Amazing place with magical location!

The hotel was lacking in atmosphere and for us to far from town needed shuttle bus or taxi. Rooms were spacious and clean albeit a little dated. The pool and spa were very nice with plenty of options. We had a half board option breakfasts very good evening meals a little repetitive but tasty and staff great. All in all and what we actually paid we had a good time here.

This was generally a 4 star spa hotel. The 1 bedroom apartment was very spacious, clean, hot powerful shower with complimentary toiletries, fluffy dressing gowns and slippers, and balcony with nice views. This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money! A really lovely hotel with a fantastic spa, surroundings and really good food. As it was located out of town it felt like a retreat and has one of the best ski slopes in the resort which is only 5 minutes walk away.

Our room had plenty of space, lots of storage & was lovely & warm. The bathrooms (2 in a family room) were clean & well stocked with toiletries. Our double bed was comfortable but the sofa bed was not! Kids did not sleep well all week. Very good cuisine. Dinner was excellent. Waitress was very polite and caring. They even cooked out of the menu for our vegetarian friends. Region is known for its tasty potatoes and definitely you can find them there. Owner of the hotel came personally to ask and make sure we are satisfied with our stay.

The place is great, always warm and welcoming. Owners always make you feel at home, there is no too small or too big request for them.

Very nice hotel. Clean and warm rooms. This guys know what they are doing in a friendly relaxed and profesional way. Not only service is expert and fast, price is fair and they take time to please you in each way. A friend recommended this hotel to me and I am passing this on.

Have staff dedicated for different areas in the hotel. Eg. one dedicated wither at the bar who does not rush to the restaurant to also serve there.

Had a reallY nice stay here! It was close to the end of the season so felt like we were the only guests there! But this meant we were really well looked after. The chef cooked us a very nice full English and the evening meals were very filling! Only thing id recommend is to remember to book the hot tub in the morning so it can be set up while skiing

The curtains aren’t big enough for the windows so we had to use the bed spread. The room was massive but only had 1 chair for 4 of us. The food was ok but very salty.

Spacious rooms. Gave 4 as its a bit dated and thin walls, however comfy beds,so overall good experience. Bufet style breakfast and dinner is amazing with lots of variety each day different. A modern, clean hotel set at the edge of Govedartsi. There are beautiful mountain views from the balcony. The hosts are very welcoming, accomodating and friendly. This place is amazing! We got a room facing the mountains and it was beyond magical to see. It is located in the edge of the village so its more iaolated and quiet. The family staff was very nice and welcoming. The food in the restaurant is tasty and not expensive. We will definetly come back on our next trip to Bulgaria.

The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the Borovets highway. For the class of the restaurant, the level of cuisine is poor. At the prices offered, the chefs might work a little harder. It will take a long time before they discuss you and accept your order. Perhaps the hotel and restaurant should focus on improving the service because it is really quite expensive for this type of customer service

A great value hotel, pleasant staff and all amenities for a good skiing hotel. The location is 12 mins walk to the main ski gondola and uphill. The ski shuttle is free and very efficient and the driver is very helpful.

The staff is nice and polite but we jad some issues with English comprehension! Be careful with the keys at the reception because people there get confused with the numbers 😅 They have a sauna at the last floor and a special place for smokers like a saloon. Food was great. They give water only in the morning. Coffee is not that great.

We have stayed in iglika palace hotel 3 times the rooms are a bit basic some of them are very small and have very small bathrooms, more of a wet room really. Not all rooms have somewhere to hang your jackets when you come in from skiing. Some rooms are too hot as the thermastatic valve can't be turned of. Bar area is nice and the the staff are nice and friendly. Food is good and the location is good...

This is the best hotel experience i’ve had in Borovets. The rooms,the spa,the food everything was amazing. The staff is excellent they were very nice and understanding.The maids keep everything clean all if the time without messing up your stuff.

Just to say how impressed we are with the breakfast staff, especially Halil, he is always happy to meet the guests and helps with the attending to our every need. For the only comment for the rooms would be ice to have blackout curtains and coffee and milk and water in the room for free.
