A modern, clean hotel set at the edge of Govedartsi. There are beautiful mountain views from the balcony. The hosts are very welcoming, accomodating and friendly. They speak perfect English and were happy to make lunch packs for our day walks. The food was delicious traditional bulgarian dishes and a large buffet continental breakfast was provided. This place is amazing! We got a room facing the mountains and it was beyond magical to see. It is located in the edge of the village so its more iaolated and quiet. The family staff was very nice and welcoming. The food in the restaurant is tasty and not expensive. We will definetly come back on our next trip to Bulgaria.

The location of the hotel is exceptional and very convenient. Travel time from Sofia is less than 90 min and it's great that there is onsite parking. The temperature in the hotel and the room was perfect to get warm and feel cozy. The food was delicious.

I stayed here for 3 nights as a part of an organised trip to Bulgaria. The first thing you notice in the winter is the stunning location - the hotel looks gorgeous when it's covered in snow and has long icicles hanging from the roof. Very good cuisine. Dinner was excellent. Waitress was very polite and caring. They even cooked out of the menu for our vegetarian friends. Region is known for its tasty potatoes and definitely you can find them there. Owner of the hotel came personally to ask and make sure we are satisfied with our stay.

Amazing place with magical location!

The hotel was lacking in atmosphere and for us to far from town needed shuttle bus or taxi. Rooms were spacious and clean albeit a little dated. The pool and spa were very nice with plenty of options. We had a half board option breakfasts very good evening meals a little repetitive but tasty and staff great. All in all and what we actually paid we had a good time here.

This was generally a 4 star spa hotel. The 1 bedroom apartment was very spacious, clean, hot powerful shower with complimentary toiletries, fluffy dressing gowns and slippers, and balcony with nice views. This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money! A really lovely hotel with a fantastic spa, surroundings and really good food. As it was located out of town it felt like a retreat and has one of the best ski slopes in the resort which is only 5 minutes walk away.

Ideally placed next to the slopes in the forest to stop of a drink or lunch but really spoilt by loud music blasting out - why do these places do it. I am sure that the music is not for the customers - more likely the staff. Winter holidays with children. Only negative. Lots of people, and zero adjustments. The sauna is open until 9 o'clock and of course after skiing it is packed, and after dinner it is closed. The pool and sauna close early. The hotel is on the mountain and THERE IS JUST NOWHERE TO EAT The room service closes BEFORE 22.00 Teenagers, children who do not go to bed early, there is simply nowhere to eat....

Chalet was very cosy and met most of our expectations, however the sauna broke down during our visit. It was quickly fixed the following day, but it was too late. Spent the week here on a skiing holiday. The Hotel is basic and clean. The food again is very basic and the same most days. The receptionist when we arrived and checked out was a very helpful and polite lady. Very nice hotel. Clean and warm rooms. This guys know what they are doing in a friendly relaxed and profesional way. Not only service is expert and fast, price is fair and they take time to please you in each way. A friend recommended this hotel to me and I am passing this on.

This is a really great hotel, I started 4th-11th of March. Was still plenty of snow in Borovets and the slopes were great for a beginner like myself. I stayed in this hotel, which is just outside of town (25m walk). It has a free shuttle in the morning/afternoons running roughly every half hour. I would have to be honest and say it doesn't run exactly on schedule so don't focus too much on the listed...

Great hotel just outside of the ski resort. We traveled as a family of four that has trouble deciding on restaurants so breakfast and dinner included is something we look for. I traveled with my family with a reservation via Booking. As Diltzvet didn't receive information that we are traveling with a kid, they offered single beds. Overall, a nice and quiet place, near lots of tavernas and only 10 min drive from the winter resort.

Food was good but the room was a little dirty. Beds were uncomfortable. Single beds but when you put those together it forms a huge gap, so impossible for people with small kids. Pool was quite cold. People at the reception were not particularly nice. But the location is good and so is the price.

I ate in restaurant on the first floor. I wanted to eat traditional Bulgarian food. They brought me Šobska salad with fresh pepper (this is wrong). the waiters don't speak English. The other food was correct.

It's a great hotel at the heart of Samokov. We visited in the off-season during the summer and were pleasantly surprised by the staff and the nice outdoor pool.

I picked this guest house somewhat randomly on arrival in Samokov and could not have been happier with my choice. Aleks is a wonderful host that helped me getting the most out of my stay by providing just the information I needed and really caring about my plans. The rooms are basic, but excellent value.
