Check in was friendly and informative, we stayed in a King Club Suite which was extremely spacious and luxurious. Access to the Club Lounge included and so much to offer. Mina was so lovely and very attentive

After finding a last-minute room available at Pan Pacific, our weekend was saved! Delicious buffet breakfast, comfortable bed, nice pool area (albeit small)

He took the initiative to print out the map to ensure a safe and smooth trip to the destination. He is professional and patient. He even checked on me when I came back later to ensure everything was smooth

Incredibly good value for a city hotel. Had a room that included 'club access'! It's so worth the small extra charge. Free tea, coffee and biscuits all day and a really good but basic dinner buffet

Very smart, clean and tidy hotel. Enjoyed a great tribute Beatles concert nearby too! And what a wealthy city Perth is, even the street light repair men drive Porsche's! )))

There are places like some furniture pieces that are starting to feel a little tired and worn, but nothing major. It was quiet at night, which was a good thing but really table stakes for hotels at this class I think

There's even an on-site plastic surgeon which I found not my cup of tea, but well whatever. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and moderately well-equipped (with a couple of oddities like a scale)

Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of meals, including some Asian options. What was strange though was that coffee was extra - at $44+ for breakfast, one would expect it to include a latte, but apparently not

The pool area is a shambles without enough staff. We paid to hire a daybed only to arrive to a wet dirty bed with not one attendant coming to ask if we’d like to purchase a drink the entire 4 hours we were there

All-around 4-star experience; one of the easiest 4-star ratings to pick actually. TL;DR: it's good, and comfortable, with nice facilities, but it's not amazing by any stretch of imagination

They have a small gym and an outdoor swimming pool that I couldn't try since it is winter here😄. You can just go outside and walk by the swan river to enjoy the scenery

I was worried about the noise from internal renovations happening so asked for a quiet room - took ear plugs just in case. Great sized room, comfy bed, slept well. Easy check in and out. A nice treat to stay here.

While my husband is on a business trip, I went along with him and stay at this hotel. The staffs are nice and helpful. The room that we had is a bit small but it was clean with simple decorations

They were refrigerator (no microwave unfortunately), electric kettle, a large TV and a desk overlooking the beautiful swan river ! The bathroom is a bit old and there's crack on the sink😑

For the foods, they have restaurant in the lobby or you can go around the hotel and find nice restaurants

It’s not the most modern hotel in the world, and it feels like it’s bigger than is required. However, the pool area is nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice central location too.

This is such a good hotel! I went here with my girlfriend for our 2 year anniversary. Great view, we paid a little more for a better view but it was well worth it. Nice pool area too.

Was here for a week long conference stay and it was a really relaxing place to be for it! Location is lovely, the rooms are a good size with beautiful views and the shower pressure/temp was fantastic

One of the my favourite features of this hotel is its extensive leisure facilities. There is a large outdoor pool with sun loungers, perfect for relaxation. The hotel is also well-equipped for events and conferences

We spent the weekend here and just love the place. Great staff and customer service regardless of what service we sought. Staff demonstrated genuine interest and care and that's what we needed

Got really comfortable during my stay

Good modern hotel, free parking across the road. Rooms well furnished and clean, gym is quite small but has enough facilities as long as it’s not too busy. Infinity pool area is terrific

Very basic rooms that are starting to looked very well used. Attention to detail doesn’t match the price eg spider webs on lighting in the lobby, soap scum on shower glass, peeling wallpaper

Some of the towels were also stained. I ordered room service a few times and for the price, I expected more. Often what you receive is not what you get

Great place for overnight get away or stay cation with plenty of entertainment, restaurants and classy bars. The rooms are also quite spacious, clean and very comfortable

I stayed at the hotel for a work trip. Location is good if you are attending a show or similar that is in the vicinity. Unfortunately I found the cleaning to be an issue. Including a dead cockroach on the chaise lounge

This is nice hotel in the Crown. My partner and I enjoyed the stay here. The room is well cleaned and breakfast package really seal the deal. Our package include sparkling wine on arrival

First time in Perth with my partner & we are both super happy to have stayed here during our 6 days short trip. Location is great, parking is super easy too. Room & toilet were clean, neat & spacious

The latter welcomed us in a very friendly manner with a genuine smile, thereby making us feel at home! She offered a welcome drink which after our walk from Perth Underground was very welcome

They should do this regularly for residents only as a lot of guests asked why we were the only ones there. All staff were friendly and helpful. Really impressed by the hotel

We could not reserve a table but Peter and his staff set up a table for 10 of us in the breakfast restaurant and that worked very well

Our 3 rooms were clean and very comfortable. Michael McIntyre was on at the Arena right opposite so the Best Brew was very very busy

Great place for the National Labor Women's Conference 2023. Sound and visual amenities were great and few technical issues were had

Pool phone to order drinks and bar snacks to enjoy on the pool deck. Rooms are spacious and ours had our own private balcony with table and chairs to sit out and enjoy the view of this amazing city

Pool is great for laps and on the front edge of the building, good views from there too. Maybe worth paying extra for rooms facing the river as the other side faces another apartment block

In saying this, it was comfortable enough, staff were friendly and accommodating and the views are amazing. Looking over the pool and over the parklands to the river is very nice

A lovely boutique hotel with beautiful unobstructed 180deg of the Swan River, Langley Park and across to South Perth. Stunning lap pool overlooking Langley Park with deck chairs and deck umbrellas

Hotel is becoming a little outdated, pool is still nice on those warm Perth summer days. Location is good, close to a CAT stop as well

It is 10+mins to a lot of nice places for food and shopping. The front staffs were very approachable and helpful. I checked in early and they did their best to find a room with early check-in

I was very happy to pay a fee for the early check-in. I was travelling with a family and they did their best to arrange a joining room. It was so convenience for my family. Breakfast was decent and I will stay here again

I didn’t have a chance to stay in here but the staffs are really friendly and kind to me and my friend when we came at night for asking about buying the towel and shampoo since all of stores are closed at night time

Clean good quality hotel, staff are exceptional, breakfast is good rooms are clean though showing signs of age. Would recommend just for the location.

Great place to stay in Perth rooms are nice and clean super comfortable beds and pillows. Downstairs has a great restaurant food is amazing. Close to shopping centres and cafes. We will definitely stay again.

Nicely appointed rooms and we had a nice view of RAC Arena. The staff were lovely and helpful when my Mum needed to check in early before me. Loved the small lounge area and nespresso machine in the room

Well located, the rooms are very well maintained and of a decent size. Pillows are far bigger than my preference but they have a pillow menu so it's a non issue

Nice large bedroom with king size bed. Very comfortable. Tasty food for dinner and breakfast. Friendly and polite reception. I would stay here again.

Most of the places I needed to go were walking distance and it only took a couple of minutes wait the two times I needed a ride share

We stayed here after reading the reviews about the comfy beds. And yep! They were so comfy! Lovely pillows to choose from too. The rooms were super clean and quiet

In the heart of the CBD, quite a rowdy area when the night rolls round but rooms are quite sound proof. Included breakfast on the mezzanine was amazing and a perfect day starter

I had a fantastic experience at Alex Hotel. I’ve wanted to come here for years and glad I did. Room and general aesthetic of the hotel is cute, unique. Staff are efficient and friendly, without being overbearing

The room I booked was teeny tiny, no problem for a solo traveller. There is only one lift so I can imagine there might be some delays during busy periods (was fine mid-week)

Fantastic service and the hotel was amazing. Room was beautiful and the rooftop terrace was a lovely place to sit and have a drink. Breakfast was also delicious.

Relatively new "boutique style" hotel. Nice design. Very clean. Breakfast included. Very centric. Free bicycle rental. Perfect place to rest and explore Perth.

Just one thing to note - be careful with the room doors, they are quite heavy, so important to take care if you have small kids especially

Cocktails by the pool and great service! Just would recommend to management to set up a system for staff to be tipped, they deserve to be tipped for their service and patience and being a cashless resort it doesn’t allow that opportunity for them

Very friendly and accommodating Staff. Although my room was older fittings everything was very clean and very functional. Facilities are excellent, pool, bar, bistro. Breakfast is well worth the effort

But disappointed in basketball area was too old and definitely needed renewed and pool water was too cold(not heated pool). Otherwise nice luxury golf course for adults

She in fact took us to our room explaining the layout of the hotel and its attractions. She was a wonderful asset to the hotel. The room was calming and had a great bathroom and a bed that gave a great nights sleep

The rooms are recently renovated and very spacious. There is a gym, a lovely pool and a rooftop entertainment area with an incredible 180° view. The BEST thing about the hotel is the staff

I would stay there again, but next time more than one night so I can really enjoy the place. There was a beautiful terrace and pool area that looks so welcoming!

The facilities are all nice with a great pool area and a chill out terrace. The gym is well appointed (but the treadmills might be due for replacement soon)

My husband and I stayed at Tradewinds Hotel on the weekend and we loved it! The room was nice and clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious! We had avocado on toast and the banana and Nutella waffles! Our order arrived quickly too

To be honest a really nice stay. The staff were amazing and the front desk really set the tone of the whole experience. The hotel itself is a little dated but the rooms have been renovated to a good standard

I have stayed at a number of 5 star hotels and this team would comfortably outmatch the staff at a number of those hotels. I am in town once a month and I know I'll always be booking to stay here

The pool was a nice touch, though it could use just a little more shelter for those really sunny days. The suites are located in easy walking distance to walk paths along the Swan river and Claisebrook

We didnt get up to the BBQ on the pool deck, so are unable to comment on those facilities

There is also fast access to the city centre using the free CAT buses that pass regularly with stops just 2 minutes walk along Royal St. Or 12 minute walk to the train station- also serviced by the CAT buses

Rooms were clean, comfortable and very spacious. All the staff were super friendly. Right on the river and close enough to restaurants, bars and shops that you can walk.

An easy place to stay, nice and central bit not in the thick of things. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Our family is a bit bigger so we got adjoining rooms

Good sized apartment with everything you need for an overnight, week to month long stay. 5 minute walk to restaurants and groceries too.

Room, bed and pillows very comfortable. Also provide bottled water and soft drink in tariff. Easy walk to town and plenty of alternative restaurants and cafes close by if need a change of food venue

The food at Chime Restaurant is reasonably priced and the meals are delicious. Recently they had a young man playing the Piano in the evening and that was the icing on the cake for me

Hotel Northbridge has a new street view virtual 360 Tour take a look inside the hotel is catered by nice service employees has great atomosphere, I rate it 5 star recommendation

The service in the function room was superb. I placed my finished glass of water under my chair dueing a presentation and the waitress saw it and picked it up. Great service!

Arrived after hours and needed to call to retrieve keys. Irritating, but necessary security required. Bedroom light switch was dodgy and there was no globe in the bedside lamp

Bed was comfy with little noise from outside. Great location and convenient to the airport. Have stayed previously and will stay again in the future

Excellent place to stay for departure to airport. 1 bedroom apartment was very clean and quite. Ordered the Chinese for dinner which was yummy.

The spa was lovely in the morning, and the kids loved the pool. The loft rooms were really great. Had a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, so very comfortable. The Japanese restaurant was absolutely delicious

Rooms were small but not terrible but the facilities were fantastic. With free use of a tennis court, spa, sauna and pool with an area for smaller swimmers

Service was below average with the pool being closed 2 hours early all three nights I was staying but other than that, Average hotel

We had a 2 bed, 2bath apartment. Was a little tired around the edges but clean, tidy & comfortable. We were able to cook in the fully equipped kitchen and also able to do some washing as it had a washer and dryer

We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was perfect sizing for the two of us. The service was great when speaking to them at both the front office and in restaurants. Close to both the city and Freemantle

Our room overlooked gardens and pool with views to the ocean. Definitely got our 30 mins on the stairs but the room was nice no issues and thanks to the lady who delivered our room service

I had a delicious & satisfying breakfast on Sunday. Service was good, ambiance great, furnishings quirky and comfortable. Coffee excellent & nice & hot to my liking.

A very nice place for dinner. Nice food. Just missed out on 5 stars because they slightly overcooked the fish and the steaks :(
