Hotels with aquapark in Elenite

Great time with family! We just back yesterday. We had room with beautiful view on mountains and sea (7 level). Amazing food - A lot of different dishes on breakfast, luch and dinner

The place is very beautiful! Water,beach,nature....and that's all!!!! Hotel Sevda, no service!!!!!

Hello,so i wanted to tell,that your hotel is pretty good. Because the apartment is very nice,even apartment is having a TV! Every day nice woman cleaning the apartment

Had no problems with the change of bed linen and towels. Elevators with a slight delay worked, but it is a trifle. If anyone wants the sea to go on holiday, let no doubt. For children every day animators worked

There is a fitness club on the territory of Elenite Villas. The only thing that complained by other guests - is the fact that you can't wait for the bodice for those who lived on the upper floors

Very nice hotel, especially if You are vacationing with children. It is included along with the neighbouring hotels in the same group, allowing guests to enjoy the many services and other hotels

Clean rooms, friendly staff. We were welcomed with mineral water, chocolate cake and a lot of fruits. Special thanks to Mrs. Mariana Koleva for warm welcoming. It is good to have more employees like her.

The best restaurant manager*****

The only need in the morning,before Breakfast,to book yourself a sunbed (towel throw), otherwise near our hotel booked and will have to go look all over the beach. The best time for booking at 9 am

At check issued bonuses-visit local restaurants. We were in Bulgarian and Italian. Nothing to do with these kitchens were not. On site there is a swimming pool with two bowls under the open sky

On-site water Park but the water is very chlorinated and cold. Some Attractions in the water Park threat. There are also free and paid rides. Every day there are animation and children's disco

A huge plus is that the hotel is part of the club 6-7 hotels and they have a huge covered area, which has its own water Park, lots of bars, eateries, ice cream and everything is free

Cons: yes you may need to ask for the room to be cleaned at times but who cares. Again you pay peanuts vs what you would get elsewhere. So just ask and stop being spoiled brats on here complaining abt stupid stuff

This is what a five star hotel should look like and be. Excellent rooms, excellent food, attentive staff. Tennis court, large indoor swimming pool, spa center, etc.

Is it at the standard of a 5 start in the Maldives , def not but for what you pay you get 5 times more than you would anywhere else. The place is quiet during Sep which is why I love coming here then

I see the last few negative reviews and those are the same people who made things unpleasant and just wanted to get drunk. This isn’t this type of place

Not to mention the location and mountains and sea all around with clean air and beautiful settings. Food I thought was delicious with a ton of options

Great beach and the place is really calm with many green areas. The aqua park is really fun and near. The villas needs renovation and the parking is really far

You need to call someone to drive you with golf cart or walk for around 20 minutes

During the day the Royal Park water park is good value and has slides, chutes and pools for thrill seekers

Privilege Fort Beach is a fantastic family complex. It is secure with restaurants on site and off site. The hotels around Elenite allow access to their bars and tables

Those wanting bigger thrills or more vibrant night life can jump a 10 minute cab ride or the resort shuttle bus into Sunny Beach

The whole complex is guarded 24H safe, very clean, nice and beautiful, many pools, beautiful rooms and very good service. Recommend

Nice resort for families. The pools are amazing and it's very close to the beach. Very good price for a studio.

Nice place for families with children, with a lot of swimming pools. The apartments' complex is located very close to the beach.

Budget and very interesting rest. A lot of different options for accommodation. Located near the city of Burgas and St. I do not advise to go to a fish restaurant on the beach. The food is tasteless and deceiving!!!)

As a family we rented 3 separate apartments which varied in size but, none of them had a cleaner visit or change of towels the whole duration of the stay. There is an on site restaurant that serves nice food

Very nice apartment block, great location in Vlas, easy bus routes and close to amenities. The grounds are well maintained

Too many people, noisy, sun beds are broken.

The pools are always kept to a very clean standard, there is 3 different sizes to cater for all ages including water slides

Big hotel with lots of content for kids (kids pools, water slides, playgrounds etc. ) Young staff, willing to help as much as they can, but only receptionists speak English well

There is also on site : Doctor Shop spa (I would recommend the electric massage) Restaurant Pool bar Plenty of games and activities for all ages incl. adults Also the beach is 1 minute walk out of the bottom gate

We are a family of SIX visiting for the second time, (as big family’s will know we do struggle to find hotel rooms big enough to cater for us) the rooms available for big family’s do not disappoint

All rooms are supplied with a washer which really helps when having children

All in all, we had a lovely time, and our kid really enjoyed every day's activities, especially disco for kids with hotel's animators. The hotel definitely needs improvement but i still recommend it

We always had somewhere to eat as they provide a late breakfast and evenings when we had pizza before dinner which was amazing. The all inclusive menu had everything that we could imagine and more

This hotel was amazing the food was great and plenty of choice, staff were friendly and helpful although could smile more, rooms were lovely light and cheery and comfy

The rooms are lovely but you are unable to control your own air conditioning. Three times we ran out of toilet roll. Choice is limited for a 4 star plus hotel. Does not cater for dietary requirements very well

Also - how can there be cilantro in literally everything? Most of everything is dry/ has been left out under a heat lamp for too long. It’s also not labelled - so if you have food allergies you’re on your own

Some feedback on alltours (travel company): the Lady was not knowledgeable about the area, she didn’t share any information at all. The tours she offered can easily be booked via Tripadvisor for half the price

One was already being greeted by a cloud of smoke. It’s als not quiet - some groups of tourists (no - not the British) are very disrespectful. Most of the staff is bored and not very friendly

Entertainment is very good, the rooms are very clean and spacious, the food is a nice mixture of Bulgarian cuisine with the best of European most popular dishes

There is a game room, mini golf, lots of pools, an aquapark for the bigger and smaller ones, a bar, a restaurant, if you are going here you will have the time of your life!

The hotel is wonderful, I recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality service and a pleasant experience. I would be happy to visit it again.

The location and view are great. I booked the all-inclusive but there is not much to use in the evening. The food served for dinner needs improvement.

Perfect location 50 meters from the sea, friendly employees, music, water gymnastics, massage, gorgeous sea view, delicious traditional Bulgarian food !! Piano music is played in the evening

Spacious apartment, clean, nice, 3balconies, salt water in swimming pool, fine staff.only one problem was with air conditions, only one from three worked.

Great place to stay clean apartments good location the beach is a short walk there is a bus stop outside the gates where you can get a bus into town and all the tours seem to go from there as well the pool area gets the sun for most of the day there are shops open 24 hours at the front of the apartments so even if you turn up at 2 in the morning like we did you can still get some basics take your own...

Fair, clean, family friendly hotel. With our promo prices spend there one week. Parking for free, pool, bar by the pool. I didn't like the payment option

About a 5-10 minute walk from the beach and as such relatively quiet which suited us! The free buses to both waterparks go from right outside, as does the bus into the centre of Sunny Beach

The reception staff are super helpful and smiley, the room was nice and spacious with a large balcony facing the pool

There is a cafe-bar on the pool area with simple goods. The staff in the caffe are as usual some okay some are well. They don't bother you with upselling promotions and we liked it. You are enjoying the holidays

Staff here were so nice and friendly and nothing was too much for them, Betty and Johnny looked after us well around the bar, restaurant and pool area, they make great cocktails!! We will definitely be back again, sooner rather than later Would highly recommend elite 1 apartments

Pool area was great, my young kids absolutely loved it, again very clean. This place is perfect for families. Food is lovely, and very cheap too

The hotel is great, room room-Studio and bedroom, there is access from the balcony, pool. Next to Zora market, close to the sea. Right from the entrance of the bus to Nessebar

The grounds are nice, no showers by the pool, lousy Internet, maid service unclear (surcharge toli toli not, depends on you), a big disadvantage of leaving the property on the road without a pedestrian crossing

Glasses, cups, knifes, cutleries, a laundry mashine, an air con per a room. Towels are changing every 4 days, bed clothes every 7 nights. The area is clean and well tided. The seem to be cleaned every morning

The all-in is literally all-in. food and drinks all day long and even snacks at night. several bars ranging from beach bar to pool bar ,open till 1800. I received an awesome room with big balcony facing the sea

Cleanliness from the room was not the best. but that's probably due to the carpet floor. And the inner pool area is amazing

Burgers chicken salads are all provided as snacks just a few to mention. The bar was fully stocked with lots of drinks good quality and these were available when we needed them obviously they close during the night

At 6pm is the sound of a million whistles telling u to get out the pool they are so aggressive and the towel guy is seriously angry all the time, u can only change ur towel from 4-5 which is annoying, do say no reservation on sunbeds but there is towels on every bed,very hard to get a sunbed

The outdoor pool is a bit cold in September, but the indoor pool is still hot and there is a sauna. The beach is about 3 minutes away, right next to the strip

The indoor pool's temperature was uncomfortably cold. Finally, organizing kids' club activities by age would improve the experience for children of different age groups

The whole hotel is modern, there are several bars and there is a continuous programme of activities during the day - and in the evening there are shows, which are surprisingly entertaining and of high quality

Great hotel, I was there in summer 2023. Loved the atmosphere, service, decorations, music, location, games and animations (foam party in the pool was awesome!). The food and coffee were delicious. I surely recommend.

The animation was amazing! They had different features every night with special guests. The beach was near with enough sun beds and umbrellas.

Animation is good and the show programs are interesting. The sports activies are done nicely and the children are happy.

The hotel is super! Food was always enough, even if coming at the end of all imposed with the mountain. To the beach: 100 m sunbeds free. Room cleaned every day, bed sheets every three days

A wonderful place for a family holiday. The room was clean and cozy. The food was various and delicious. The staff were amazing. Especially the animation team - they were fantastic.

In the evening there was light music by the pool bar, great atmosphere

Upon checking out told us to hold onto bands for 2 more hours and have lunch and enjoy the complex bit longer. Staff made the trip more enjoyable especially the young girl at bar in lobby

The only negative is the very cold pool, but we always warmed up in the water gymnastics with the animator Lara, she did not let us freeze

Checked into this hotel for a night and found staff so friendly from start to finish. Room basic but amazing shower and comfy beds. Free access to beach bar and beds on beach

Great hotel, very clean and tidy. Food is tasty, fresh and quite diverse. I like the pool and the fact that there are many sunbeds. It is a nice surprise that the drinks are actually very strong!

At the pool it is forbidden to reserve the sunbeds but people do it anyway. The staff members try to remove towels but not enough. We stayed 7 days but only managed to get a subbed at the pool 1 day

We came back from Bulgaria yesterday and we were completely satisfied. The hotel was close to the sea, beautiful, modern, clean, every day cleaning the room, clean towels. Great selection of tasty food

There was always very long line for food during lunch and dinner. The alcohol drinks were joke, it is just an alcohol with dye served in small plastic cups, which were everywhere glasses would be much more pleasant

This is a good place for both families, couples and friends. They do lots of activities and shows for everyone. The hotel, however, does seem too small to the amount of guests staying here

A very nice hotel garden with a large pool. Another facilities like fitness center and spa are available as well. My room was a small one but smart designed. There is a beatiful view to garden.

Can't fault it other than the bed. THE BED WAS LIKE A CONCRETE SLAB. i bought a lilo and slept on that for the week. Well equipped u name it had it all. Tv worked then didn't but other than that room fantastic

Pool areas varied and amazing

The room service was poor you are advised that you get fresh towels and bedding on certain days but this never happened, so we had to keep complaining to reception and even then it took an extra 2 days for anything to be done, as a family of 8 we had 3 separate apartments and it was the same service in all 3

We came for a 10 day stay, arrived at 11pm with a map drawn of how to get to our room, in the pitch black, after finding the building we then went into the lift as we were on the 6th floor, this then broke down into pitch black

Fortunately we were right next to the last pool with the bar (we don't have kids) The complex is massive, thank god thry give you a map!! We were self catering, but didnt use the restaurants on site so carnt comment on them

They were amazing with my 3 children,they had so much fun and they were so friendly they felt more like friends. Daniel was a gentleman and runs the team very well their all like family

I was pleased that they let me stay in my room for longer free of charge because I had a night flight. They provide us rolls, sandwiches, fruit and water which was nice. I'm not sure if I would go to that hotel again

I have stayed in at least 20 hotels in Bulgaria and this one is fine for the price paid

It's not a language barrier as some smiled and gestured to communicate. The rooms were very basic but you pay for what you get I suppose. Needs re wiring and a lick of paint or too wouldn't go amiss
