A generally good hotel with an excellent location…very well situated in downtown Perth with access to restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance and close to key historical/tourist sites

I quite enjoyed the breakfast, especially the barista-made coffee with cute latte art! The concierge (I can’t remember his name, but we enjoyed chatting about my hometown when he noticed my sweatshirt) and breakfast staff were excellent! Very friendly

Pan Pacific Hotel is really a great place to stay. I came here on official visit. The rooms are very big and have all facilities. I love the interiors of the hotel. The best part is the river view from your room

Borrow a very sturdy umbrella to board Rottnest Island on a windy rainy day. Umbrella is still in good situation. Would definitely come back and recommend to others

The check in process took quite long, saying that cannot see my booking in system while confirmation email already received from Trip. The cup provided in mini bar had clear tea stains when I wanted to make some hot tea

Service was super good, they gave us a bottle of champagne and chocolates for our anniversary :”) thank you to the staff who prepared this lovely surprise! Room was really big and bed was comfortable, however some parts (in the toilet) could be cleaner

It’s a really nice hotel. Impeccable and it’s near to the ******. I like their room slippers. It’s like Havana’s. Easy to wear to the pool. Their thick bathroom is comfy.

Some maintenance but not noisy at night. No pool but nearby there is a very beautiful pool for $8. Staff are very friendly and helpful

The location is also very convenient — Coles supermarket is just nearby, along with ice cream and burger shops for a quick treat

As we have to travel over an hour to the Airport , Crown is always a good start to vacation one day before our holiday, from Here it’s only 10minutes to airport , and a good place to start to wind down, have a flutter and if you’re lucky enough pay for some of your holidays

So nice hotel with excellent staff and just confirm with your booking especially if you booking from ***********, they said they got my booking canceled when I arrived and it takes long time for they handling with booking

Love the hotel and breakfast. Lots of breakfast varieties. Good services from the bell boys and receptionists. Walking distance to the entertainment city. Free outdoor parking is provided as well.

All was good. Staff were friendly. The only complaint is the lack of complimentary drinking water in the room.

But the crushing initial disappointment didn’t last long because thank goodness for Pam! A true professional who I had the pleasure of interacting with during my next two nervous foyer visits

Conveniently located near to Perth Airport, CBD and Fremantle which makes travel easy. Room is clean, spacious and comfy. Complimentary sparkling wine was a lovely touch for my birthday. Outdoor parking is free.

Excellent sized room with city views and spacious bathroom with high end finish inclusive of plenty of towel hanging options - that means so much to me! Loved the dispensers and products and complementary extras were all exactly what was required for the stay

Bruno from the reception was extremely helpful in securing me a 1bedrm apartment the next day. He even showed me the room pictures to manage my expectations and the rest of my stay was brilliant

Stayed here last week for 8 days. Initially got a studio apartment but on the 2nd night, I felt that it was too troublesome for me to go down for the shared laundry facilities

He also shared info about the free bus zone as I was initially unsure about it. 5 ⭐ for Bruno; commendable guest service

Very centralised location. With great friendly reception staff, a big shout out to Darren, who is always ready to help and flashing a big smile each time he sees us.

Location is not bad but there is no temporarily car stopping space at the hotel. So either you park the car far far away or violate the traffic signs posted.

Bed is a small double just average in comfort. Bed should be a Queen bed at the very minimum. There is a stove & sink, bar fridge which is good. Bathroom is large & reasonably clean, looks like a hospital shower

The glass door in the shower is poorly sealed , so the bathroom is all wet and leaked after shower. it was newly renovated but they renovated it poorly for the ME

Breakfast was standard bread and toast varieties with some savoury food. Location is super centralised in the city and within walking distance to all the malls

The heater is not working at all. We asked for the heating system in the hotel but the reception only can give us additional blanket in the middle of winter

Location is excellent, 3 mins to Perth station . I stayed 3 night, the house keeping didn’t meet the standard, bathroom floor is dirty. However the front desk provided very good service. Will visit again

Cons: 1) my credit card deposit didn’t cancelled during check out and charged AUD 50 2) no provide towel when the stay of third days even though I booked for 5-6 days

After having to prove that I didn’t stay in the room they thought I did, as well as prove that the signature, which didn’t look anything like mine, wasn’t mine and that I wasn’t even checked in at the hotel when the room service order was placed, I received the money back

On the bad side: no breakfast available on departure day (due to public holidays?! Where else than in a hotel would you expect service on holidays?), windows could not be opened and the overall style of the place was … well, “special”

On the good side: clean, spacious rooms, 24h reception and friendly staff. All features provided in the rooms worked (except the hairdryer). I cannot confirm sightings of cockroaches as stated in other comments

Good location, friendly staff. Rooms are clean anf comfortable. WiFi not not strong enough for the rooms though. The parking entrance and exit are very narrow, otherwise parking space ar good.

Wasn't the best first impression. Was sent to the guest lounge area to wait. Furniture was half laid out, half packed up. Apologetic, but not worth $200 for the night

Nicely appointed rooms and we had a nice view of RAC Arena. The staff were lovely and helpful when my Mum needed to check in early before me. Loved the small lounge area and nespresso machine in the room

Well located, the rooms are very well maintained and of a decent size. Pillows are far bigger than my preference but they have a pillow menu so it's a non issue

Unfortunately the noise outside my window was too loud. Check in wasn’t as good as it should be, I was told that I could have my room in 20 minutes, only to return 40 minutes later and be told to wait for 30 minutes.

Even though fully paid, hotel still required your credit card for check-in. While the breakfast is more or less the same for the 4 days I stayed, the set dinner at A$22 is value for money though.

Very new but typical Holiday Inn style hotel with all the amenities you need as a business traveler. A gym and good restaurant is available. Very friendly and helpfull personnel

Overall amenities are good if you don't intend to spend all day there (gym is new but basic, enough to get by though right next to Kings Park so why not go for some air?)

Having said that the restaurant downstairs offers some of the best Italian I've ever had and the wine list is not bad. Only downside, no a la carte breakfast

The room had TV for leisure and an option to watch movies for a price - though quite expensive in my opinion as it would have been just as easy to go online rather than pay for a movie that costs about a whole month's worth of subscription on Netflix
