Delicious breakfast with a lot of choices. Room and bed very comfortable. Hotel has a modern but homely feel.

In the heart of the CBD, quite a rowdy area when the night rolls round but rooms are quite sound proof. Included breakfast on the mezzanine was amazing and a perfect day starter. Rooms are quite small but perfect for a short trip. Great price, great hotel.

In a very, very busy area, especially at night and weekends, but close to Perth Shopping area and malls. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are compact and look a bit bare with concrete ceilings, no wardrobe only a couple of hangars on pegs, frosted glass door between toilet/shower and bedroom. The room was very nice, comfy and simple, with a neat bathroom. Had a great stay but my only complaint would be that the complimentary buffet was hardly inclusive - no hot breakfast just toast, cereal and some fruit, and if you wanted hot food you have to pay extra.

We enjoyed our stay here. Very good location, and rooms were comfortable, enjoyed the simple breakfast (would also be nice to include hot meals). Would stay here again. Just one thing to note - be careful with the room doors, they are quite heavy, so important to take care if you have small kids especially.

Club rooms are clean and relatively spacious. The club lounge food and beverages are excellent and the staff too. Hotel as a whole is bit old needs renovation in older rooms and mainly the fitness center and swimming pool areas and changing rooms. Breakfast every day exact same food. This must be changed. The hotel is a little dated and there is all sorts of construction work going on as at July 2023, including a massive crane right outside my room. Food is good and service is friendly. Because the atrium is very high the place is incredibly cold. They probably need to put in a suspended ceiling. Hotel is not centrally situated and its a bit of a walk to the main CBD.

Very basic rooms that are starting to looked very well used. Attention to detail doesn’t match the price eg spider webs on lighting in the lobby, soap scum on shower glass, peeling wallpaper. After paying less to stay at the Samphire on Rottnest Island, I expected the Crowne would at least match, but it just feels like any other hotel room…just more expensive.

I attended a function in one of the private rooms (the Lord McAlpine room) at the Terrace. The room is beautifully laid out, there is plenty of quality glassware, and it is air conditioned. The service is prompt and friendly. The only downside is that their charcuterie boards are quite small for the price. That said, the main meals are reasonably priced and absolutely delicious.

We stay with mantra hotels very often , this one is one we won't go back to. Location is great staff friendly and helpful, but the rooms are very tired, not what we are used to with the chain.

Bed is a small double just average in comfort. Bed should be a Queen bed at the very minimum. Room is large. There is a stove & sink, bar fridge which is good. Bathroom is large & reasonably clean, looks like a hospital shower. The water pressure is very weak more of a dribble which is a disgrace when you pay $309 on a Saturday night.

Location…I loved jogging on the beach and being close to Hillary’s with variety of restaurants, ferry to Rottnest, right nearby. We enjoyed a staycation for 2 nights. It was close to Watertown, free Cat buses, a liquor store. You are able to self cater with a kitchenette. We didnt get up to the BBQ on the pool deck, so are unable to comment on those facilities. There is a lack of restaurants close by, if you are caught later at night, say after 8pm, you are not able to easily find something to eat.

An easy place to stay, nice and central bit not in the thick of things. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Our family is a bit bigger so we got adjoining rooms. The pool was a nice touch, though it could use just a little more shelter for those really sunny days. Rooms were clean, comfortable and very spacious. All the staff were super friendly. Right on the river and close enough to restaurants, bars and shops that you can walk.

Good sized apartment with everything you need for an overnight, week to month long stay. 5 minute walk to restaurants and groceries too.

Vicki was amazing from our initial contact. I wanted to shout my son a nice place to stay for a few days before he started his new job. Vicki even organised a little basket of goodies for his arrival and the feedback from my boy was incredible. Next time Im in Perth I know where I'll be staying.

We stayed 4 nights. Great location. Everything a short drive, walk or free bus ride away. Super clean and modern. Good breakfast of cereals, baked goods, fruit salad, yoghurts, juices and very good coffee. Absolutely first rate customer service by Vicki. The other reviews are right. She is a gem. Very helpful and informative, she went way out of her way to make our first trip to Fremantle a great experience...

The main reason why our stay was wonderful is because of our amazing hosts Vicki and Pete. The are such lovely friendly people. The rooms are lovely and very comfortable. We are looking forward to staying again. Thanks so much guys for your warmth and hospitality.

Had a fantastic stay. Owner is lovely and looked after me well. It's a comfortable walking distance into the centre of Fremantle along the Esplanade and the blue cat bus also stops directly opposite. Wonderful breakfast also included with room. Would definitely stay here again next time I visit Fremantle

Cannot fault this place. Great location, great staff well priced and excellent amenities. Breakfast was spot on and the dining advice from Vicki was great. All in all great place and my new place for Freo.
