Great time with family! We just back yesterday. We had room with beautiful view on mountains and sea (7 level). Amazing food - A lot of different dishes on breakfast, luch and dinner

service is very good, rooms are very nice, food has good variation, some rocks on the beach and in the water

Hello,so i wanted to tell,that your hotel is pretty good. Because the apartment is very nice,even apartment is having a TV! Every day nice woman cleaning the apartment

Had no problems with the change of bed linen and towels. Elevators with a slight delay worked, but it is a trifle. If anyone wants the sea to go on holiday, let no doubt. For children every day animators worked

There is a fitness club on the territory of Elenite Villas. The only thing that complained by other guests - is the fact that you can't wait for the bodice for those who lived on the upper floors

The Windows looked out on the sea, the noise of the rolling waves - it's better than the hum of passing cars, as it was sometimes of other journeys

I say it’s clean and tidy because the staff are constantly cleaning up after guests, why people cant use one of the many bins provided is anyone’s guess. Housekeeping is great, fresh towels when asked, water refilled ect

Don’t expect a kettle in the room but on each floor and plenty dotted around you will find water dispensers with hot and cold water from big bottles so if you bring tea or coffee also bring mugs, there are also coffee machines in the bars and restaurants with small paper cups

There are plenty of choices for food, not all were to our tastes but plenty of different dishes so finding something wasn’t an issue, they do use a lot of salt in the cooking and they don’t eat food pipping hot, it’s a culture thing

The location of this hotel is awesome, right next to the beach with tall hills on the other side. Pretty building all around, there is a supermarket directly behind the hotel but check the dates on perishable items

Always a different main dish each day plus something pasta, something rice, something potato, we even had a hog roast. Salad for every meal and plenty of breakfast choices including pancakes cooked on the griddle

Don’t forget it is a tipping culture so leave a tip daily, don’t wait until the end of your stay to tip, the person sorting your room daily may not be the same person who changes the room for the next guest

This is what a five star hotel should look like and be. Excellent rooms, excellent food, attentive staff. Tennis court, large indoor swimming pool, spa center, etc.

A big screen tv in the middle of the room, you can turn it in every direction, a sofa, a large matrimonial bad, impresive badroom (partialy open, so you can stay in the bath AND see the tv; but the toilet seat and the shower are with doors), one big table, 3 little tables, some chairs, large enough closet to put clothes for 1-2 weeks, minibar, a machine to make coffee (with free coffee)

Didnt like: a person at reception (only one, a girl without maners) who thought she's the military police; the car acces not respect the google maps indications; the windows are dangerous if you keep it opened: you can fall cause they are really low

Inside: a non conformist view, large spaces, modern design but imitating real royal castles in an atractive way, of corse some kitchs here and there but not enough to be anoying or disturbing

Very nice hotel (some dusting needed in some places) The room was very big and clean. Beautiful view of the sea from our room. Very good food every day. The spa was incredible👍

Great beach and the place is really calm with many green areas. The aqua park is really fun and near. The villas needs renovation and the parking is really far

You need to call someone to drive you with golf cart or walk for around 20 minutes

Clean rooms, friendly staff. We were welcomed with mineral water, chocolate cake and a lot of fruits. Special thanks to Mrs. Mariana Koleva for warm welcoming. It is good to have more employees like her.

This hotel provides great location the stuff always smiles and is friendly great kitchen.The hotel manager is very kind and polite person.Really nice location to stay.

The only need in the morning,before Breakfast,to book yourself a sunbed (towel throw), otherwise near our hotel booked and will have to go look all over the beach. The best time for booking at 9 am

At check issued bonuses-visit local restaurants. We were in Bulgarian and Italian. Nothing to do with these kitchens were not. On site there is a swimming pool with two bowls under the open sky

On-site water Park but the water is very chlorinated and cold. Some Attractions in the water Park threat. There are also free and paid rides. Every day there are animation and children's disco

A huge plus is that the hotel is part of the club 6-7 hotels and they have a huge covered area, which has its own water Park, lots of bars, eateries, ice cream and everything is free

The pools are always kept to a very clean standard, there is 3 different sizes to cater for all ages including water slides

Big hotel with lots of content for kids (kids pools, water slides, playgrounds etc. ) Young staff, willing to help as much as they can, but only receptionists speak English well

There is also on site : Doctor Shop spa (I would recommend the electric massage) Restaurant Pool bar Plenty of games and activities for all ages incl. adults Also the beach is 1 minute walk out of the bottom gate

We are a family of SIX visiting for the second time, (as big family’s will know we do struggle to find hotel rooms big enough to cater for us) the rooms available for big family’s do not disappoint

All rooms are supplied with a washer which really helps when having children

All in all, we had a lovely time, and our kid really enjoyed every day's activities, especially disco for kids with hotel's animators. The hotel definitely needs improvement but i still recommend it

They even have their own part of the beach right in front of the hotel where you can find a lot of sunbeds. We recommend Helena Park to all of those who want to have an unforgettable experience in the Sunny Beach area!

We always had somewhere to eat as they provide a late breakfast and evenings when we had pizza before dinner which was amazing. The all inclusive menu had everything that we could imagine and more

We had the best time at Helena Park Hotel when we traveled to Bulgaria! Everything was great from the food, rooms, room service, cleaning team, entertaining team and staff

The pools are very nice and you can find enough sunbeds and umbrellas. 5 km from its beach which is far at 30 degrees C, and the beach is whit many rocks. It is hard to get in and out the water and is small

We had a fantastic holiday here. The staff, buffet, pools, activities, entertainment, bar. Those people seem to believe the resort is located in Monaco and set their prices thereafter. Everything else was fantastic

My 3 year old loved every moment of it. The private beech was OK, but we prefer the public beach in Sunny Beach

Expected so much more from here. Cold food in the snack bar which was covered in feasting wasps. Not a smile from any of the staff! As we went nearing the end of the season, we felt like we were in the way

There is a game room, mini golf, lots of pools, an aquapark for the bigger and smaller ones, a bar, a restaurant, if you are going here you will have the time of your life!

Plenty of sunbeds are available around the pools. Short walk to the beach front and local attractions (very cheap to eat out if you fancy a change)

The hotel also has a good DJ, as well as the chef who makes delicious burgers!, Ground floor shop, Billiards, and pool bar!Umbrellas and sunbeds can also be taken at Ultra all inclusive or directly on the beach,At the pool beds and sunbeds for everyone!The rooms are cleaned every day, it is a hotel for all ages! Reminds me of Cesar Palace in Vegas. Not a style that I would like to see at sea location. Original interior, but not for me. Pool is basically outside and is over shadowed by the building. No way I am ever staying here

The hotel attracts with a large number of cozy and clean rooms. Clean thoroughly and promptly. I personally have no complaints at all.

Lovely place. Buffet is delicious. Beds could be a little a softer yet, staff is very helpful and welcoming.

Perfect location 50 meters from the sea, friendly employees, music, water gymnastics, massage, gorgeous sea view, delicious traditional Bulgarian food !! Piano music is played in the evening

Spacious apartment, clean, nice, 3balconies, salt water in swimming pool, fine staff.only one problem was with air conditions, only one from three worked.

Great place to stay clean apartments good location the beach is a short walk there is a bus stop outside the gates where you can get a bus into town and all the tours seem to go from there as well the pool area gets the sun for most of the day there are shops open 24 hours at the front of the apartments so even if you turn up at 2 in the morning like we did you can still get some basics take your own...

Fair, clean, family friendly hotel. With our promo prices spend there one week. Parking for free, pool, bar by the pool. I didn't like the payment option

About a 5-10 minute walk from the beach and as such relatively quiet which suited us! The free buses to both waterparks go from right outside, as does the bus into the centre of Sunny Beach

The reception staff are super helpful and smiley, the room was nice and spacious with a large balcony facing the pool

You can find what you need in the rooms mainly, always hot water and clean kitchen stuff. The people in reception are professional but also friendly. Just 5-10 mins walking to beach but also great swimming pool

Fabulous hotel, very clean!! Pool fantastic especially with the slides! Reception staff very helpful and friendly! We came with 4 adults and 3 children aged 12 , 8, 6 and we would 100% return! Bus stop

The pool had no hand rail so I couldn't get on it a I'm disabled, disappointing as it was so sunny I needed to cool off, ended up using the baby pool with assistance

People were down at 6 am reserving sun beds which was a pain. The restaurant staff needed lessons in customer service. Otherwise we had a good time, the apartments were spacious & clean

Love this hotel, staff are helpful and friendly and the cleaners are great, been going for 9 years and again this year. Pool has slides and there is 2 small play parks.

Very clean hotel, fantastic water park for the kids and entertainment in the evening for them. Food is really good quality and you always find something you fancy

Pour yourself beer taps in snack bar and premium restaurant. Pool beach side is nice and quiet. I would definitely go there again

The premium rooms are really close to the beach, where we could have beers and soft drinks and the resort is really well located. In other words, if you organise a big trip with a group of friends, it is worth coming

I think that coming with 50 other people from Budapest helped because they treated us as special guest, they gave us a free champagne bottle on our last day and let us host a small party in a reserved area

I spent 4 days in this resort late September and I really had a great time

It was extremely positive that we were able to check in and occupy the room by 11 am. An advice to make the experience even better: the bottom of the pools could be a bit cleaner

The outdoor pool is a bit cold in September, but the indoor pool is still hot and there is a sauna. The beach is about 3 minutes away, right next to the strip

The meals are as varied as possible, snack bar during the day plus breakfast, lunch and dinner. Surprisingly good quality of everything, sometimes the meat was raw though

I loved that they have a library with a lot of books from where we can choose what to read. Was very close to beach, close to stores and we had a lot of activities to do

Privacy is respected and service is excellent. The pool is wonderful and the pool loungers are delightful. The pool bar is a vibe and the barman is friendly and knows his trade well

Service is excellent, their manager is very friendly and the restaurant is probably the best we've tried in Bulgaria - absolutely awesome! My husband has 30+ allergies and going to restaurants is never easy

We booked the Sea View Standard Room which had breathtaking views of the beach. The rooms are clean, modern and tastefully detailed. The bathrooms are clean and modern and shower over bath was perfect

We felt like we were treated exceptionally well and the feel of luxury and class made the holiday one that we will return for. The staff at this hotel are professional and well presented

Here they catered for his allergies and made the most delicious food he's had in a long time. There is also a kid's corner and private parking at the premises

A CLASSY STAY ON SUNNY BEACH We made a last minute reservation at this hotel due to a poor stay at another resort and what a fantastic choice this was

The hotel is family run and this was a huge factor for us. Parents, Adult children, grandchildren and in-laws staff the place 24/7 and are so generous, helpful and friendly that as a group we could not fault them

Hotel is in a super location with a super clean and green garden. Very quiet place in the middle of sunny beach. Tennis courts are top maintained, and the minigolf also. Definatelly will be coming back here.

13 tennis pals stayed here for the first time recently for 5 nights. We had a fantastic experience from start to finish! So much so that we have all decided to go back next year for a week

The hotel is super! Food was always enough, even if coming at the end of all imposed with the mountain. To the beach: 100 m sunbeds free. Room cleaned every day, bed sheets every three days

Pretty decent hotel with a swimming pool and a bar. Not far from the beach. The kitchen good. They're throwing a themed evenings. The paid WIFI.

Fine - very good hotel. Their loungers on the beach. Liked the themed evenings which are sometimes made in the dining room, with the décor and cuisine of different countries.

Best hotel in sunny beach, i am recommending to go there. Good food and also best location, only a few minutes from the beach and also the centre

Rooms are old and need renovation. It’s a second line from the beach and it takes 10 minutes to walk there + there no sunbeds available for the hotel guests

We stayed in apartments overlooking the pool, spacious room

This hotel has tasty food and nice swimming pools, but: 1. The manager Lili Radeva has no clue how to work with clients

After I asked to change the room, because our stinked with sewer, she said that it’s OK and we just need to open the windows. After a day and a good job of General Manager we got a new room

The entertainment offered on an evening was varied as well as opportunities to play games by the pool, such as jenga, which was fun

Had a lovely time here with the staff being so friendly. Room service was very good with towels being replaced daily and the general upkeep of the room maintained daily

Hotel area: Staff was kind and helpful, no complaint here; Cocktails were just juice, like in most all inclusive and a lot of times we had to stay in a line to get a drink (even for water); Big downside for us was that everything closed down at 11pm

We also had a balcony towards the city which was nice for fresh air and drying clothes (although very windy). The rooms were clean, but they didn't clean them daily. The bedsheet was never changed during our stay

Hotel food: Diversified food and tasty veggies and fruits, but some trays were always empty (like pancakes); A lot of times it would get overcrowded in the restaurant. Horrible coffee throughout the entire area

But there was always staff on the hotel floor, I'm sure they would have served us if we had asked them to. The rooms were pretty quiet, the noise from outside didn't bother us at all

We had to wait for 3 days for them to change the beach towels and, on the last day, we ran out of shower gel, as they only refilled them once during our stay

However, there were some loud children staying at the hotel, and they did wake us up a few times when screaming on the hallway

Great hotel, very clean and tidy. Food is tasty, fresh and quite diverse. I like the pool and the fact that there are many sunbeds. It is a nice surprise that the drinks are actually very strong!

I really enjoyed my stay at Alba Hotel (3 july- 9 july). The rooms are very large and have everything you need. And most importantly, they do not smell of cigarettes

There was always very long line for food during lunch and dinner. The alcohol drinks were joke, it is just an alcohol with dye served in small plastic cups, which were everywhere glasses would be much more pleasant

Great hotel, pools and slides were a huge hit with the kids. Only thing thay let the hotel down was not enough choices for kids at lunch and dinner. Everything else was spot on and we are going back next year

What a fantastic hotel for the kids! The slides are great fun! We had a junior suite so loads of room. A massive super king-size bed in a separate bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area for our children

My favourite part of my vacation was getting to meet the entertainment animation team, especially the one guy among them with the pretty hair and sunglasses, he was the coolest and nicest person ever and I feel like anyone could be convinced to join activities just because he asked, the best animation I’ve ever seen

I also loved swimming in the pools. There’s probably more to say but I feel like I’ve made my point. For reference, I was an 18 year old girl travelling with my parents

I am there now, and although the rooms are basic they are comfortable and the food has been good... probably could do better with English bacon but then that says more about me. Great time and would come back again xx

The hotel is right on the strip so there's loads going on (just need to avoid the "adult" clubs and shops lol). The food at the hotel is warm and there's lots to choose from with there being different choices each day
