Amazing place, lovely service and greatly maintained! Fabulous food and restaurant and we were more than pleased with the service and special attention we got from our waiter- Alexander! Very good plays in the mountain. The rooms are really big and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is a bit poor and the presentation of the food is really basic. The waiters are yank and helpful. Wheat small tach this place will be the best Spa resort.

I only used the event hall and it served the purpose. It's quite small but big enough for geoups of 20-30 people. Good location but the yard needs some attention.

Lovely place! Quiet, comfortable and peaceful, although 2 minutes from the city centre. The staff is also impeccable. :)

Very nice hotel, the rooms are clean and the interior design is really good. The food is prepared quickly, and is very tasty. One thing though: please make the breakfast a buffet style, so people doesn't have to wait for the waiter.

There was a live performance and it was very good, mostly traditional Bulgarian folk music and a few evergreens. Food was delicious with a nice choice of salads and cheeses and very tasty chicken breasts. Wine was really fantastic. As for the panacotta cream, it was insipid and tasteless.

Was there for a wedding, stayed a night. The rooms are well-functioning and very clean. It was a pleasure! One big problem though: the old coffee machine outside was not working properly. The espresso machine inside was fine.
