Best Hotels in Perth

The location was superb close to amenities, walking distance to most destinations. Breakfast was good although it is the same daily. Hotel was clean though a liitle too old,Bed was comfortable

We had a very late arrival time due to flights but the reception staff very pleasant and helpfull .

Most importantly the staff were amazing and very helpful. Thr price was affordable and fair

Great place to stay in as it’s conveniently located within the CBD

Pool is not heated and also dark at night, room appears outdated, parking is expensive, however receptionist was friendly

And the female Asian manager is a rude condescending beast of a woman who is unreasonable and I wouldn't let my dog stay there let alone stay there again

This place looks like it would be bouncing at weekends. I stayed Monday to Thursday and was quiet. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Decor was Interesting as was history of hotels guests

Rooms are very dated, but clean. Good for a pit stop before continuing your journey but for the price I don’t think it was very value for money.

Great location as it has easy access to the CBD (bus stop basically outside front door) and other Perth locations. Also very easy walking distance to good selection of restaurants and shops

The breakfast was served at a decent time which assisted with my early start to my business day. Instructions for key drop out of hours was good. I would definitely stay there again

Our booking had breakfast included which again we were sceptical about and thought it might have just been toast and cereal but again we were pleasantly surprised with a huge clean tidy dining area with a cooked breakfast

Great access to public transport, restaurants and the city. Perfect for us as it's very close to Hollywood/Charlie Gardener Hospitals. Extremely clean, comfortable and welcoming. Easy booking and after hours key pick up

Near restaurants and only a walk away. Trish at the reception has managed to book me another night as i was only booked in for 2 nights. Most of all the location for its price. I would come back here anytime

This place is WAY over priced for what you get. It’s pretty basic which is fine if you’re paying a pretty basic rate to stay here. We had ( I think) one of the best rooms with corner terrace

My room was very clean and comfy, the bathroom was impeccable (in particular) and such a comfortable bed. The hotel rooms are above a busy(ish) bar but i was there early week so the noise was not bad at all

As we have to check in first, that carpark map and explanation should be more specific. Overall accommodation facilities, price and service was great. Nice walk to the bell tower and back

Location is great but a bit tricky to find entrance as next to bus port or Elizaberth quay

Unfortunately the noise outside my window was too loud. Check in wasn’t as good as it should be, I was told that I could have my room in 20 minutes, only to return 40 minutes later and be told to wait for 30 minutes.

Very good experience in this hotel. The location is pretty good and the room is quiet.

And for few days, because she will stay with us , we ask for extra bed,it was on 11 July, very late night , no more house keeping around, so a guy who attend reception arranged the extra bed to deliver in next morning,and it's totally free?

Even though fully paid, hotel still required your credit card for check-in. While the breakfast is more or less the same for the 4 days I stayed, the set dinner at A$22 is value for money though.

The apartment is nice and clean and on very good location.  Only setback is the shop nearby selling vapes.  Quite a few homeless, vapers lingers around which may not be that safe at night.

I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment equipped with a full kitchen, laundry facilities, and a dryer. The bed was too soft, and I would recommend upgrading the mattress for better comfort

Great location – less than 10 minutes’ walk to Perth Train Station, Woolworths, and Murray Street. Very convenient with plenty of restaurants nearby

However, the housekeeping service could be improved as the room was not cleaned daily. I had to remind them to clear the rubbish and replace towels

Very spacious one bedroomed apartment, which I only rented as an airport stopover. Staff were very helpful, and I was able to store luggage

It is gard to turn around and if you are a bigger size person you will hit everywhere inside the stand. The only good point I can say is that the location is great

room comes with basic kitchen features sufficient for making breakfast free self service laundry which was great room has a bathtub with jaccuzi function mattress could be better as the motion transfer from the other party's slight movement can be felt

After I went to the toilet , it happened again without flushing my human waste. The wash hand basin is too small. Whenever you brush your teeth, then your head will hit the mirror. The shower stand is small as well

The toilet can not flush clearly for the human waste with many many times, I push the button. The waste was still at the bottom for overnight. Next day in the morning, I informed Reception, and then it was fixed

Off road parking & very easy vehicle access to both North & South Freeways as well. Apartment was very well presented. equipped with all items necessary to ensure you are fully self-contained if you wish

lovely river walks across the road. great to sit & watch the sunset too. Also very handy to departure point for City Ferry and actually a relatively easy walk across the bridge to the city too

This is reasonably priced accommodation. Clean and well appointed. It is only a short ferry ride accross the Swan to Perth CBD. I recommend a stay here if you are local or a tourist.

though there is a lovely variety of eating venues just a two minute walk away and also Supermarkets within 3kms. Complimentary coffee & snacks. in a lovely guests lounge room too

Really nice rooms and friendly staff! Downstairs is a guest lounge with a free retro old school arcade game and free Nespresso machine and pods!

Had to attend Royal Perth Hospital recently for an angiogram, Baileys Motel was a short distance away and a great place to stay. Great room and the meals were superb ??

Great little motel- it is located close to the hospital, shopping centres, bus stops, train stations, optus stadium, Perth arena. The staff are friendly and helpful, beds are comfy and the showers have great pressure

Good function facilities for our training day

Super well fitted apartments, quiet and the fridge is not in the same room. Kitchen is full sized and having a washing machine is becoming a must.

Perfectly located for the airport. Room was nicely appointed and although an older style everything was beautifully neat and tidy. Comfy bed, tv worked, coffee basics, clean fluffy towels, perfect for our needs

Rooms are very tidy and well maintained, the pool and spa is definitely an extra perk to enjoy and relax. The secure environment is also a plus. Will definitely be returning :)

I was quite drawn to this hotel after seeing the Google map photos. It looked beautiful, and I was excited to finally book a room at what I thought was a fair price

Proximity to the airport convenient. Room and bed were comfortable and clean. Breakfast room may have been convenient, but 9am close was a bit early after a late night arrival

The staff were polite The room very clean and tidy Down fall no ice cubes or trays to make them The ad listed there was a DVD player in the room so my partner and i brought a couple to watch only to find on arriving there wasn't one but the foxtel took care of us anyway Security was good with three doors to unlock main entrance,floor entrance and then the room with that said i was a little concerned...

Very secure and well appointed. Very low water pressure for kitchen tap, but bathroom pressure very good.

Elegant, clean accommodation, close to the heart of the city. The apartment was spacious and can easily accommodate a family. WiFi access could be better though; there is no reception in rooms.

The large living room and kitchen are great for activities. If you have children, you can use the playroom on the first floor. The owner stays on the second floor

Location: Arrive at Foss Airport at 12:00 pm-A residential area 10 minutes away by Uber ($27). It's not as close to the airport as you might think

Perth Comfortable, spacious. Close to everything. Very good Japanese restaurant downstairs. Washer/dryer in the bathroom.

I slipped in the bathtub during my stay and had to be rushed to hospital emergency. The surface is extremely slippery and does not appear to have any anti-slip protection especially after shower

The front desk was very helpful, but I think it's a good idea to check the opening hours on weekends and holidays

We went to a good pub/restaurant on the same street for dinner, drink and walked back to the hotel without the need to use the Uber service. Overall, we enjoyed our stay

(Kind of Romantic) Cleanliness: The room is very clean, although we have found some used tissue and medicine in the drawer next to the mini-Fridge from the previous guests. This will not deter us from coming back

Great service, clean rooms that look like the pictures. There is no view from most of the rooms, howerver the premisis is secure and perfect for staying in for any period of time.

Well presented b&b located in a quiet suburban street. The rooms are nicely furnished and are a good size. There is a relaxing common area upstairs and breakfast is served down stairs
