It is starting to get a little tired but still clean and I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast on my last visit was terrific this time I did not enjoy it at all. Cold food and not a good selection. I had a great view which I enjoyed of the River.

Hotel is becoming a little outdated, pool is still nice on those warm Perth summer days. Location is good, close to a CAT stop as well. Reasonably priced and had family rooms which for a family of 5 is always good to have.

Great location, easy walking distance to city. Great idea to have bikes available as I really enjoyed riding along the bike paths beside the river. Beautiful views of the river from the balcony rooms 😍 The rooms are clean and comfy. Just a short walk to Elizabeth Quay and the city attractions. The breakfast and coffee was nice. The best part is the staff because they were always friendly and helpful! We loved our stay here for our anniversary ❤️

Our room overlooked gardens and pool with views to the ocean. Definitely got our 30 mins on the stairs but the room was nice no issues and thanks to the lady who delivered our room service. Had a great couple chilled nights. Would visit again.

Rooms are very dated, but clean. Good for a pit stop before continuing your journey but for the price I don’t think it was very value for money.

A retro vibe & an older style hotel. The service is great and you receive a free drink on arrival. Convenient location and am able to go downstairs to live gigs and events. Close to the beach and shops.

We were sceptical about this place when we booked it but we were pleasantly surprised with the room. It was very clean, tidy and quiet. Our booking had breakfast included which again we were sceptical about and thought it might have just been toast and cereal but again we were pleasantly surprised with a huge clean tidy dining area with a cooked breakfast. Great food - wood fired pizza 😍 and impeccable service by David, gave us great tips for Rottnest Island. Clean and comfy rooms.

Upon arriving was greeted by the friendliest and helpful staff, David was excellent and helped us to check in, loan their bikes, and provided a comped upgrade to oceanview room (beautiful!) great comfy beds will stay again thanks team!

Great location, very convenient. Enjoyed the verandah and ocean view. Choices of bars with a great view, a great relaxing meal at the Terrace. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the bicycles.

Had a wonderful stay here. Michael went above and beyond to make our stay special. Very clean rooms and high quality linen. Great position opposite shark net and lifeguards on Cottesloe Beach. General Store 5 minutes walk away does lovely coffee and pastries baked on site. Quick room service.

Food was delicious. Pizzas were definitely a must try. All mains were great sizes. Share plates also very good sizes, loved the squid. Service was great. Hotel does need to be renovated, very old and run down.

Location is great but a bit tricky to find entrance as next to bus port or Elizaberth quay

Stayed on Saturday. Carpark was a bit confusing. As we have to check in first, that carpark map and explanation should be more specific. Overall accommodation facilities, price and service was great. Nice walk to the bell tower and back. Market was on Sunday when we visited. Great vibe was there!

The house is nice but parking is expensive. But it is very convenient. There is no supermarket around. It is average.

The room facilities are old, the room area is relatively large, and it is not cleaned every day. There is a bar downstairs, which is very noisy until after 11pm on Fridays and weekends.

Our room basin had a large crack and with no plug toilet seat lid broken shower head was loose fell down when touched it, bathroom tired needs renovation and there is a overhead in room that partner hit head on the corner no padding. Location to RPH great and CAT bus stop right outside

Only just starting our holiday here in Perth. Had the BEST night's sleep ever. Staff are incrediy polite and helpful. Love the location, everything in walking distance, even free transport around town! Disabled access is great. No don'ts and scratches. Recommending this venue for a fab inner city stay.

Really nice staff, room was alright and had everything you needed. Lots of people smoking on the level I stayed on and the smell came through the vent in my bathroom. Very upsetting. Also the wifi is only free for one day...it's 2022, really? Parking costs $30 but I was able to find street parking that was free overnight nearby (10min walk)

Good price and comfy bed. Staff polite. Needs maintenance as paint is peeling and some bathroom fittings rusty. Air con a bit noisy, room spacious. Would have been better if we had a room with a view.

The only hotel with reasonable price with balcony in the city. Location is perfect, free cat bus stop is just one step out of the reception, the bed is comfortable enough and soundproof room from the street noise. I was applying for my US VISA and this is the perfect place to stay as its just around the corner. Very impressed with the staff. They're very helpful and friendly. Only thing I would suggest is advertising the breakfast better as I was expecting a bit more range at the buffet. Overall good stay and cleam rooms. Would stay again.

I arrived very late near midnight but check-in very smooth not more than 10 minutes. Good & well maintained one bedroom apartment with balcony. Quite spacious with well equipped kitchen. Everything works well with daily room cleaning and towel change. Fantastic location near to many restaurants, supermarkets, Perth train & bus station. Good value.

I only stayed one night location was very convenient, check in time flexible with the reception area open 24 hours. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient. I hope to stay longer next time!

Very middling experience in July 2023. Front desk was friendly. Rooms were a good size but note that the kitchen facilities are rather limited (no oven and few utensils). Even dishwashing soap is in sachets. Housekeeping was not thorough. My room was spacious but without views. It was a little dated. The lady who checked me in at 730pm on 3rd July was friendly and efficient. The lady who checked me out at 730am on 4th July did not give me a ticket when I stored my luggage at the reception. This is reasonably priced accommodation. Clean and well appointed. It is only a short ferry ride accross the Swan to Perth CBD. I recommend a stay here if you are local or a tourist.

Convenient and comfortable cooking. Warm water comes out well, heater and air conditioner are well. The wifi works well.

Obviously the proximity to Perth airport and the shuttle bus to it. Our room was large and comfortable, and we enjoyed an evening meal and the breakfast we had included.

Great motel for a stopover from in International flight. Comfortable beds and good quality bed linen. Good, basic restaurant with a decent selection of dishes. Coffee, a cookie and a half bottle of Shiraz in the room as well as mineral water. Comfortable, free, shuttle service to and from Perth Airport, a 5-minute drive.

A great location to spend the night before a very early flight out of Perth. Reception were present and well organised - not common in budget hotels. Food in restaurant was varied and well cooked and the shuttle bus arrived on time.

It was the nearest hotel to Perth airport, that's why we chose it. We just started one night. The pick up from the airport was seemless and quick. The rooms are not new but it was spotless so well done the cleaning team. Our room was the furthest point from the reception and the driver very kindly took us across ( it would have been a long walk with our cases ). But our electronic let would not open...

Great rooms, clean and friendly staff. Free airport shuttle. Adjoining restaurant is good quality and value Australian food. Highly recommended especially for short stay with ready airport access.

Great little motel- it is located close to the hospital, shopping centres, bus stops, train stations, optus stadium, Perth arena. The staff are friendly and helpful, beds are comfy and the showers have great pressure. The car park didn't have any spots near our room and the parks are small, but for a little motel it probably isn't an issue. Great playground/water park/park across the road.

I stayed here for three nights. The room was clean and had everything I required. A short walk to the Perth Mint. Close to Claisebrook Station. The East Perth location initially appeared to be a bit rough (compared to other parts of Perth city). Friendly staff. A great motel.

Had to attend Royal Perth Hospital recently for an angiogram, Baileys Motel was a short distance away and a great place to stay. Great room and the meals were superb ??

Super well fitted apartments, quiet and the fridge is not in the same room. Kitchen is full sized and having a washing machine is becoming a must.

Well equipped rooms, nice swimming pool, nice walkways along the Swan River behind the complex, great views of the Swan River and sunsets.

Last year, we stayed at another apartment for my birthday and were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was, even though the price was quite similar. This time, however, the experience...

Late checkin was easy. Proximity to the airport convenient. Room and bed were comfortable and clean. Walls are a bit thin. Breakfast room may have been convenient, but 9am close was a bit early after a late night arrival. Maybe next time.

We stayed one night at Ascot Central Apartments. The room was well laid out, with a bed, a small living area, and a modern, pleasant bathroom. The bedding wasn’t great, but the couch was comfortable. The ground-floor balcony was nice, though it faced a busy road with a lot of foot traffic. Luckily, the room itself was quiet. The location was convenient, with bus stops nearby. Highly recommended! From the moment we arrived the customer service is amazing and staff will go above and beyond, especially the boss. Rooms are very tidy and well maintained, the pool and spa is definitely an extra perk to enjoy and relax. The secure environment is also a plus. Will definitely be returning :)

Rooms that are good value. Spacious, plenty of storage and hanging space and well equipped. Excellent location, at the quieter end of Northbridge and parking available. They were very flexible with changing arrangements and accommodating to any requests. Would stay there again.

Beds comfy, secure parking, great location easy walk to restaurants and night-life. Wonderful, friendly staff. WiFi hopeless, outdoor furniture very tattered and perhaps unsafe, carpet a bit grotty. All in all though I highly recommend, loved my return stay ad much as first and will definitely return again. Thank you.

Elegant, clean accommodation, close to the heart of the city. The apartment was spacious and can easily accommodate a family. WiFi access could be better though; there is no reception in rooms.

Location: Arrive at Foss Airport at 12:00 pm-A residential area 10 minutes away by Uber ($27). It's not as close to the airport as you might think. I still recommend you to come! (It's not a hotel, it's an Airbnb type accommodation) Facilities: The room is spacious, and it's nice to be able to use the bathroom independently. the house is clean. The large living room and kitchen are great for activities...

Dave is a very nice and inspiring person. His house and guest suite is wonderfull and very stylish. You can admire some of his beautiful artistic creations...and perhaps even drink a 'sausage' beer with Dave. Conveniently located near the airport

Very spacious,well equipped apartment. Amazing for family use. All we needed was supplied,washing machine,tumble dryer,microwave etc. Nice view over the rooftops from the 10th floor. Late check in with excellent communication.

Very good spot in town, convenient & clean. Room was good & all mod cons , only downer was the locked HDMI slots. Bathroom was sorted with bath & shower & the washing machine was fast & quiet. Overall quite happy to recommend

The location was convinent but quiet. The reception was very helpful on my arrival helping to carry my luggage up to the foyer. Not sure why so many people have problems with the stairs - it was only one flight of stairs and there is actually lift available if needed.

Have a mini kitchen which is very convenient if you want to do light cooking

Located in west Perth but free buses left from the hotel bus stop every 5 mins so very easy to go do all sightseeing and shopping. We could walk to Watertown Outlet Stores and lots of eateries within walking distance of hotel. 2 bedroom was huge and we had our own ensuite.

Extremely convenient for public transport with a red cat stop right in front. The cat buses are free. Spacious apartment, very cosy and well equipped for cooking. Staff went out of their way to help. Breakfast only at the Cafe downstairs and the food was great.

I absolutely love the service at City Stay, and also the rooms are great! I feel really comfortable here, All the staff are very friendly, and are very happy to help you out in anyway they can. If I am ever needing to stay somewhere again in Perth. I don't think I would even consider anywhere else but here.

Excellent place to stay!! Clean, comfortable and quiet! There is an excercise room, pool and a playground for kids! Definitely a good place!
