The house was clean and nice and there was a sunny small grass yard, but there was not enough warm water, some appliances in the kitchen didn't work and the cooking and dining equipment was rather meager.

Unknown destination, remarkable nature, kind hosts, beautiful building. And a large comfortable bed. Access to Borovets is easy. From here you can attack the beauties of Rila. The restaurant offers warmth and food. And I will remember the sunrise forever.

The house is located on the main street in the village. It is convenient to stay there if you are going to climb Malyovitsa. The room is small but clean. Advel Guest House is located in Madzhare village, which makes it ideal location to enjoy both calm mountain and ski slopes of Borovets, Malyovitsa and Govedartsi. We had a very pleasant stay here to go hiking. Just keep in mind that you are staying at a family run guesthouse (some of the other reviews seem to be expecting a hotel...!). Personally I preferred it in many ways to the hotels I've stayed at in Bulgaria. For a start the owners were friendly and check-in was very easy. It's not exactly a hotel I would define it as a B&B The mattress is used with springs and not good, in the shower there is no curtain and the water shower does not splash everywhere, breakfast is not bad but mediocre staff creates a family atmosphere and pleasant dining rooms neat and cozy clean and tidy

Exceptionally friendly and warm attitude from the owners. The house itself offers a very good value for its money. It has a garden and you can take advantage of the barbecue outside. Everything is clean and well kept. I strongly recommend!

The hosts are very friendly and they create a pleasant and comfortable notion and space for communication. The place is vidy and clean and cosy. The location is very good as a starting point for lots of trips. And you can get invaluable advise and guidance from the hosts for beautiful places to visit nearby. Fantastic place with extraordinary kind and welcoming hosts. We had perfect time (3 nights) and the hosts were very friendly. They showed great understanding and support as we were travelling with a 2 y.o. toddler and a 3 y.o. Sheppard dog. I would recommend to take breakfast and dinner at the place. Everything was very clean and cosy. Good WiFi as well.

Very good cuisine. Dinner was excellent. Waitress was very polite and caring. They even cooked out of the menu for our vegetarian friends. Region is known for its tasty potatoes and definitely you can find them there. Owner of the hotel came personally to ask and make sure we are satisfied with our stay.

Beautiful log chalets with stunning views. The accommodation is very cosy and in typical finish style. The chalet has everything you need. The manager Lili was really welcoming and made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommend and we will be back as we loved it.

A modern, clean hotel set at the edge of Govedartsi. There are beautiful mountain views from the balcony. The hosts are very welcoming, accomodating and friendly. They speak perfect English and were happy to make lunch packs for our day walks. The food was delicious traditional bulgarian dishes and a large buffet continental breakfast was provided.
