Certainly not on my go back to list.
No reception staff at 2:00pm. The room allocated after retrieving key from locker, stunk of wet carpet which was confirmed after entry. This smell was present all night. Bathroom door unable to close due to wood swollen by moisture. Entrance door seal possibly non existant as light comes through.

I love the communication with the property. My flight was delayed, and I wanted to make sure that I would be able to have access to my room. They responded in good timing. I was able to access my room. In the morning, I talk to a German man at the front desk. That was very helpful and very kind. Would recommend.

The room was outdated and smelt like stale smoke. Needs a good update. Beautiful view was nice in the morning and liked the little veranda.

The fridge had not been cleaned, there was a congealed spill on one shelf.
There were several small cockroaches in my room.
There is an uneven paver on the patio are outside my room (room 1) which caused me to have a fall. Luckily I landed mostly on the grass, but falls are not ideal for older persons.

Great spot near North Beach.
Older hotel that looks like it is in process of updating rooms. Clean room and friendly staff.
Suggest booking a Terrace or Balcony Room with ocean view (rather than a 'triple with kitchenette) so you can enjoy the fresh air and views with privacy.

The location is perfect for beach goers and walkers. Great dining options within walking distance. Rooms were clean just outdated as it is an old motel. I was happy with my stay of two comfortable nights.
