Reviews
Days per time), today was my last time that I choose that hotel .
Very nice and comfortable for relaxing vacations
This hotel is on a pedestrian sidewalk so there is no vehicle noise. The bed was so comfortable. The room was really nicely decorated.
There is a fridge in the room with water bottles and coffee and tea as well.
Lovely place to stay.
Good things:
- Nice service. The girl in reception was very kind.
- Breakfast was alright.
- Rooms were comfortable (not 4 stars though)
Reasons to never ever come back:
- Everything in the spa was closed, except swimming pool. They said the reason was corona, but there was no info about it when making the reservation. We basically payed for a spa we couldn't use.
- Breakfast was supposed to start at 8:00 and started at 8:25.
- The TV didn't work properly.
- There was a big bug on the room, and a little bug on the bathtub.
- The owner patted me on the neck. He was trying to be friendly but I don't think it's ok to touch customers like that.
When you enter the room, the air is super humid. The window sill is covered in black mold. The AC does work (after you plug it in) so in due time the humidity eases. In the bathroom the hot water takes 5 minutes to come in. And then smells like rotten eggs. I understand there are hot springs which is fine for the spa but not something you want to shower with...
And then there are the little things. The dirty carpet, no sheets over the box spring which has gotten dirty with use and looks disgusting. No switch to turn off the night lights anywhere near the bed. No partition in bathroom so when taking a shower the whole bathroom gets wet. The anemic towels...
The building does look great on the outside but inside it had a distinctly unfinished and awkward feel.
Indeed, the sulfur water has a weird smell, which is naturally biologically expected and those who complain clearly had no idea. Yet it is truly healthy and the i fo and warnings of it are posted everywhere. People should simply do some reading before booking.
The restaurant menu is a bit short but it is understandable since they just opened and its covid19 dead turism period.
Good for families with kids and babies.
p.s. The delux room is lovely, I think best deal for space-price-bath (ours had a djakuzi which we used only as bath due to technical disruption.
Also the apartments are nice too. Single, basic rooms arent worth it IMO. Has many relax areas and conference room plus place for kids. A proper 4 star hotel.
I couldn't believe when I met with the wonder of this hotel - “THE SULFUR WATER”, it was all over the place and was a permanent flavor attendant. It is really unbelievable how this could be tolerated so many years, oh, yes I remember, here comes this strange feeeeeling of..c...uption! It is free, why not to be used for the everyday uses of the motel and attract more guests with this wonder.
The room was also a disaster, no normal windows, it was like basement, noisy and smelly. The furniture was gathered from different places, stains all over them, really a motel with 1 Moon quality feeling and cleanliness. The paintings on the walls also didn't changed my 1 Moon motel feeling.
The Spa was absolutely absent, everything was closed, another paradox in this „SPA“ motel, maybe it was for good, I can imagine how much trouble this has saved us.
Please, do read and believe in the reviews, which explain everything as it is, they are mainly with one to three stars.
The only positive thing about this „Motelito“ is the central location, that's all folks.
, not a standart one. Those are old rooms just for people with "budgets"?!!"
After a long conversation with him that he Don't have any rights to classify people's by the rooms which they've booked, he told to the receptionist - Show her the other rooms and you CAN turn on the SPA from 6 to 8 pm?!! The previous 2 days they've TOLD me that the SPA is NOT WORKING. And I was like wtfv? I have paid for a standard room with spa package included and that was the first time when someone is telling me when I will be able to go and only in specific hours, when he allows? There were also 2 other couples whim had the same experience. However after the "allowed" hours for Spa, I've asked for a new towels and They've told me that I had to PAY for a new.. I was in shock since I didn't receive any new one from the arrival till then? Ok then I went to the Spa and you can see the pictures attached - THIS IS THE SPA centre of this 4 star Hotel. I had a chance to speak with some of the hired people in this hotel and they told me - "Aww this is a procedure and it is normal to cut off whatever they can, this is been like that ever since they make it a hotel place. They are not telling us when to expect guests and we does not know which room to clean sometimes and everything comes in a hurry, and they are in very disaster look. Even one of the Vip room smells like garbage, because it is build on the top of the Central bath (they all start to laugh). We are not guilty but the boss will make us responsible for everything and he cuts off from our salaries. We have get used to it. He is part of the city committee and he had paid for the place and for the starts. The only new furniture are shown in the hallways and in a few rooms from the pictures. The beds are old too (laugh again) . All of the rooms are with mold but HE DOESN'T WANT TO MAKE any recovers and just keep whatever money he can for himself. He is not afraid what are the reviews, since he know that he can go - pay a little extra and again his name it will be cleared ".
Also The water is cold you should wait 30 min for a hot one and all of the water in the hotel is Mineral one and i smells of it. Probably they use it for free from the central citizens bath, below the hotel. The rooms are worst than a rooms from a motels near by the airports. For any extra you should pay. The spa is Not maintained for years. And to go there you should change your clothes in a dress room. All of the rooms are not with good noise isolation and since you are in a hotel at the central park, you can hear all of the homeless people whom are drinking outside till the morning. The cable tv is not working well to, so don't think that you can put some music channel to ignore the screams outside. Soo think and read carefully the reviews. ALL of them are true.
