Well, First to start is it a 5star hotel, but I'll give 4 because: - gym and spa center was charged (despite that initially in the offer was included in all-inclusive - I can comment on hygiene - Cutlery and crockery wasn't washed properly Otherwise - food and staff were amazing

Hotel is nice and clean . Reseptionists and porters are very helpful and respects all the guests. Food is acceptable . Beach and swimming pool are absolutely not for five star hotel . The worse experience is the communication with the staff in the restaurant and bars. Very unhelpful and rude making you not feel like on vacation . The second year we stayed in this hotel in September. Great place! It is protected from the autumn winds from the North mountain, so the whole of September it is warm, warmer than the next, in Sunny Beach. This hotel is suitable for families with children. One of the best hotels I've ever been. 3 things caught my attention: 1) Extremely friendly staff, especially the hostess and the cook were trying their best to force feed us. 2) Good infastracture and amenities, but if you are naturalist the sea is 30 meters away. 3) Busy hotel, high season i guess. we were the 9th to 16th July.

The hotel was clean and food was good, but my family got the virus so be careful. The workers very mostly smiling but the barman Tahsin was very sweet and made sure that drinks were just like how we wanted and liked them. He was always smiling and very sweet. He worked as a bartender and we saw him working in an ala cart restaurant. A good bartender needs to work in a bar.

All in all I enjoyed my recent stay but I don’t think I’d use this hotel again. Location is great as it’s on the beach and it’s at the quieter end. The views are absolutely stunning, the pool is great, right on the beach, and the food was delicious, with a a wide va of options. The bathroom was definitely not 4 stars, but if you don't mind that, it's a perfect place to go for a weekend.
