There is a fitness club on the territory of Elenite Villas. The only thing that complained by other guests - is the fact that you can't wait for the bodice for those who lived on the upper floors

Very nice hotel, especially if You are vacationing with children. It is included along with the neighbouring hotels in the same group, allowing guests to enjoy the many services and other hotels

Great time with family! We just back yesterday. We had room with beautiful view on mountains and sea (7 level). Amazing food - A lot of different dishes on breakfast, luch and dinner

Had no problems with the change of bed linen and towels. Elevators with a slight delay worked, but it is a trifle. If anyone wants the sea to go on holiday, let no doubt. For children every day animators worked

Maintenance and cleanliness lacking. Food was eatable, but drinks are low quality and there's no option to pay for something better. It's not as bad as some reviews imply, but don't go there with high expectations.

Well, First to start is it a 5star hotel, but I'll give 4 because: - gym and spa center was charged (despite that initially in the offer was included in all-inclusive - I can comment on hygiene - Cutlery and crockery wasn't washed properly Otherwise - food and staff were amazing

Beautiful location right on the sandy beach with stunning sea views.Hotel with clean well-maintained rooms in decent comfort (TV,air conditioning, full comfort), the food in the inclusive But varied and tasty. RECOMMEND!

Reseptionists and porters are very helpful and respects all the guests. Beach and swimming pool are absolutely not for five star hotel. The worse experience is the communication with the staff in the restaurant and bars

The second year we stayed in this hotel in September. Great place! It is protected from the autumn winds from the North mountain, so the whole of September it is warm, warmer than the next, in Sunny Beach

This hotel is suitable for families with children. Beautiful beach, wonderful smooth entry into the sea

Sweet lovers should be content also. I am fond of coffee and i must say i liked local coffee so much ,only shame coffee is available on breakfasts. If you get sleepy after lunch you are hamstrung

Instant coffee from Lobby Bar does not count. Hotel stuff is neat and smiling yet they lack more advanced english skills. those might be useful and it could leverage customer experience

but one must take life is as it is. hotel Beach is beautiful, comfort ,sea itself wonderfull. Looking forward to seeing you next season. We recommend this hotel to anyone

We had reserved a specific hotel room that wasn't available so they gifted us an extra room and champagne with fruits. The beach is right in front which would probably be the main reason someone would pick the hotel

It is one of the best hotels on the sea side. Right next to the sea, great rooms and absolutely amazing entertainment and food. I'd repeat there 💯

Hotel is OK, clean, rooms are spatious ,room service every day. lot of food practically anytime you want,quality of food is high standard: lot of vegetable, fruit ,fish ,chicken and pork

A big screen tv in the middle of the room, you can turn it in every direction, a sofa, a large matrimonial bad, impresive badroom (partialy open, so you can stay in the bath AND see the tv; but the toilet seat and the shower are with doors), one big table, 3 little tables, some chairs, large enough closet to put clothes for 1-2 weeks, minibar, a machine to make coffee (with free coffee)

Didnt like: a person at reception (only one, a girl without maners) who thought she's the military police; the car acces not respect the google maps indications; the windows are dangerous if you keep it opened: you can fall cause they are really low

Inside: a non conformist view, large spaces, modern design but imitating real royal castles in an atractive way, of corse some kitchs here and there but not enough to be anoying or disturbing

Very nice hotel (some dusting needed in some places) The room was very big and clean. Beautiful view of the sea from our room. Very good food every day. The spa was incredible👍

This is what a five star hotel should look like and be. Excellent rooms, excellent food, attentive staff. Tennis court, large indoor swimming pool, spa center, etc.

Local drinks,both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Soft drinks resembled a concentrated Kool-aid. About alcohol-if a solid chemistry. Since we don't drink,not particularly upset because of the poor quality alcohol

At check issued bonuses-visit local restaurants. We were in Bulgarian and Italian. Nothing to do with these kitchens were not. On site there is a swimming pool with two bowls under the open sky

There are free Buffetti-trailers with drinks,hot dogs,popcorn,a confectionery and ice cream. everything is free until 16:00. The area is refined,very beautiful

This hotel provides great location the stuff always smiles and is friendly great kitchen.The hotel manager is very kind and polite person.Really nice location to stay.

Visible will be miserable mount,ventilation down the boxes from under products. One broken Elevator to wait for the lift-faster to walk up or down the most. I suggest a trip to the fair of fur and leather

Clean rooms, friendly staff. We were welcomed with mineral water, chocolate cake and a lot of fruits. Special thanks to Mrs. Mariana Koleva for warm welcoming. It is good to have more employees like her.

Delicious cuisine and a clean restaurant, the chef is simply cool. We have been to very expensive and famous hotel chains, so this small, incredibly cozy, quiet little hotel is 100% worthy of attention

A very nice hotel by the sea, the best, clean beach along the coastline. The hotel manager - a young guy Krasimir is simply incredible, all issues were resolved very quickly and positively

Is a big plus that my room was cleaned almost every day and also i had my towels and the bed sheets changed. The food is having a great taste and it's very fresh too. Never happened to feel bad after i ate

The hotel is like just 50 m from the beach,very very close. It s not a big beach but it s a nice one,also you have a FREE zone for towels and umbrella

If is posiblle to arrange the sun beds with a litlle bit more distance between of them for more privacy and introducing a litlle bit more varietty for food and for the enterteinment

Cleaning every day, towels are also changed every day. The only downside is the coffee! 🙈 But you can live with it. I recommend it to everyone! ! Thanks to the hotel for the holiday! 🇧🇬🌺🏝

Clean rooms , excellent staff and an amazing view of the Black Sea! The food is magnificent and the pools are clean and maintained.

Couldn't be closer to the sea, lovely rooms, comfy beds, soft pillows, lots of bars, fizzy water "on tap" 2 pools, all day ice-cream. Fizzy wine (champagne) is a bit sweet for my taste and not reliably chilled

Spirits and cocktails, a bit hit and miss ?. Some staff are a bit tired (September is the end of the season) but others like Natalie (Nataliya) on reception and Kiril at the beach bar are still happy to serve

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the piccolo Stoyan was very nice and responsive. However, the staff near the main pool is amazing. The bartender Pavel is a nice and funny guy, always gives the best drinks

Our biggest thanks goes to the animation team, they made our vacation unforgettable always being there for us and our kids, nevertheless the hotel doesn’t have much entertainment facilities they always manage to come up with something creative and fun to do especially their dance show with boys and girls from Cuba on Saturday! Food was amazing, staff always made sure all food is fresh and upon speaking with the chef, he explained they prefer quality over quantity when it comes to food, so they don’t use any preservatives and always make sure they take their food from proven sources (there was still plenty of choice)

Generally cant find any fault with all staff , even managed to get a smile out of the security guard on the front gate one day 😉👍 As it is a new ultra all inclusive hotel your always gonna get a few teething problems , not alot but a few

Only other issue for me was the buffet restaurant and all day snack bar , and although you have a great choice for all tastes , the hot food was rarely hot , just warm , so I would look at that before next season starts

Other than above we had a great holiday in a beautiful new hotel with some amazing food in the al carte and buffet restaurants , even allowing for above comments. Thank you & and well done so far

But I would recommend looking at your choice of drinks. Yes you do have all the big brand top shelf spirits , but some of us don't really do the top shelf etc

I understand it was towards the end of season when I was there , so maybe when hotel has more guests the food turn around would probably solve that , or just cook to order ,I wouldn't mind the wait , especially as it was quite when we went

Lastly, as there is no bus stop near by and taxis to Nessebar or sunny beach can be pricey ,if your going shopping, sight seeing etc. perhaps a shuttle bus twice a day would be great, even at a small charge

The hotel is focused on fitness, which explored all the free space, which is why there is no children's playground. allinclusive food during the day could be better available, only drinks at the pool bar

Great hotel, great staff, great rooms. Incredible gym and pool area and few meters away from the beach. Everything is perfect except the food if you are on block table. The food from Rose restaurant is very good

Worse then any other hotel I have been - Around the sunbeds outside( not the ones near the pool, but the ones near the sea) is full of ants and some tiny flies that bite us all the time and now ,few days later i'm still covered in very itchy pimples on the legs and hands

Rooms were great, the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were great and warm, very good SPA zone and awesome breakfast. Great location on the first line and near the supermarket (Mercury)

I really liked the free sunbeds near the beach. But there is still room for improvement: - As many other pointed out, the WiFi in the room was terrible

The food is delicious, we visited only the Italian restaurant ( reservations must be made on arrival, free of charge) Entertainment team was doing it's job and invited to do different activities to cheer up public

The hotel is amazing! The rooms are spacious with everything you need. Everything is clean and the resort offers plenty of amazing activities. There are multiple events throughout the day with awesome animators

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. We visited Bulgaria for the first time and were not disappointed. The hotel has a large beautiful area. The water in the pools is warm

It is a great place for a family. We rested there late in August 2021. Entertainment, sport activities, animators for kids, the own beach. The food is various and tasty

Good staff, good food ( every day similar, but tasty and enough) Close to the beach ( 5 minutes walking distance), next to supermarket shop 2 swimming pools Actually you are more in "SAINT VLAS" area, than in "SUNNY BEACH"

Liked The food was good but the soft drinks and the coffee were bellow expectations. The reception staff was friendly. we had a room facing the indoor pool. Disliked AC was blocked at 24 degrees and was kind of useless

I was in this hotel in September 2022. Very tasty food, clean rooms, animators played with children, friendly stuff, especially bartender Shevi makes delicious cocktails. Hotel is located in 5 minutes to the sea

We were here for a short trip in Sunny Beach. I am glad that we finally choose this hotel, instead a 4 or 5 star hotel. Here, the staff is awesome, friendly, the rooms are very clean

The place is very nice especially considering the 3 stars. The food is good and the service is very good. The one thing which was a little bit bothering is the parking

We always had somewhere to eat as they provide a late breakfast and evenings when we had pizza before dinner which was amazing. The all inclusive menu had everything that we could imagine and more

They even have their own part of the beach right in front of the hotel where you can find a lot of sunbeds. We recommend Helena Park to all of those who want to have an unforgettable experience in the Sunny Beach area!

Room's are clear, but outdoor hallway nobody cleaning and lot of workers here don't speak English and they have very small parking. Water in pool is cold, but beach is very close, so go and swim in sea

The downside was the parking lot, which is crowded and cannot support the number of guests they have. The food variety is wider than other locations in the same price range

I was a little kid, and we just love it, beer is tasty, the Breakfast varied. The only negative is the weather, but the hotel is not to blame.

The area is away from the noise of the main strip but is easy to get too. With lots of restaurants to choose from and all at a good price

For example we ate in a Chinese for 7 people with drinks the total bill at the end was £70

Note-if you are in the room there is a double bedroom and raghavam chair,which was disgustingly to sleep. The staff are courteous and polite. The hotel has a small outdoor pool which was priatnoe to swim

Sometimes because of the traffic the transport can last up to a half a our. If you have all inclusive, there is nothing on the beach for you. The distance from the hotel to a public beach is around 1 km

We had a fantastic holiday here. The staff, buffet, pools, activities, entertainment, bar. Those people seem to believe the resort is located in Monaco and set their prices thereafter. Everything else was fantastic

My 3 year old loved every moment of it. The private beech was OK, but we prefer the public beach in Sunny Beach

There is a direct alley from the hotel to the main street that you have to cross and walk a bit to the beach - the beach shuttle does not have AC - a very terrible experience when it's hot and the bus is full - the drinks - like all inclusive - not very good but drinkable I do reccomend to stay here because the resort's good value for money, the landscaping, the food and the chill vibes

Expected so much more from here. Cold food in the snack bar which was covered in feasting wasps. Not a smile from any of the staff! As we went nearing the end of the season, we felt like we were in the way

The hotel attracts with a large number of cozy and clean rooms. Clean thoroughly and promptly. I personally have no complaints at all.

Stated as five stars, but it is clearly Bulgarian. In fact, there is a solid four. The hotel itself is beautiful. The pool is spacious, through the promenade of the sea

Reminds me of Cesar Palace in Vegas. Not a style that I would like to see at sea location. Original interior, but not for me. Pool is basically outside and is over shadowed by the building. No way I am ever staying here

Overall, dirty! The food is good, but the tablecloth and the dishes are disgusting! The tablecloths were often dirty! Bad noise isolation in the rooms are Smoking, and not just on the balcony

Appearance gorgeous, but for a 5 star hotel a lot of minuses-the rooms, the corridors have not seen the repair. Linen and towels are changed rarely, the rooms are also clean rarely

Staff on the restaurant took a long time to get our drinks and sometimes we were on our main course by the time we received our drinks. Some staff were seen on their phones during dinner

Overall, we had a great stay here. However, the lack of entertainment & poor drinks selection would probably put us off coming back. The Good SERVICE 5/5 - the hotel has (mostly) chosen a really great team

Always very friendly & efficient. LOCATION 5/5 - the hotel is on the beach FOOD 4/5 - lots of choice, tasty, a little repetitive ROOMS 3/5 - A little dated, more 3-star quality, but acceptable

POOL AREA - 4/5 - it's enormous, you'll always get a sun lounger. The pool was chilly though! The (Not so) Good DRINKS 2/5 - both beers were dreadful, the wines were undrinkable

No Bottled drinks, except beer in the Asian restaurant. After 2 days out of a 15 day stay, we drank in bars along the beach or went to the Carrafour supermarket in front of the hotel and drank on our balcony

If they had more drinks choices (draft & bottled beers, cider, ale or stout) & evening entertainment, I'd consider booking again for next year

The beach is clean,very comfortable entrance to the sea with children. We live in room 602, with a slice of sea view. The hotel is quiet autumn, a Wake up service. Wifi works perfectly in the room

Near bus stop (2 minutes) and a good supermarket. Room cleaned daily, very clean. The air conditioning in the room works. The hotel has its own pool with free sunbeds for residents

This is the place to have any meal! Breakfast, lunch and dinner! A relatively small menu list literally means that a) everything's fresh, b) the chefs know their menu and c) you're gonna have a great time! The waiters are super polite and on time too! Make sure you have a reservation for the evenings too

This Hotel is lovely, prime location for beach, shops, bars & restaurants. We were in room 12A, beautiful room with a view that was gorgeous. Facilities in hotel were good, staff all friendly and helpful

Location was good for the beach but abit of a walk for the main bars ie: Flower street etc. Staff inc' cleaning staff are hard working and friendly

The biggest minuses for us were lack of parking spaces(not enough) and we had to park on a private parking which ment extra cost for us and the second incovenient were the free sun beds offered by the hotel on the beach for every room, the first 4-5 rows were already occupied with towels since the past evening altough it was against the hotel rules but nobody cared and of course we didn't got to use...
