and I appreciated the vibe
Great hotel; very clean, great location (everything in the city is within walking distance), quick check in & out. They even allow us to store our big luggages after we check out
Great place to live in
The single bed room was nice, clean and had all the facilities I needed. Although there wasn’t a bin in my room, but I found a workaround and for me, it won’t knock any points off the rating

Nice clean place with large rooms, contemporary furniture, good WiFi, complementary washing machine, fridge in room, communal microwave, furnishings are comfortable
Only downsides are lack of bedside tables, lighting is good, but everything is on or nothing - no bedside lamp, no tea towel or cutlery, only kettle and cups. Overall, it is good for a one night stop over
near coogee beach where is a beautiful and convenient beach. We stayed a room no window, but the ceiling has something that sun lights through. The hotel room, public area and bathroom were clean
Staff are fantastic , Great, good value for money close to hospitals and Fremantle. Nice a quite
Great stay , however people have no respect when parking next to U and scratch your car thanks white car that scratched my bright blue stationwagon.

BEST WESTERN PREMIER The Terrace Hotel Perth
Perth, 237 St Georges Terrace 🧭 Map
The food was good, however, the staff mixed up the orders and brought the wrong dishes to the table. Confusion reigned!
The suite we had was unique and superb, had two fire places, crystal chandeliers, magnificent marble walls in lovely period bathroom, oil paintings, we were transported back to the turn of last century
Bed was comfy, everything was clean, surprisingly quiet as there is a wonderful busy bar and restaurant down stairs serving great food and drinks
From the moment we arrived at this perfectly located city hotel we were treated with respect and assistance by all the helpful staff
Parking was simple 15 minute free standing right next door for easy check in, then $30/24 hour come and go parking 200 m's away
There was also no confirmation email on booking and made finding out any details about the room quite tricky

Hillarys is a good place to stay. Kids enjoyed the entertainment.
It's been a really nice stay here. Comfortable and safe. The location was really good. Sunsets, beaches, and restaurants.
Beautiful location
So convenient to beaches and restaurants/ shops
Pool was a nice cleansing wind down, although the local beaches are so good they are the pick for swimming
Excellent place with all the amenities and close to the mall and restaurants nearby. It also is a five minute walk to the Hillarys beach which is excellent for the kids
One of the best places to stay with just about anything you need a walk away
Laundry great
Kitchen ok, not much variety of tea no salt and pepper - not even sachets. Freezer was good, had 2 auto turnout ice trays

Ordered a steak & it came out exactly as ordered. Female bar staff suggests a red wine to ho with it. It was an excellent suggestion. Will return with friends.
Staff are friendly and welcoming. Room was in good order and the spa bath is huge! Would stay there again!
The service and accommodation was lovely. The staff are excellent. If I ever have a party function in Perth will be booking with them again.
The rooms are clean but very average. Good location but would not stay their again.
The rooms were clean and tidy. Really loved the spa in the room. Check-in was easy with friendly and helpful staff. Overall a great place to stay for the price and service. Highly recommended this to anyone

Excellent location and friendly staff. The parking facility is great. The wine and cheese at 5 pm with pizza is an excellent complimentary. there is a great choice of tea and coffee at the lobby
Breakfast is included and was surprisingly good, self made bread (I loved the fruit break) with yoghurt, berries, jam, Nutella, home made musli, coffee, tea and juices
The good: location and unlimited complimentary water and also some nice amenities in the minibar
Even if the tiny rooms are real tiny, the place is lovely and the staff friendly and efficient. And last but the least, the story, the adventure, of the irish political convicts is told in a vivid manner

Paid 112 dollars on trivago, excellent service, food was home made and lovely, powerful showers and great to have free use of the bikes, for the money I paid I would highly recommend it.
Good mid range hotel. No decent bar
More than adequate accomodation. Clean
Restaurant...breakfast and dinner surprisingly good. Could do with better service in the bar
Small and quite hotel with a lot of parking area. Therefore it is value for money. Ordering Uber from the hotel only took me less than 5 min. Close by to the botanic garden
The rooms are very clean and the personal is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is much better then I expected. There are fresh fruits and a selection of different ingredients for your cereals or bread
Relatively inexpensive, small rooms, big comfy beds, clean bathrooms and living areas. Dining room decorated stylishly, with hearty meals and all of the classic drinks on offer

The furniture in the living area was not very comfortable. Everything else in the unit was good.
The staff is helpful and friendly. The place is clean and tidy and is walkable to the beach and all restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets. Highly recommended.
Rooms are bright , clean, modern and a good size. Area is perfect close to everything you need
The only thing I would say is and have had in other self service apartments is having some every day items in the kitchen ie cooking oil, sauces, bit more milk (2 little servers) just so when you’re there for 2-3 days you don’t want to be buying that stuff to cook in the apartment and then having to either throw it away or just leave it there
Except for Brisbane every one of 20 Quests I been to has been consistent. I’d go back to this one in Scarborough for sure.
Had a great stay at Quest very handy to get too the beach and restaurants. Apartment was lovely and clean

Service: Friendly and helpful staff at our check in. Location: Walking distant to some good cafes and eateries
We went to a good pub/restaurant on the same street for dinner, drink and walked back to the hotel without the need to use the Uber service. Overall, we enjoyed our stay
(Kind of Romantic) Cleanliness: The room is very clean, although we have found some used tissue and medicine in the drawer next to the mini-Fridge from the previous guests. This will not deter us from coming back
Good coffee and muffin special!
This is our first time stay at Club Wyndham Perth to celebrate our anniversary Room: Our room is spacious and clean. Love the separation of the shower and toilet
