Overall płace is nice but quite old. Cery good location, nice pool for adults And kids. Very limited amount of sun beds, beach not maintenaned. Rooms from PM Group in bad condition, good restaurant. Overall Yes, but Not with PM Group!

Great resort! Best time for family of all ages. When you're hungry from all the lounging on the black sea, go into the restaurants in the resort, it never disappoints! Very light and very delicious!!

Everything's great! Near to the sea, great pool and rooms on great standard!

Great place for rest and family holiday. Quiet and great views

Great place for a summer vacation! We were accommodated in a spacious two bedroom apartment, fully equipped with everything you need! Daily cleaning. The beach (East beach St. Vlas) is a minute away. The new beach is 3 minutes, the central - 10 minutes. Swimming pool and restaurant Cactus in the complex. The internet is good. I would visit again, I recommend! The view from the terrace was amazing ...

Booked one of the Mars Apartments within the complex. Secured the booking nearly a year ago and the whole process was dealt with directly with Mitko, an English speaking employee. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment that had a lovely sea and pool view. We were on the 2nd floor which was perfect for a view and just one staircase down to the pool. This is my second vacation in Etara 3 and I am sure we will come back again. The building is situated about 450 meters away from the sea, so we were not disturbed by loud music of the beachlife. The appartment was cosy and quiet, there was a swimming pool in the yard. The closest restaurant was just 200 m away. This is ideal place for the family vacation.

We are satisfied with the conditions in and around the complex, clean, tidy, nice view from the terrace to the sea. The pool is medium in size, there are not many people usually around it. The visitors are mostly Russians.

The hotel looks beautiful, made, in some way, in the style of old Bulgarian houses. The apartments themselves had one bedroom and a studio kitchen. Accommodation can be enough for 4 adults with a head. Unfortunately, the furniture in the room itself has already survived. The kitchen looks even more or less, but the bathroom and plumbing in it need to be replaced. They look unclean, unpleasant. The...
