Its nothing special. Just a place to sleep.

The location was superb close to amenities, walking distance to most destinations. Breakfast was good although it is the same daily. Hotel was clean though a liitle too old,Bed was comfortable. Had a great view. Most importantly the staff were amazing and very helpful. Thr price was affordable and fair.

We had a very late arrival time due to flights but the reception staff very pleasant and helpfull .

Pool is not heated and also dark at night, room appears outdated, parking is expensive, however receptionist was friendly

Service was average, room is quite outdated and in need of a refurbishment.

I had a delicious & satisfying breakfast on Sunday. Service was good, ambiance great, furnishings quirky and comfortable. Coffee excellent & nice & hot to my liking.

Our room overlooked gardens and pool with views to the ocean. Definitely got our 30 mins on the stairs but the room was nice no issues and thanks to the lady who delivered our room service. Had a great couple chilled nights. Would visit again.

Great location and staff. Handy to have the pub in but noisy due to events. Great value for money.

Rooms are very dated, but clean. Good for a pit stop before continuing your journey but for the price I don’t think it was very value for money.

A retro vibe & an older style hotel. The service is great and you receive a free drink on arrival. Convenient location and am able to go downstairs to live gigs and events. Close to the beach and shops.

Happy and great customer service! Rooms are always super glean, comfy bed. Older style hotel been renovated. Always happy with stay, close to beach. Pub and bar right next to hotel. Sometimes loud depends on what night music is playing. Yum toasties 🫶🏽

Great location as it has easy access to the CBD (bus stop basically outside front door) and other Perth locations. Also very easy walking distance to good selection of restaurants and shops. Good location. Near restaurants and only a walk away. Very quite. Very clean place aswell. Trish at the reception has managed to book me another night as i was only booked in for 2 nights. Very easily managed. Rooms cleaned everyday. The staff is great. Free brekky was good. Most of all the location for its price. I would come back here anytime. Very pleased staying here

We were sceptical about this place when we booked it but we were pleasantly surprised with the room. It was very clean, tidy and quiet. Our booking had breakfast included which again we were sceptical about and thought it might have just been toast and cereal but again we were pleasantly surprised with a huge clean tidy dining area with a cooked breakfast. This is somewhere I would definitely recommend...

Nice venue but parking is shocking on weekdays for events.

Superb staff, fantastic meal at the restaurant, quiet and safe location near the beach, well-kept older building with art-deco charm. Competitively priced with unique character. Had a great stay and will come back again on the next trip!

Small room We stayed to sleep overnight after the party so it was okay but if for a holiday room was very small & no room for luggage. Also hotel doesn’t have parking, only few bays of all day parking on the street next to hotel otherwise have to park 2 block away.

You can walk out of this property in your bathers and be in the ocean 250m away. Yay!

This place is WAY over priced for what you get. It’s pretty basic which is fine if you’re paying a pretty basic rate to stay here. We had ( I think) one of the best rooms with corner terrace. It overlooks the main road and a large car park. The common parts badly need renovating. Stayed on Saturday. Carpark was a bit confusing. As we have to check in first, that carpark map and explanation should be more specific. Overall accommodation facilities, price and service was great. Nice walk to the bell tower and back. Market was on Sunday when we visited. Great vibe was there!

Great hotel to stay nearby to the elizabeth quay bus station by walking distance. Can ride free BLUE, GREEN and PURPLE CAT bus from this station. Walking to the shopping street Murray street was about 15-20mins. Hotel just right beside the exhibition centre. The facility still acceptable but furnitures and TV kind of old. Need replacement. The elevator was old fashioned and there was huge problem...

Unfortunately the noise outside my window was too loud. Check in wasn’t as good as it should be, I was told that I could have my room in 20 minutes, only to return 40 minutes later and be told to wait for 30 minutes.

We stay during our visit to catch up with my daughter. And for few days, because she will stay with us , we ask for extra bed,it was on 11 July, very late night , no more house keeping around, so a guy who attend reception arranged the extra bed to deliver in next morning,and it's totally free?. Hotel room was nice and cosy. The fridge area could be cleaned up more often. The view is nice with sun rising behind the buildings facing the hotel.

This hotel located around 15-20 minutes walk from Perth train station. Can buy Day rider pass from train station on weekdays and Family rider on weekends only which is more value as it is for 2 person for the price of 1 and usable on all train, bus and even trans Perth ferry to Mends street from Elizabeth Quay. Hotel is walkable from train station and most of the attractions is nearby the hotel....

The apartment is nice and clean and on very good location.  Only setback is the shop nearby selling vapes.  Quite a few homeless, vapers lingers around which may not be that safe at night.

Back to Adina again. Their premium two bedrooms apartment is so spacious and comfortable, that we do not want to leave. Reception is very helpful and friendly, will definitely come back again.

Very spacious one bedroomed apartment, which I only rented as an airport stopover. Staff were very helpful, and I was able to store luggage. Was spotlessly clean, but the carpets and decor were looking a little tired, in my opinion. Very central location, a short walk from the train station Sadly I couldn't get the bath to work but the shower was a great alternative..

Friendly staff and clean amenities. No gym in the building - however they provide access key to A gym 5mins walk away @ snap fitness. The toilets do feel dated like from early 2000s. Room /kitchenette was updated. Came with a generous workdesk

1. The toilet can not flush clearly for the human waste with many many times, I push the button. The waste was still at the bottom for overnight. Next day in the morning, I informed Reception, and then it was fixed. After I went to the toilet , it happened again without flushing my human waste. 2. The wash hand basin is too small. Whenever you brush your teeth, then your head will hit the mirror....

The location is near Perth station making it very convenient. A direct train from and to airport. The room is dated but functional. Housekeeping needs to improve as they don't top up the amnenties and vacuum the floor everyday. No toothbrush and bedroom slippers unless requested.

This is reasonably priced accommodation. Clean and well appointed. It is only a short ferry ride accross the Swan to Perth CBD. I recommend a stay here if you are local or a tourist.

Convenient and comfortable cooking. Warm water comes out well, heater and air conditioner are well. The wifi works well.

Great little motel- it is located close to the hospital, shopping centres, bus stops, train stations, optus stadium, Perth arena. The staff are friendly and helpful, beds are comfy and the showers have great pressure. The car park didn't have any spots near our room and the parks are small, but for a little motel it probably isn't an issue. Great playground/water park/park across the road.

I stayed here for three nights. The room was clean and had everything I required. A short walk to the Perth Mint. Close to Claisebrook Station. The East Perth location initially appeared to be a bit rough (compared to other parts of Perth city). Friendly staff. A great motel.

Had to attend Royal Perth Hospital recently for an angiogram, Baileys Motel was a short distance away and a great place to stay. Great room and the meals were superb ??

Super well fitted apartments, quiet and the fridge is not in the same room. Kitchen is full sized and having a washing machine is becoming a must.

Well equipped rooms, nice swimming pool, nice walkways along the Swan River behind the complex, great views of the Swan River and sunsets.

Late checkin was easy. Proximity to the airport convenient. Room and bed were comfortable and clean. Walls are a bit thin. Breakfast room may have been convenient, but 9am close was a bit early after a late night arrival. Maybe next time.

We stayed one night at Ascot Central Apartments. The room was well laid out, with a bed, a small living area, and a modern, pleasant bathroom. The bedding wasn’t great, but the couch was comfortable. Highly recommended! From the moment we arrived the customer service is amazing and staff will go above and beyond, especially the boss. Rooms are very tidy and well maintained, the pool and spa is definitely an extra perk to enjoy and relax. The secure environment is also a plus. Will definitely be returning :)

Great little apartment, conveniently located in No We loved staying here. It was such a great location in Northbridge, so close to the city and so many awesome cafes and restaurants. It was super convenient being able to cook our own meals as well.

Surrounded by amazing restaurants! Fantastic location. Incredibly clean with everything you need. The Master bedroom was quite noisy at night do to being on the main *****, however that was no fault at all of the Hotel, and given that absolutely everything was literally at your door step it was worth it. Host was amazingly accommodating and we would definitely stay here again. 5 start!

Location: Arrive at Foss Airport at 12:00 pm-A residential area 10 minutes away by Uber ($27). It's not as close to the airport as you might think. I still recommend you to come! I slipped in the bathtub during my stay and had to be rushed to hospital emergency. The surface is extremely slippery and does not appear to have any anti-slip protection especially after shower. This is a serious safety hazard. I strongly advise future guests to be extra cautious when using the tub, especially if it’s wet. The hotel should take immediate action to improve bathroom safety before someone...

The front desk was very helpful, but I think it's a good idea to check the opening hours on weekends and holidays. I also went to cities other than Perth on this trip, so I had a hard time getting through to the reception.

Right on the main street, close to restaurants, bars, and pharmacies, two-bedroom apartment with complete facilities, suitable for family outings, the only inconvenience is that there is no parking space

Spacious, cosy 2bedder, room is equipped with most necessary things, except no housekeeping during our 4 night stay (only on weekly basis). 10 - 15min walk to the main shopping area but there are other eating options nearby.

Located in west Perth but free buses left from the hotel bus stop every 5 mins so very easy to go do all sightseeing and shopping. We could walk to Watertown Outlet Stores and lots of eateries within walking distance of hotel. 2 bedroom was huge and we had our own ensuite.

Extremely convenient for public transport with a red cat stop right in front. The cat buses are free. Spacious apartment, very cosy and well equipped for cooking. Staff went out of their way to help. Breakfast only at the Cafe downstairs and the food was great.

Great location and room OK, however, ceiling fan was not working and was not repaired in our 6 day stay. (Staff did provide a portable fan, which was much appreciated). Also, the exercise room was unavailable - this was one of the facilities that we booked this hotel for, so that was disappointing. Also disappointing that on last day of our stay, staff were taking equipment from the cleaning store...

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room itself was very clean, but there was a lot of temporary maintenance and poor patch up throughout the apartment. The hallways and elevator were very dirty. Cheap and cheerful - but in need of work

I absolutely love the service at City Stay, and also the rooms are great! I feel really comfortable here, All the staff are very friendly, and are very happy to help you out in anyway they can. If I am ever needing to stay somewhere again in Perth. I don't think I would even consider anywhere else but here.

Excellent place to stay!! Clean, comfortable and quiet! There is an excercise room, pool and a playground for kids! Definitely a good place!
