We like the room and staffs, only the door closing sounds is too loud (when closed from outside, not able to softer the sounds) love the coffee machine in the room, the spacious room, sofa and coffee table, location is nice to arrange tour pick up from the hotel, only very quite at night, we like the welcome drink too

A generally good hotel with an excellent location…very well situated in downtown Perth with access to restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance and close to key historical/tourist sites

I quite enjoyed the breakfast, especially the barista-made coffee with cute latte art! The concierge (I can’t remember his name, but we enjoyed chatting about my hometown when he noticed my sweatshirt) and breakfast staff were excellent! Very friendly

Very convenient for transiting to Rottnest ferry. Welcoming drinks for joining their free membership. Daily housekeeping and they store my luggage after my first night staying and coming back the other night

Keep my laundry and trace my new room number after I drop the dirty laundry on my first night. Breakfast provide soy milk and almond milk, which suit people with lactose intolerance

providing all amenities including toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers. Within CBD area, can take CAT bus for free if you travel inside zone 1. Bus right opposite to Fremantle

Couldn’t fault this place. Very convenient and best location. Clean rooms. You get what you pay for here. I’ll definitely be back again and i will recommend this place to others. Thankyou

The check in process took quite long, saying that cannot see my booking in system while confirmation email already received from Trip. The cup provided in mini bar had clear tea stains when I wanted to make some hot tea

It’s a really nice hotel. Impeccable and it’s near to the ******. I like their room slippers. It’s like Havana’s. Easy to wear to the pool. Their thick bathroom is comfy.

Service was super good, they gave us a bottle of champagne and chocolates for our anniversary :”) thank you to the staff who prepared this lovely surprise! Room was really big and bed was comfortable, however some parts (in the toilet) could be cleaner

Spacious room, quite a number of dining places available. ****** in the same building. Nice sunset view from balcony.

Some maintenance but not noisy at night. No pool but nearby there is a very beautiful pool for $8. Staff are very friendly and helpful

Firstly must say we like Maksim,offered a good impression for the hotel very helpful,since We arrived early,with lots of luggages,heavy,he helped to bring to room directly the room and view is also awesome,location is just perfect,so far, was the one we like most from 11 days traveling, I will definitely go there again next time,strongly recommendation

Spacious room with a stunning sea view — nothing beats waking up to waves on Scarborough Beach, just a short stroll away. 🌊✨ Staff were consistently polite and efficient, making the stay feel seamless

Love the place, very nice but the only thing is that parking is $25 for residents, and a bit tough to find free parking around the area

The location is also very convenient — Coles supermarket is just nearby, along with ice cream and burger shops for a quick treat

Conveniently located near to Perth Airport, CBD and Fremantle which makes travel easy. Room is clean, spacious and comfy. Complimentary sparkling wine was a lovely touch for my birthday. Outdoor parking is free.

Jo-Anne never once could muster even a slight smile, and was disinterested in giving me basic check-in instructions (apparently we are supposed to automatically know to use the new iPad-type system on the desk) she was short, sharp and does not enjoy her job, or people in general it seems

So nice hotel with excellent staff and just confirm with your booking especially if you booking from ***********, they said they got my booking canceled when I arrived and it takes long time for they handling with booking

From the moment I walked through the doors to check in and received the most unwelcoming acknowledgement from the lady behind the reception desk I thought “oh no, please let’s not start my mini staycation off this way”

Some of the towels were also stained. I ordered room service a few times and for the price, I expected more. Often what you receive is not what you get

First time staying at the Duxton & was pleasantly surprised at the top quality venue & service. Can thoroughly recommend the club rooms & club lounge. Very spoilt for food choice & drinks service

Our family had fun especially our children. The bday celbration of my niece was amazing because of the staff from reception, concierge, restaurant and housekeeping

Attended a business meetup in one of their superb penthouse suites. Fantastic venue with brilliant views over the city and surrounding suburbs from the balcony.

Fully furnished apartment and was very comfortable and clean. I check-out in unusual time (the night before the check-out date), and the staff was very helpful

As for the rest of the property, distance was not too far from the airport and Uber was a reasonable price (AUD18). Rooms were very clean, housekeeping was done everyday and all my items were arranged neatly

Hotel had a great rooftop bar/restaurant small menu however the pizzas 🍕 are a must delicious Great base to explore Perth Hotel clean with daily house keeping fresh towels daily if required

Bruno from the reception was extremely helpful in securing me a 1bedrm apartment the next day. He even showed me the room pictures to manage my expectations and the rest of my stay was brilliant

But with the free buses, one doesnt need much to get around the Hay St and Murray St area, up to Kings Park. Gym is also very clean and well maintained. I cannot rave about this property enough

Pool is not heated and also dark at night, room appears outdated, parking is expensive, however receptionist was friendly

The location was superb close to amenities, walking distance to most destinations. Breakfast was good although it is the same daily. Hotel was clean though a liitle too old,Bed was comfortable

And the female Asian manager is a rude condescending beast of a woman who is unreasonable and I wouldn't let my dog stay there let alone stay there again

Lovely and clean. Best hospitality, friendly and helpful staff. So close to cbd. Bar and restaurant in hotel so you don’t have to go anywhere for a meal. My room had the best view! Definitely recommend ☺️

Very centralised location. With great friendly reception staff, a big shout out to Darren, who is always ready to help and flashing a big smile each time he sees us.

Abit far from the busy street with food, but the service is excellent.

After complaining three times I would still go to sleep sweating. The Air conditioner works better if the outside climate gets chilly. Especially during summer I would expect better air conditioning

I wouldn’t really recommend this hotel because it seems that they do a lot of airline business, we are like peanut, booked two rooms, they can’t even put us on the same room when we first check in

Great price for a hotel that's in the center of the city. Good Room, great cleaning services everyday. I stayed here for three but the air conditioning was poor

The pillows are so hard that when we woke up we had sore necks and a headache from sleeping on them. If you do stay here bring your own pillow. It would be great if they had a pool

Honestly the best, easiest, friendliest, most professional hotel we have stayed at in a very long time. Rooms might not be fancy but they are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with lovely staff

This modern hotel based close to the heart of Perth made for a terrific stay between domestic and international flights. Staff were friendly and welcoming at all times

Checkin was simple and easy, same as checkout. I actually think the staff make this hotel, no request was too hard

The staff helping to organise our event were awesome. The room looked great and everything went without a hitch. The hotel however is dated and in need of a lot of work. You can tell it was once a nice hotel.

My stay at Novotel was overall okay. 🏨 The building, while charming, showed its age, with unexpected acoustics that made neighboring room activities a bit too audible

The location is excellent for travellers. The environment is quite good. I appreciate the assistance from the reception manager who patiently helped me with the check-in process when encountering some systemic issues

Besides, the gym is well-equipped. The pancakes for breakfast are delicious~

Rooms are dated however very clean and beds very comfortable. Staff at Reception were very nice and helpful. Great location! Very reasonable rates. The young lady on the 4th floor housekeeper was very genuine and helpful

This was a last-minute stay for me due to a cancelled flight. The reception staff were pleasant. Dinner in the in-house Cafe/restaurant was modest but quite nice. The room was spotless & the bed was comfortable

Check in was a breeze, the room was great, check out was smooth, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Only downside was that when I ordered room service it took 2 hours to arrive and was stone cold

A Hilton so usual excellent standard of service & great location to City centre, Convention centre & transport links. Restaurant was expensive - good food, but well overpriced

Common in 5-star hotels to charge over the top in-house. Fine dining prices for hotel dining offerings. This time attending an event in the hotel so made sense to stay onsite

Room (426) was clean, refurbished & comfortable, BUT it was a corner room with streets on two walls/windows & outside noise was intrusive all night

A great choice for families with up to two kids. The location is very convenient, close to shops, attractions, and public transport

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of CBD and a short walk to the Perth Station. Hotel room is clean and functional, staff is warm and helpful, would stay here again on my next trip to Perth

Easy to get to everywhere in Fremantle. We had a day to Rottnest island, Rottnest express pick up service is right in front the hotel. It’s excellent for family with young children

It is also very convenient if you are going to Rottnest Island because you can walk to the boarding place near the E Shed Market without having to look for a parking there which is very limited

Location is very good nearby Fremantle Markets, Kailis Fish Market to name a few. It’s a 10 minutes walk from the train station. Need to improve on the cleanliness.

The wait staff were awesome, the food was delicious and their wedding coordinator Santina was absolutely fabulous! All of this helped to make our night so memorable for many years to come!

Yuka was amazing from start to finish and was more than accommodating to last minute changes to make sure we had a stress free reception. The food was impeccable, the staff were friendly and the tables looked fantastic

The pool was great, although some more shaded areas would make it better. Evening meal in the Waterwall restaurant was lovely, with good service

On the bad side: no breakfast available on departure day (due to public holidays?! Where else than in a hotel would you expect service on holidays?), windows could not be opened and the overall style of the place was … well, “special”

I emailed hotel and asked if I could organise an early (10am) check-in to fit in with my plans. They happily accommodated my request. Really nice room with huge king-size bed

Gym equipments not so great as being same area with the pool, a lot of rust. Pool not so warm for winter swim

Comfortable stay, staffs are friendly and helpful, spacious apartments with near new equipment. Parking 30AUD/day , plenty of street parking which is free on weekends and from 6pm-8am weekdays

Toothbrush and detergent can be gotten at front. There are big bathtub and kitchen with room.

All is good. The only down side is the bed, it is way too soft for me.

The location is at the centre of perth, a lot of food choices nearby within 10 mins walk. Unfortunately the room is soundproof badly, whenever others open the doors, we can hear that very clearly.

Nicely appointed rooms and we had a nice view of RAC Arena. The staff were lovely and helpful when my Mum needed to check in early before me. Loved the small lounge area and nespresso machine in the room

Well located, the rooms are very well maintained and of a decent size. Pillows are far bigger than my preference but they have a pillow menu so it's a non issue

Most of the places I needed to go were walking distance and it only took a couple of minutes wait the two times I needed a ride share

Very good experience in this hotel. The location is pretty good and the room is quiet.

And for few days, because she will stay with us , we ask for extra bed,it was on 11 July, very late night , no more house keeping around, so a guy who attend reception arranged the extra bed to deliver in next morning,and it's totally free?

Unfortunately the noise outside my window was too loud. Check in wasn’t as good as it should be, I was told that I could have my room in 20 minutes, only to return 40 minutes later and be told to wait for 30 minutes.

Even though fully paid, hotel still required your credit card for check-in. While the breakfast is more or less the same for the 4 days I stayed, the set dinner at A$22 is value for money though.

there are restaurants and bars near the hotel which is very convenient. If I visit Perth again, I would go back there again. Highly recommended for anyone who is visiting Perth!

Also not up to 4 star expectation, with no microwave, cutlery was just one wooden stick, and no toaster or plates. Even at every 1 and 2 star and budget hotels we ever stayed, all the above and parking were included free

We had that twice and skipped the standard fare at the buffet. The not so good: The $300 damage deposit. Tired and worn furniture, damage to counter surfaces and table edges. Really did not want to sit on the couch

Was a nice enough room for a weekend get away (updated bathroom was nice). Overall happy with the room but EXTREMELY unhappy about the lack of communication in regards to the bond and when it will be payed back

was told it would take 3 to 5 business days to get money back, has been a week haven’t gotten it back yet. Check in was underwhelming, staff could be more inviting or more informative about the hotels services

Consistent with the IHG brand in all aspects. So you know what you’re getting. Great renound Perth Italian restaurant downstairs which is a bit unique in my experience

We were able to sleep in without realising the time of day from the outside. The staff were lovely and we enjoyed the restaurant cheeseboard and wine

You can pay for on street parking or leave your car in the Wilson carpark which is a short walk away
