Booked last minute on an evening due to travel changes. The hotel is amazing! Staff are super friendly. Service is 10/10. The deluxe room is super comfy, very good night sleep. Nice hotel with a wonderful spa. Room was noisy at night. Seemed to be security guards outside our window talking and laughing until well after midnight. Road noise was a problem until after midnight. Ask for a room on the back side away from the road.

Excellent choice in Blagoevrad. The hotel need renovation ASAP ! The location is unique but that is not enough. I have stay more than 10 times (3-7 Days per time), today was my last time that I choose that hotel .

Lovely room This hotel is on a pedestrian sidewalk so there is no vehicle noise. The bed was so comfortable. The room was really nicely decorated. There is a fridge in the room with water bottles and coffee and tea as well. Lovely place to stay.

Amazing place, lovely service and greatly maintained! Fabulous food and restaurant and we were more than pleased with the service and special attention we got from our waiter- Alexander! SPA center is really cosy and clean, very relaxing being there! All in all- lovely place and we would be more than happy to get back there again! Strongly recommend!

Very nice hotel, the rooms are clean and the interior design is really good. The food is prepared quickly, and is very tasty. One thing though: please make the breakfast a buffet style, so people doesn't have to wait for the waiter.

I only used the event hall and it served the purpose. It's quite small but big enough for geoups of 20-30 people. Good location but the yard needs some attention.
