Booked last minute on an evening due to travel changes. The hotel is amazing! Staff are super friendly. Service is 10/10.
The deluxe room is super comfy, very good night sleep.
Breakfast was included and tasted so good!
The pool and bar area are also 10/10.
Secure parking included in the cost.

The breakfast offer at this hotel is very limited. There are only five set options available, all of which contain a large amount of bread. For guests who cannot consume gluten, this means that they cannot have a proper, satisfying breakfast. No alternative choices are provided apart from these five predefined breakfast sets. For a hotel with four stars, this is not really appropriate.
Another issue was that in the room, which was supposed to be non-smoking, there were clear signs of recent smoking.
On the positive side, the swimming pools by the hotel are excellent, and the pool bar is of good quality with a wide selection of cocktails

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Blagoevgrad. There's not much to do in the surrounding area.
The location is excellent for visiting the Rila Lakes and the monastery, both about an hour's drive away.
The hotel is a bit dated but clean. There's a nice pool with several pools (hot, cold, and mineral water). Breakfast is excellent. One breakfast was buffet-style and the other two were prepared breakfasts. Portions were generous and delicious.
The hotel restaurant is also good.
A great hotel if you want to explore the beautiful surroundings.

What a beautiful and welcoming place to stay - whether you’re on the way to Greece or just here for a weekend getaway! Perfectly located in a quiet area just outside of Blagoevgrad with gorgeous scenic views of the rooms, hotel Ezeretz offers verity of pools including mineral water one, fully equipped SPA and multiple restaurants with 5⭐️ cuisine options!
Staff is extremely professional and super friendly which makes you feel like you are a close guest of a big family! Definitely worth a visit , which will turn into a traditional stay every time you’re in the area!😍

I would not stay at this hotel again. No complimentary drinking water — you have to pay for it. Parking also costs extra, although you can park for free outside the hotel. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it smelled heavily of smoke. The hairdryer didn’t work, and the fridge made a lot of noise. There happened to be a wedding, and the noise lasted until midnight. I wanted to close the window, but the room became very stuffy because the air conditioning wasn’t working. Breakfast was not good. There was also no useful information provided in the room — the minibar and the hotel phone only had paid service ads for the restaurant and spa.

Nice hotel with a wonderful spa. Room was noisy at night. Seemed to be security guards outside our window talking and laughing until well after midnight. Road noise was a problem until after midnight. Ask for a room on the back side away from the road.

Nice, clean rooms. Service impeccable and attentive to every need while in the restaurant. Food excellent and range of choices during breakfast is large.

Awesome hotel for Bulgaria standard.
Breakfast was amazing. One of the best spa hotels I have been to.
Parking is the only limited stuff if the hotel is full.
All amenities you need are added- towels and slippers.

Very bad experience. The stuff are very disrespectful. We checked in today, and the receptionist was very rude and disrespectful. I was looking for the jacuzzi today, and it was outside.The water in the jacuzzi was very dirty. It is so...small that several people fill it up. When I called on the phone, they told me that the jacuzzi is inside. In addition, the staff for the pool are not respectful. There is no lifeguard.
