The house is fresh, clean and spotless and Sherie the owner goes out of her way to make you feel as though you are at home; except she does many other things that you may not get at home like a chocolate on your pillow at night

There are grocery shops within walking distance if you need to do some shopping and it is close to the main travel routes to get around Perth. I will definitely stay there again and highly recommend Lakeside Retreat

My rate included a continental breakfast, there is very good wi-fi, laundry facilities are good, I was given a late check out and Sherie gave me some discount vouchers for various entertainment venues around Perth

At hotels they usually rip you off for snacks in the room and the range is usually not that great at hotels either. Sherie provides a nice variety of in-room snacks and prices are very reasonable

Excellent host and very clean house. Definitely a choice to live in and it was very spacious too. The breakfast for me tasted better than hotels and it was delicious!

Such a beautiful place, so close to the city. We felt like we were a million miles away and our hosts couldn't have been nicer! Thoroughly recommend!

The continental breakfast selection was huge. Because we booked directly with the hotel we also got to enjoy a hearty hot breakfast cooked to order and it was the best breakfast we had after our first week in Australia

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was amazing. Afternoon tea is available everyday. Easy walking distance to Fremantle town centre. The only downside was the very small shower

Had the most amazing night here. The place is impeccably designed and really has a truly historic feel. But it is also modern and comfortable enough while staying relatively true to its historical roots

They were very friendly and were very accomodating in preparing a bottle of bubbly on arrival for our wedding anniversary. The fresh cut rose from the garden was just the icing on the cake

The hospitality we enjoyed there was very much appreciated. Also it was a very short walk from there to the heart of Fremantle. I would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful staff. Room was really good very big. Art on display gave me lots of photo opportunities. Breakfast so wonderful plus cooked available.

But looks nice enough from the out side. Doesn't upset my walk down to the beach. Would welcome a night there if too drunk to walk up the hills back home. pending late check out, no sore neck and a good breakfast

Was taken here by a taxi driver at my first landing in Australia bk to 2007, the property was trading under the name FORMULAR ONE, old but good memories, been charged $89 for a room equipped two bunker bed, tiny clean n well organized basic hotel room, breakfast served in a buffet style at separate cost

Had a very pleasant stay at Ibis Budget Perth Airport. Nice clean room, plenty of space for a short stay. Was great to have drains in bathroom as the Ibis Budget Brisbane Airport didn't

Towels in the room (only one in the bathroom so check the shelves in you room) Wifi seemed slow. $7 uber to the clubs in Northbridge. Stayed over night after clubbing and had a good night's sleep

Perfect little place - clean and comfortable. Choice of cereal, milk and Orange juice restocked every day

We stayed here for 2 nights in November 2017. The rooms are a great size and spotless. They have a pool and happy hour from 5 to 6pm were they give you a free drink and the staff are very friendly and chatty

Parking a bit tricky - just don't be the last ones back in the evening or you will have to have mad parking skills!

Never used the pool but it was clean as well. For the price I think it deserves a 5/5. For people who are light sleepers it's good to know that the rooms along the stairs meant hearing traffic and people who where loud

We had to cancel last minute due to a family medical emergency, which was very distressing for us. The staff made it so easy and hassle free, and even waived the terms of their own (already generous) cancellation policy

Nice park only a short uber away from Freo. Pool, clean amenities and great camp kitchen. Kid friendly with playground and jumping balloon

Excellent nice and quiet. The camp ground staff are very nice they try thier best to accommodate your needs. And they inform your a day early for any maintenance that may effect the tenants stay.

We had a brief blackout (the whole suburb) and staff came around to notify us of what was happening. There are great walks to the beach and other parks, supermarkets and eateries a short drive away

What a great caravan (and chalet) park. If you can - book a hard stand rather than grassed sit (they are much more generous). This park has a great feel to it. Sites are pretty easy to access

We needed accommodation for 2 nights, with our small dog. Absolutely blown away by the cleanliness of the cabin. The stove looked like it had never been used, it was that shiny

The cabin had a smaller room, with a dog bed; 2 bowls for food & water & a rug. Unfortunately we had to be out all day, with appointments, so didn’t get to go down the beach

Our welcome from David was great and very informative We were given a wonderful room with great views of the beach .Free parking The bar was lively and fun We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Had to check in late but message sent did not contain key box code. At 0400 and then 0330 the following morning someone was dragging furniture around their balcony.

Someone is squeezing out any money they can but I can’t see how it will last. David on reception was very sweet. But there is no way I’d recommend staying here unless it’s more like $200 a night rather than $400

This is a beautiful federation house set on lovely garden perfect to sit back an chill, its also a 5 min walk to various restaurants and hotels

The premises was an old decommissioned school that is set in lucious green surrounds. It has a good historical feel about it all round

Beat accommodation and friendly service. Bus shuttle to the airport every hour. The Fire house restaurant also have good food and great atmosphere

Great place close to the city, and always meeting great people, i would recommend if you are a traveller passing by and got a good experience of this town.

Everything is great for the location, cleanliness, noise control, and good for self checkin. I don't mind for phone call receptionist. No free coffee / tea / sugar in the share kitchen while I was staying there

On a busy public holiday we were incredibly grateful to find The Local Hotel open. Even better than being open, the food was really, really good and reasonably priced. The craft beer on tap was wonderful too

I had the Lebanese lamb rack and with the Za’atar potatoes … best pub potatoes I’ve ever had and best lamb, cooked anyway, at any pub, ever! No exaggeration at all. What an absolute gem of a pub

The portion was generous and included potatoes and green salad. My garden salad and cheese board were also really tasty - the salad tasted freshly made and the dressing was heavenly

The dinner menu selection is excellent, with generous serving of food that is great value for money. Lamb rump for two thoroughly recommended

Our cabin on arrival had aircon already on, this was lovely walking into an already cooled down cabin as it was a stinking hot day! So thank you to the cleaner who did this! The cabin has everything you need to cook dinner, beds were great and the water pressure in the shower should have to be the icing on the cake WOW SOOOOOO GOOD! Pool is beautiful also! Let me start off by saying when we got a phone call from Jenny on the Saturday asking us if we required a high chair or porta cot for our infant, never have we ever had a phone call from any discovery parks that we have stayed in when utilising their cabins has this ever happen, this was such a lovely gesture and the care to detail in looking up peoples bookings so they know who will be checking into...

Great location ,close to shops and the Airport was a stone throw away Staff were very friendly and catered to our every need , Cabin was very clean and up to date smart TV kept us entertained for hours watching NETFLIX along with the warm air conditioning system keeping us warm on the cold nights , thanks for your hospitality I would highly recommend staying at this park

We just stayed with these guys for the weekend, our first night we had a drive through site number 17 with our own caravan it was a great spot, decent size site and well maintained

Second night we stayed in their deluxe 2 bedroom cabin as we had to drop our van off for warranty work to be done while we are over in QLD for the month

Toilet and showers were very clean and tidy. Love the surplus amount of clotheslines and they were in full sun all day what meant clothes dried faster

We stayed in the motel for three days. The location of the motel was a huge advantage when it came to transportation, and its closeness to the central business district gave us opportunities to explore Perth with ease

The staff took initiative to help us, whether it be with sightseeing recommendations, detailed directions or just to engage in pleasant conversation. They were very friendly and helpful

I love the location very much! Walkable to Elizabeth quay which takes only 15minutes walk. Very near to the bus stop for free CAT bus & near the town

The rooms were well furnished with appliances and amenities, and were very sanitary and clean
