Check in was friendly and informative, we stayed in a King Club Suite which was extremely spacious and luxurious. Access to the Club Lounge included and so much to offer. Mina was so lovely and very attentive

Incredibly good value for a city hotel. Had a room that included 'club access'! It's so worth the small extra charge. Free tea, coffee and biscuits all day and a really good but basic dinner buffet

We had an extended stay at the Pan Pacific hotel in Perth & enjoyed everything about it. The manager is hands on & extremely good in his position

He took the initiative to print out the map to ensure a safe and smooth trip to the destination. He is professional and patient. He even checked on me when I came back later to ensure everything was smooth

Club rooms are clean and relatively spacious. The club lounge food and beverages are excellent and the staff too

Concierge Stuart was definitely committed to service excellence. He took pride in his job even a simple task on some locations information I enquired on

There are places like some furniture pieces that are starting to feel a little tired and worn, but nothing major. It was quiet at night, which was a good thing but really table stakes for hotels at this class I think

Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of meals, including some Asian options. What was strange though was that coffee was extra - at $44+ for breakfast, one would expect it to include a latte, but apparently not

All-around 4-star experience; one of the easiest 4-star ratings to pick actually. TL;DR: it's good, and comfortable, with nice facilities, but it's not amazing by any stretch of imagination

This is a large hotel, which means it can get crowded if you're in the wrong place at the wrong time. That can also translate to things like a slow check-in process

But it also translates into good services, with a nice pool area (even if the outside pool was closed when I visited, which was unfortunate) and the likes

Location is good for going to the casino or shows and the nearby stadium. Otherwise it is a taxi ride to other locations in Perth city and surrounds rather than walking distance

The room was spotless and spacious, the food was amazing and the pool was warm and clean. The best part of the whole thing though was definitely the staff. Polite, helpful, friendly and professional

Good facilities, had the club room and the evening canapés were really wonderful watching the sun set. Breakfast was really great, a fantastic variety of items to choose from and truly worth it

Hotel is busy with upgrades and I can see that they are needed but they are doing them

I was worried about the noise from internal renovations happening so asked for a quiet room - took ear plugs just in case. Great sized room, comfy bed, slept well. Easy check in and out. A nice treat to stay here.

The hotel is a little dated and there is all sorts of construction work going on as at July 2023, including a massive crane right outside my room. Food is good and service is friendly

While my husband is on a business trip, I went along with him and stay at this hotel. The staffs are nice and helpful. The room that we had is a bit small but it was clean with simple decorations

Was here for a week long conference stay and it was a really relaxing place to be for it! Location is lovely, the rooms are a good size with beautiful views and the shower pressure/temp was fantastic

This is such a good hotel! I went here with my girlfriend for our 2 year anniversary. Great view, we paid a little more for a better view but it was well worth it. Nice pool area too.

All rooms also comes with a balcony, allowing guests to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze and panoramic views. The hotel boasts excellent dining options, including a rooftop bar and restaurant

Nice size bathroom and shower good except for the force of the water from the shower wants to knock me over and I’m 100kg! You can see parts of the hotel have had a nice refresh but then random parts have old carpet

We spent the weekend here and just love the place. Great staff and customer service regardless of what service we sought. Staff demonstrated genuine interest and care and that's what we needed

I stayed at the hotel for a work trip. Location is good if you are attending a show or similar that is in the vicinity. Unfortunately I found the cleaning to be an issue. Including a dead cockroach on the chaise lounge

I ordered a traditional breakfast that included a hash brown and got hot chips instead with no explanation. I ordered chicken with an Asian slaw and got a couple of herbs on top

After paying less to stay at the Samphire on Rottnest Island, I expected the Crowne would at least match, but it just feels like any other hotel room…just more expensive

Great service at check in, and rooms were clean and tidy. We did have some trouble with power to the room, but this was sorted promptly which we really appreciated.

Some of the towels were also stained. I ordered room service a few times and for the price, I expected more. Often what you receive is not what you get

Very deceiving and meals not up to scratch compared to other Crown hotels I have stayed at. Honestly I’d probably avoid in the future

Our 3 rooms were clean and very comfortable. Michael McIntyre was on at the Arena right opposite so the Best Brew was very very busy

Stayed here for a few nights while in Perth. Location is good for getting around the city and if you are going for some event at the arena it is right across the street

Overall good place to stay and like most of the places in Australia people are super nice…the staff all looked out for us which was great

First time in Perth with my partner & we are both super happy to have stayed here during our 6 days short trip. Location is great, parking is super easy too. Room & toilet were clean, neat & spacious

The latter welcomed us in a very friendly manner with a genuine smile, thereby making us feel at home! She offered a welcome drink which after our walk from Perth Underground was very welcome

Good quality hotel situated close to the Swan River with river view rooms available. Reasonable rates for clean, well appointed rooms with rooftop pool and gym facilities available

It is starting to get a little tired but still clean and I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast on my last visit was terrific this time I did not enjoy it at all. Cold food and not a good selection

Hotel is becoming a little outdated, pool is still nice on those warm Perth summer days. Location is good, close to a CAT stop as well

Pool is great for laps and on the front edge of the building, good views from there too. Maybe worth paying extra for rooms facing the river as the other side faces another apartment block

Reasonably priced and had family rooms which for a family of 5 is always good to have

I was very happy to pay a fee for the early check-in. I was travelling with a family and they did their best to arrange a joining room. It was so convenience for my family. Breakfast was decent and I will stay here again

It is 10+mins to a lot of nice places for food and shopping. The front staffs were very approachable and helpful. I checked in early and they did their best to find a room with early check-in

Clean good quality hotel, staff are exceptional, breakfast is good rooms are clean though showing signs of age. Would recommend just for the location.

Great place to stay in Perth rooms are nice and clean super comfortable beds and pillows. Downstairs has a great restaurant food is amazing. Close to shopping centres and cafes. We will definitely stay again.

Elizabeth Quay and King’s Park were also within walkable distance. Staff were super friendly and the laundry room was really convenient! I was touched to be able to do some laundry in the middle of my trip

The Ibis is a good location very close to Coles and the Belgian beer cafe across the road and Rubix the bar and restaurant attached to the hotel

Good place with Nice, well maintained rooms and friendly staff with a calm, composed way to treat guests. Only disappointment is the food associated with the hotel - Nachos are not tasty with overloaded Doritos chips.

Clean and tidy a bit on the small side, but what you pay for it, you can't grumble. Also $10 for breakfast was the bargain of the year. Everything was available from full cooked to cold meats and danishes.

Probably an air lock it was reported twice but as far as I know nobody came to fix it, Staff were helpful the meals were very good value, but we were charged $60 for a bottle of Oyster Bay which costs less than $20 from BWS

Decent chain hotel. Fairly clean, staff were friendly, location is very convenient. Be warned this hotel does NOT have blackout curtains! If you need them to sleep, steer clear. Morning sun gave me a migraine.

Our room wasn’t cleaned every day and milk wasn’t replaced in the end we bought our own from coles. At 6 am most mornings the shower came on , on its own, there was a tremendous noise coming from pipes

Wasn't the best first impression. Was sent to the guest lounge area to wait. Furniture was half laid out, half packed up. Apologetic, but not worth $200 for the night

Like what others said, the room is clean and modern. Good WiFi! They have a good interesting breakfast option to have in your room

Nicely appointed rooms and we had a nice view of RAC Arena. The staff were lovely and helpful when my Mum needed to check in early before me. Loved the small lounge area and nespresso machine in the room

Absolutely amazing staff, room and service. Unfortunately due to my tight schedule I couldn't order food there but walking in fit smelt amazing. Amazing price too for a 5 start hotel

Well located, the rooms are very well maintained and of a decent size. Pillows are far bigger than my preference but they have a pillow menu so it's a non issue

Very new but typical Holiday Inn style hotel with all the amenities you need as a business traveler. A gym and good restaurant is available. Very friendly and helpfull personnel

Staff were so accommodating with good rate, late check out after leaving hospital and organising taxi's. Would definitely stay again ☺

Overall amenities are good if you don't intend to spend all day there (gym is new but basic, enough to get by though right next to Kings Park so why not go for some air?)

The rooms are very clean, bed is comfotable. The restaurant Julios, the food is very good for breakfast and dinner. The staff were very friendly and good service

Having said that the restaurant downstairs offers some of the best Italian I've ever had and the wine list is not bad. Only downside, no a la carte breakfast

Good price and comfy bed. Staff polite. Needs maintenance as paint is peeling and some bathroom fittings rusty. Air con a bit noisy, room spacious. Would have been better if we had a room with a view.

The only hotel with reasonable price with balcony in the city. Location is perfect, free cat bus stop is just one step out of the reception, the bed is comfortable enough and soundproof room from the street noise

Love the location, everything in walking distance, even free transport around town! Disabled access is great. Recommending this venue for a fab inner city stay

Really nice staff, room was alright and had everything you needed. Lots of people smoking on the level I stayed on and the smell came through the vent in my bathroom. Also the wifi is only free for one day

In the heart of the CBD, quite a rowdy area when the night rolls round but rooms are quite sound proof. Included breakfast on the mezzanine was amazing and a perfect day starter

I had a fantastic experience at Alex Hotel. I’ve wanted to come here for years and glad I did. Room and general aesthetic of the hotel is cute, unique. Staff are efficient and friendly, without being overbearing

The room I booked was teeny tiny, no problem for a solo traveller. There is only one lift so I can imagine there might be some delays during busy periods (was fine mid-week)

Fantastic service and the hotel was amazing. Room was beautiful and the rooftop terrace was a lovely place to sit and have a drink. Breakfast was also delicious.

Another great stay at Pensione. The hotel and rooms are always immaculately clean and the staff were excellent as usual. Fantastic value. The best hotel in Perth!

Good service, in a great location - only a few minutes walk from public transport, and plenty of great food options nearby. But for mewould be nice to have a little more than just a kettle

Only downside was people shouting outside the hotel on a few occasions during the night, but this isn’t really the hotels fault as they can’t control this. Overall I defo recommend this hotel

Was there for a wedding reception. The food was good (open buffet). The drinks service was very good. They ran out of some of the deserts, but it didn't matter much.

Cocktails by the pool and great service! Just would recommend to management to set up a system for staff to be tipped, they deserve to be tipped for their service and patience and being a cashless resort it doesn’t allow that opportunity for them

A fantastic golf course which never fails to disappoint. Very picturesque and extremely well maintained. Great place to take out of town guests to show off Perth's premier golf course

Stayed here for final 2 days of our trip. It is just a fantastic hotel and a superb full stop to our visit "down under". Knew it would we good as soon as we pulled up outside

She in fact took us to our room explaining the layout of the hotel and its attractions. She was a wonderful asset to the hotel. The room was calming and had a great bathroom and a bed that gave a great nights sleep

Room is spacious. Location is excellent since we can go to have a river walk just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Staff is nice. Late check out is permitted for us till 11:30am. Design is simple.

To be honest a really nice stay. The staff were amazing and the front desk really set the tone of the whole experience. The hotel itself is a little dated but the rooms have been renovated to a good standard

A few girlfriends and l went for lunch on Saturday. Perfect spot for views of the river. The Paella was good, however other guests that ate off the main menu, well their food looked delicious

The rooms are recently renovated and very spacious. There is a gym, a lovely pool and a rooftop entertainment area with an incredible 180° view. The BEST thing about the hotel is the staff

Very middling experience in July 2023. Rooms were a good size but note that the kitchen facilities are rather limited (no oven and few utensils). Even dishwashing soap is in sachets. Housekeeping was not thorough

A good size under worktop fridge with a top pull down freezer area. All eating facilities were perfect for 2. A great toaster and microwave. Also a large Woolworths just 300m from the front door

In fact, it was a no stopping zone in the morning on weekdays. The location was the highlight of the stay. All in all, it was not good value for money and I will not choose this hotel when I visit Perth again

Location is good and convenient. Building does not look impressive externally. But inside rooms are reasonably big

Good sized apartment with everything you need for an overnight, week to month long stay. 5 minute walk to restaurants and groceries too.

Good location, close to city but not too busy. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. A number of good restaurants nearby and a supermarket for convenience.

There is also fast access to the city centre using the free CAT buses that pass regularly with stops just 2 minutes walk along Royal St. Or 12 minute walk to the train station- also serviced by the CAT buses

The pool was a nice touch, though it could use just a little more shelter for those really sunny days. The suites are located in easy walking distance to walk paths along the Swan river and Claisebrook

Rooms were clean, comfortable and very spacious. All the staff were super friendly. Right on the river and close enough to restaurants, bars and shops that you can walk.

An easy place to stay, nice and central bit not in the thick of things. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Our family is a bit bigger so we got adjoining rooms

The food was good, however, the staff mixed up the orders and brought the wrong dishes to the table. Confusion reigned!

The suite we had was unique and superb, had two fire places, crystal chandeliers, magnificent marble walls in lovely period bathroom, oil paintings, we were transported back to the turn of last century

From the moment we arrived at this perfectly located city hotel we were treated with respect and assistance by all the helpful staff

Parking was simple 15 minute free standing right next door for easy check in, then $30/24 hour come and go parking 200 m's away

There was also no confirmation email on booking and made finding out any details about the room quite tricky
