Santa Marina Holiday Village

Amazing place with lots of green areas, a lot of great pools and amazing views. Some parking places are very risky in high season due to inclination - I assume most of the cars will be dented by others. Also, some areas are neglected and it starts to show - it is sad to see unusable parks and cracked terrains.
The inside of the complex is in good shape and they also have transportation.

We absolutely loved the overall aesthetics of the village, including the beautiful alleyways, the lush vegetation, and the wonderful pools. Our room had an amazing terrace with a gorgeous view of the sea.
I know some guests mentioned the long distances to walk from one place to another within the village, but we liked it.
The old town of Sozopol is literally 15 minutes away on foot from the Viva Mare restaurant in the southern part of the village. In the northern part, there are public beaches, which are great.
Other things worth mentioning are Arkutino Beach, which is about a 10-minute drive away, and the Ravadinovo Castle.

Nice hotel big and good pools the room was nice. But there were a lot of climbing up and going down which tired me. But overall it was very nice

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Santa Marina Beach Holiday Resort, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! The staff did an excellent job of maintaining the room, ensuring it was always tidy and welcoming.
The service at this resort is excelent. From the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was professional, courteous, and eager to assist with any request. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. The concierge was very knowledgeable and provided great recommendations for local attractions and activities. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay, which made the experience even more special.
One of the highlights of our stay was the friendliness of the staff and other guests. The resort has a warm and inviting atmosphere, and it was easy to strike up conversations with fellow travelers. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home, often remembering our names and preferences. Whether it was the bartenders at the pool bar, the waiters in the restaurant, or the activities coordinators, everyone was approachable and made us feel like part of the Santa Marina family.

The complex is very well made. We attended a wedding there. The houses are too expensive and the ones situated on ground floors smell of mold sunk in the walls. Mold is quite harmful for the human body to breathe in, so I recommend that they change the pricing drastically, so that it corresponds to the service offered or at least take care of the unpleasant room smell.

Loved the atmosphere, great studios with everything you need and great service! Private beach is one of the best in Sozopol, and they have access with a glass elevator to others.

Our favourite place on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast - visited a couple of times and always happy with the standard of service!
