Clean, pleasant, individual treatment, extremely kind and pleasant people. We had left the grandmother with the baby there, I just can't express how grateful we are for everything they did for us

The hotel was perfect for the price I was offered. The pool is a great addition to it. Nice location, little loud for my taste, due to my room was above the street, but the village itself gets quiet not so late at night

Affordable & placed in close proximity to the centre hotel. I liked the garden, very green and cosy outside area. No parking, free parking lots on the street close to the hotel

This is a truly wonderful hotel in a truly wonderful place. The staff speaks perfect English. The rooms were beautiful (ac, wifi, pool etc.). I really loved my time at Hotel Chernomorets.

Every day towels were changed, bins were cleaned and the room was kept level. The food in the restaurant was delicious and always on time

In the so-called Laguna Hotel Restaurant-Pub, a little while ago they explained to me that I would have to wait 20-25 minutes for a tripe soup from the lunch menu, because there were 2 groups in front of me

There is a big enough pool with shezlongs and umbrellas. Nice restaurant with reasonable prices and nice personal. The only bad thing is the Wi-Fi. It is free, but you are losing it all the time and the speed is awful

No a bad place :) The room wasn't big, but it was comfortable enough, good bathroom and a terrace with a table and two chairs. There was a TV, fridge and a climatic

Went to look but wasn't open ,so we'll see when we go for our few days,been now location not too bad,very quite didn't go to beach as hilly , food was ok for what it was ,but no pudding unless you paid as we were HB fixed menu no choices unless you paid ,but overall restful, basic and simple, staff went out of there way to sort any problems out

There is pool with sun beds , if you feel like not going to the beach, which is so convenient, if you want to relax with book and a drink just 1 minute from your own bungalow

You can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner with a stunning view from the Panorama restaurant that is part of the Panorama bungalows. The staff is very friendly, the food is just delicious at normal prices

From the service to the delicious food there is nothing more you can ask for. The prices are moderate, but the portions are more than enough so this is a place with a great price/quality ratio

The preparation of the meals is exceptionally well-done and the products have a really good quality. The staff of the restaurant is incredibly kind and quickly responsive to the clients

In the morning you can enjoy the traditional mekitsa with white cheese or jam, for lunch you can enjoy different choices from the lunch menu or anything from the menu of the restaurant

Very good place to spend your summer. Very clean, great gardens and swimming pools. The beach is next to the hotel. It's great for family vacation. There is a supermarket too so you can buy what you need.

Nice place for family vacation. The personal is mostly friendly. The beach is too small though and is not part of the complex, but the pools are great

There are mainly Russian tourist and families Germans and British, are seen too

If you plan to cook, you should bring your own pot/pan and knives (they will give you plates/spoons/forks upon request). Sheets and towels were clean and in good condition

With that said I also have to say the rooms were very nice, new furniture, perfect bathroom (in BG it is hard to find a decent bathroom anywhere), friendly staff, great pool, quiet, great breakfast bar

Location is quiet and 5 minute walk from the beach. Rooms however require some more maintenance and cleaning (one of shower doors was not working, kitchen sink was dripping)

I actually think it fall short of the category and price. For the 4 days we were there, no one came to clean the room or make the beds. There was no hair dryer at the room or available in the reception

Nice location, close to the beach. Some small disadvantages like noisy fridge, average service and food and construction work just opposite side. But overall it was a nice place.

The restaurant only offers buffet. The beach is quite a walk a way through a wild path with no ilumination

We also arrived early but still were let in our rooms. There is a spacious, private parking and a nice and clean pool with sunbeds to use

The hotel itself is very close to the beach and very, very well equiped, with large private parking (which otherwise seems to be an issue at Gradina), very nice swimming pool and supermarket right in front

There is a pool, which we didn't use, due to wanting to go to the beach. There is ample, secure, parking at the back of the building. It is very close to the main road, but I didn't notice too much noise

From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the lady owner. She was absolutely polite and nice, kept asking if we need anything else and we were not rushed at all to leave our rooms in the end

The beach is no more than 5 minutes walking distance but the closest shop is about 10 minutes away. It is definately a place we would visit again, prices are quite alright compared to everywhere else

The rooms were clean and tidy, spacious with everything you need for your stay, there was also a balcony for each room with table and chairs. There is a sea view from some of the rooms

This place has the perfect location - right next to camping Gradina and it is also close to Sozopol

The only point is that it's not exactly at a walking distance to city centre, so to find a restaurant you may need to pick the car. The beach is correct to swim and sunbathing, but no sand for kids to play with

It was a wonderful experience that we had in villa Bizantium. We had a New Year's eve dinner. The atmosphere in the hottel'is very cozy and nice. Our apartmenet was with a beautiful view to the sea

We had a great vacation. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they greeted us and helped us with the luggage. The senior housemaid understood our needs perfectly and cleaned flawlessly. Would absolutely recommend!!

We have rented a two bedroom apartment there from Evelina. It was really nice, comfortable, with all small thing that you might need during your stay available

Hi! I was ar the village today and i had a blast! The service was great and it was really big! There were several pools as well as stores

The location of the apartment is great, close to pools and supermarket. Comfortable beds, big terrace

The biggest downside is the parking spots - they are outside the fenced areas, they are small, on a steep road with little sign that this is an actual parking spot, other than a locking bracket, which you need to lock and unlock every time you leave the spot

When we entered through the rear gate we saw a swimming pool with green water and a sand pit playground with grass growing in it

There are not enough stars for this hotel! Ten for interior design, for details, for breakfast, for hospitality, for pool. We visited them for third time. Highly recommended!!

We had a parking slot but it is recommended to ask before getting there. Very clean, nice rooms with great view. 7 minutes to the beach but a long trail o stairs to get there and back again

Villi Sozopol is a place with beautiful view at the sea and great location in Old city Sozopol. There is nice swimming pool in the center of villi Sozopol. The cleaning service is very kind and worked very smoothly

A little gem hidden up the back streets of old town Sozopol. The hotel is fairly cheap and is amazing value for money. The rooms are large, clean and in our case a little dated, but great for the price we paid

The rooms are very clean and have great airconditioning. But then, the costumer service: just perfect. The hosts are the sweetest, always offering a coffee, welcoming us 2 hours prior to check-in time

The neighborhood is a tad out of the way but within 10 minutes of old town and new town. and has some nice breakfast and lunch eateries right next to it. There are some kids selling lemonade, too

A quiet pool area to swim and sunbathe in the shadow of the plants. We liked the room too (the 3rd floor) with a balcony to sit out to enjoy your drinks and the view.

The two barmen at the lobby and pool bar were asking for tips everytime you wanted to get something even if you have all inclusive and many times we had to wait a lot until the barman smokes his cigarette and comes to give us a cup of water

One of the receptionists was polite (Asya) and also one of the bellhops. Beach towels are provided upon deposit. The rooms are clean and if you book sea view, it is nice
