Very nice staycation. Our room was immaculate and our interaction with hotel staff was always pleasant. The breakfast buffet was a selection of delicious food and there was a chef present to make eggs to our preference. Will definitely stay there again.

Club rooms are clean and relatively spacious. The club lounge food and beverages are excellent and the staff too. Hotel as a whole is bit old needs renovation in older rooms and mainly the fitness center and swimming pool areas and changing rooms. Breakfast every day exact same food. This must be changed. Means slightly different option each day. Especially for long stay guests.

Check in was friendly and informative, we stayed in a King Club Suite which was extremely spacious and luxurious. Access to the Club Lounge included and so much to offer. Mina was so lovely and very attentive. I will definitely book here again in the same room type. Thanks for the relaxing stay.

Good facilities, had the club room and the evening canapés were really wonderful watching the sun set. Breakfast was really great, a fantastic variety of items to choose from and truly worth it. Hotel is busy with upgrades and I can see that they are needed but they are doing them.

The hotel is a little dated and there is all sorts of construction work going on as at July 2023, including a massive crane right outside my room. Food is good and service is friendly. Because the atrium is very high the place is incredibly cold. They probably need to put in a suspended ceiling. Hotel is not centrally situated and its a bit of a walk to the main CBD.

Very basic rooms that are starting to looked very well used. Attention to detail doesn’t match the price eg spider webs on lighting in the lobby, soap scum on shower glass, peeling wallpaper. After paying less to stay at the Samphire on Rottnest Island, I expected the Crowne would at least match, but it just feels like any other hotel room…just more expensive.

As a sole female traveller I was worried by some of the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. On arrival the reception staff where lovely. My room was quiet and quite large. Shower was great and bed comfortable, only thing to note is there is no microwave in the rooms.

The Ibis is a good location very close to Coles and the Belgian beer cafe across the road and Rubix the bar and restaurant attached to the hotel. I was applying for my US VISA and this is the perfect place to stay as its just around the corner. Very impressed with the staff. They're very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice, comfy and simple, with a neat bathroom. Had a great stay but my only complaint would be that the complimentary buffet was hardly inclusive - no hot breakfast just toast, cereal and some fruit, and if you wanted hot food you have to pay extra.

This is not a great hotel. It's an OK hotel, but at the price, the value-for-money doesn't stack up. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean, but beyond that: 1) Room layout is strange. Rooms are small. 2) Water pressure sucks to the point where showers take twice as long to rinse off soap/shampoo. 3) Housekeeping doesn't clean cups/utensils, doesn't clean bathroom sufficiently, towels...

Good service, in a great location - only a few minutes walk from public transport, and plenty of great food options nearby. The rooms are fine. Nice and clean. But for mewould be nice to have a little more than just a kettle. Every staff member was great in my 4 day stay. Great location for everything to do in Perth. Room is small but clever use of space. Even a desk! Very clean and a comfortable bed.

The setting amongst the trees and gardens was beautiful. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and efficient. The pillows were comfortable, we didn't need to take our own out of the car.

A holiday without having to go too far! Very relaxing and everything you need on site, don’t have to leave. Cocktails by the pool and great service! Just would recommend to management to set up a system for staff to be tipped, they deserve to be tipped for their service and patience and being a cashless resort it doesn’t allow that opportunity for them.

What a lovely stay! We booked a stay and play package. Check in was smooth and easy. After our game, our luggages were already in our room. The room is impeccably clean, everything in the bathroom works. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was superb with great coffee and fresh fruits. The bread spread was fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating Staff. Although my room was older fittings everything was very clean and very functional. Facilities are excellent, pool, bar, bistro. Breakfast is well worth the effort. Reception Staff were extremely helpful.

Great place for weekend out! Breakfast included room rate within reasonable price and also my kids loved the pool and playing golf. But disappointed in basketball area was too old and definitely needed renewed and pool water was too cold(not heated pool). Otherwise nice luxury golf course for adults.

Room is spacious. Location is excellent since we can go to have a river walk just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Staff is nice. Late check out is permitted for us till 11:30am. Design is simple.

A few girlfriends and l went for lunch on Saturday. The Sangria and Paella event. Perfect spot for views of the river. The Paella was good, however other guests that ate off the main menu, well their food looked delicious. Definitely going back to try the main menu out.

Staff at the front desk were friendly and we had an upgraded room so that was nice. Room was big and very clean. It was close (5min walk) to some good restaurants as well plus a charger a few minutes walk away for our car. They had secured parking for $25 a day. Internet was fast and reliable too, which I needed to do a class. Was nice to have a view of the river from our room :)

To be honest a really nice stay. The staff were amazing and the front desk really set the tone of the whole experience. In the night I rang an asked for some blankets and soy milk, as I couldn’t drink the full cream in the fridge and they managed to find some for me.
