Pan Pacific Perth
Perth, 207 Adelaide Terrace 🧭 Map
A generally good hotel with an excellent location…very well situated in downtown Perth with access to restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance and close to key historical/tourist sites. I quite enjoyed the breakfast, especially the barista-made coffee with cute latte art! The concierge (I can’t remember his name, but we enjoyed chatting about my hometown when he noticed my sweatshirt)...
The service was impeccable.
The food was delicious.
There were very limited facilities and parking was off site.
I’m the hotel is good with a lot of good amenities and very welcoming.
1. providing all amenities including toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers.
2. Within CBD area, can take CAT bus for free if you travel inside zone 1.
3. Bus right opposite to Fremantle. Very convenient for transiting to Rottnest ferry.
4. Welcoming drinks for joining their free membership.
5. Daily housekeeping and they store my luggage after my first night staying and coming back the other night...
Thank you Pan Pacific team for the great services, especially the house keeping team that make up our room daily. We have a very comfortable stay for the week ☺️
Not a really good location actually .The breakfast of the hotel was good can consider

The check in process took quite long, saying that cannot see my booking in system while confirmation email already received from Trip.com. The cup provided in mini bar had clear tea stains when I wanted to make some hot tea. Overall experience lower than Crown Towers.
Couldn’t fault this place. Very convenient and best location. Clean rooms. You get what you pay for here. I’ll definitely be back again and i will recommend this place to others. Thankyou
Was very surprised how the service and facilities have changed so much since we last stayed there. I would not recommend it to anyone and will not be going back in a hurry
The hotel offered excellent value for the money, and we would happily return for another visit.
Room was big enough for a family of four. The beds are double size but if ur big in size will be hard to squeeze on one bed for two pax . Room is clean
It’s a really nice hotel. Impeccable and it’s near to the ******. I like their room slippers. It’s like Havana’s. Easy to wear to the pool. Their thick bathroom is comfy.

Spacious room with a stunning sea view — nothing beats waking up to waves on Scarborough Beach, just a short stroll away. 🌊✨ Staff were consistently polite and efficient, making the stay feel seamless.
In-room dining available 24/7 was a big plus, with well-curated options that cater to different dietary needs.
The location is also very convenient — Coles supermarket is just nearby, along with ice...
Very nice and clean. Some maintenance but not noisy at night. No pool but nearby there is a very beautiful pool for $8.30 AUD. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Buffet was awesome. Fruits, yogurt, bacon, eggs, cereal, waffle machine, bread and they even have gluten free options!
Love the place, very nice but the only thing is that parking is $25 for residents, and a bit tough to find free parking around the area
Great location right on the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby.
Highly recommended
Everything was fine, unfortunately they didn’t add breakfast included package. It was a bit embarrassing for us to enquiring at the cafe entrance before breakfast in the morning time, asking to show me booking emails. Rest everything was fine.
Hot Water was yellow when run in the bath tub, did not feel safe to use it.. however location is okay. the entrance to the lobby was not too clear, would be good if there are clearer directions..

From the moment I walked through the doors to check in and received the most unwelcoming acknowledgement from the lady behind the reception desk I thought “oh no, please let’s not start my mini staycation off this way”. Jo-Anne never once could muster even a slight smile, and was disinterested in giving me basic check-in instructions (apparently we are supposed to automatically know to use the new...
So nice hotel with excellent staff and just confirm with your booking especially if you booking from ***********, they said they got my booking canceled when I arrived and it takes long time for they handling with booking. So not sure which end needs more training about this situayion.
All was good. Staff were friendly. The only complaint is the lack of complimentary drinking water in the room.
Great location but rooms are tired and outdated couldn’t get a drink when checked in because the bar wasn’t serving until 17:00 hours on a Friday but overall great precinct.
Nice and clean room. Very comfortable beds. There’s a public playground for young children within walking distance. Free parking available next to the hotel.
As we have to travel over an hour to the Airport , Crown is always a good start to vacation one day before our holiday, from Here it’s only 10minutes to airport , and a good place to start to wind down, have a flutter and if you’re lucky enough pay for some of your holidays.😊

Excellent sized room with city views and spacious bathroom with high end finish inclusive of plenty of towel hanging options - that means so much to me! Loved the dispensers and products and complementary extras were all exactly what was required for the stay.
Love all the updates! Staff were terrific!
First time staying at the Duxton & was pleasantly surprised at the top quality venue & service. Can thoroughly recommend the club rooms & club lounge. Very spoilt for food choice & drinks service. The included breakfast was also a lovely dining experience with plenty of options & presented superbly. Definitely enjoyed the whole intimate setting & service.
Our family had fun especially our children. The bday celbration of my niece was amazing because of the staff from reception, concierge, restaurant and housekeeping. We will highly recommended your hotel and we will definitely be back in the future. Thank you very much for treating us well. You are all amazing!
Stay of 2 weeks. The rooms were spacious, clean & comfortable. House keeping & room service excellent. Concierge service very good. Access to a very well equipped Gym.
All staff were very friendly, professional & helpful.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Suggest skipping the view. While nice for a night, they charge more and its rather distant so if you are here awhile maybe don't bother.
Abby at the front desk is absolutely awesome. Ultra professional, welcoming, efficient and clearly knows the value of guest time.
However, the breakfast coffee service is terrible. I suggest not bothering as the breakfast is not worth the $45 charged and nearby...

Nice view and location. Fully furnished apartment and was very comfortable and clean. I check-out in unusual time (the night before the check-out date), and the staff was very helpful. The hotel reached out prior to my departure for Perth to ensure an effortless check-in, am feeling safe and getting guaranteed.
We stayed here over our wedding weekend, and while the rooms were absolutely beautiful — spacious, clean, and perfectly styled — the check-in process really let the experience down. It took over an hour to get into our room, which was stressful and disappointing, especially on such an important weekend.
Once we were finally checked in, everything else was lovely. The staff were friendly, and the location...
The stay was extremely pleasant. The staff where very lovely people and treated myself and the family very nicely. I would absolutely come and stay another night at the quest East perty hotel
Stayed here last week for 8 days.
Initially got a studio apartment but on the 2nd night, I felt that it was too troublesome for me to go down for the shared laundry facilities. Bruno from the reception was extremely helpful in securing me a 1bedrm apartment the next day. He even showed me the room pictures to manage my expectations and the rest of my stay was brilliant. He also shared info about the...
My one and only gripe with the property is the deposit which is normally $100 on credit cards. It was $300 here. A heads up would have been appreciated.
Otherwise, all the positive adjectives apply.
Property in the centre of town but easy enought to walk to the roverside. 2 points of interest Elizabeth Quay and the Island bar/restaurant and Point Frazer. Easy to get some some of the stunning beaches along the coast. Transport via uber and train station all very reasonable priced. We stayed here to wind down before flyi g back to the uk.

unable to flush toilet and requested a change of room. place is dated but acceptable for the price
This was our very first trip to Perth.
If you’re planning to take trains or buses both within and outside the CBD, I highly recommend getting a public transport card called the SmartRider. There was a large open single level carpark at the rear of the hotel with easy access.
Staff were good and helpful in trying to accommodate last-minute changes.
Our room was basic but clean and comfortable.
The breakfast menu was the same every day with limited choices, which became repetitive. The lighting in the room was too dim, making it uncomfortable at times. Cleanliness and hygiene is a problem. Saw a huge cockroach when I step into the door. When called the reception, first thing they say is to get someone to clean it up. Very centralised location. With great friendly reception staff, a big shout out to Darren, who is always ready to help and flashing a big smile each time he sees us.
Great price for a hotel that's in the center of the city. Good Room, great cleaning services everyday.

I have to say over all staying here was great for the service and location, but the quality of the rooms were not amazing. The pillows are so hard that when we woke up we had sore necks and a headache from sleeping on them.
If you do stay here bring your own pillow.
It would be great if they had a pool. Would make the stay more relaxing but other than that decent for 2 nights.
The staff helping to organise our event were awesome. The room looked great and everything went without a hitch.
The hotel however is dated and in need of a lot of work. You can tell it was once a nice hotel.
Honestly the best, easiest, friendliest, most professional hotel we have stayed at in a very long time.
Rooms might not be fancy but they are clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was great with lovely staff.
Checkin was simple and easy, same as checkout.
I actually think the staff make this hotel, no request was too hard.
We will be back.
My stay at Novotel was overall okay. 🏨 The building, while charming, showed its age, with unexpected acoustics that made neighboring room activities a bit too audible. 🙉

The location is excellent for travellers. The environment is quite good. I appreciate the assistance from the reception manager who patiently helped me with the check-in process when encountering some systemic issues. Besides, the gym is well-equipped.
p.s. The pancakes for breakfast are delicious~

Staff at Reception were very nice and helpful. Great location! Very reasonable rates. The young lady on the 4th floor housekeeper was very genuine and helpful. Check in was a breeze, the room was great, check out was smooth, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Good location, nice atmosphere. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds (pillows not so much). The food is not the best, I had breakfast and dinner and I didn't like it at all. Other than that the service was very good. And for parking there is one nearby which you have to pay.
A Hilton so usual excellent standard of service & great location to City centre, Convention centre & transport links. Restaurant was expensive - good food, but well overpriced. Common in 5-star hotels to charge over the top in-house. Fine dining prices for hotel dining offerings.

We stay with mantra hotels very often , this one is one we won't go back to.
