For sure this is not a 4* hotel.
Unfortunately I had a bad experience here, the price is not in line with the overall quality and everything is overpriced. Half of the spa cannot be used (indoor pool closed, half of the saunas closed).
Staff is the worst part: they barely speak English, they are judgy, laugh behind the back and rude (spa and restaurant staff were awful).
I do not recommend this place. For me, it was a complete waste of money.

Very bad experience. Dirty molded wc, old mattress, very dirty carpet.
Rude waitresses, overcooked spaghetti, not fresh salad. Outdoor pools are OK. Would recommend only to go use the pools, no hotel, no food there!

Place is on the road. I would say very loud! Found hair on the bed when check in. Breakfast wasn’t fresh. Inside Spa zone is good. I would recommend to visit. Bad experience and definitely not worth the money! Felt like in MOTEL.

We had a great time at the hotel. There is a large and warm indoor pool, a variety of saunas and heated beds. On the outside there are two warm pools with mineral water, one of which has an eclosure. There is a mineral jacuzzi outside, next to the warm pools. The door to the spa is very close to the pools, so there is no risk of catching a cold. The SPA was clean and well maintained. The restaurant food was tasty. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Oveall a great hotel and I highly recommend it for romantic vacations. It is not very kid friendly though. The pools are deep. The inside pool is 1.5m to 1.75m.
Things I did not like: The hotel is located 40 min walking distance from the city center. Only a gas station is near by if you want to buy some snacks. I did not like how our room was decorated. Although it was clean, it was very dark. Did not like the choice in color. The drain in the bathroom was almost completely clogged, so there was water everywhere. The first day, there was a family with kids which were extremely loud and although the staff made multiple warnings, they continued to act like monkeys. They even stole our robe. It was a good thing there was nothing valuable in it.

The atmosphere in the hotel is very good. It is very clean. The food was good. All the SPA services were also at a fine level.

There were renovations happening next to us with heavy machinery, the spa male manager was very rude. The two stars are for the excellent restaurant staff and the tasty food. Unfortunately won't be visiting again for sure.

It was very clean, the restaurant was nice as well as the SPA. The pools are with mineral water and good for swimming. It was very relaxing.

It is a hotel plays on the road but the windows of the rooms are watching to the backyard of the hotel where is the pool. Spa floor it’s really nice you can find three different types of sauna. A small swimming pool with hot mineral water, good for children. Breakfast and dinner really nice and tasty. I. Room was really comfortable. Really nice bed really nice bathroom and daughter was a really nice vacation.
