Chalet was very cosy and met most of our expectations, however the sauna broke down during our visit. It was quickly fixed the following day, but it was too late. Our stay at one of the Finish Villas was great. Sleeping between the great logs was definitely something we will remember. The SPA services that the hotel offers are out there with the best. We had a great stay at All Seasons to go hiking and enjoy Rila mountain. It is a really pleasant family-run guesthouse situated in the lovely Govedartsi village. We had a very pleasant stay here to go hiking. Just keep in mind that you are staying at a family run guesthouse (some of the other reviews seem to be expecting a hotel...!). The hosts are very friendly and they create a pleasant and comfortable notion and space for communication. The place is vidy and clean and cosy. The location is very good as a starting point for lots of trips. And you can get invaluable advise and guidance from the hosts for beautiful places to visit nearby. Fantastic place with extraordinary kind and welcoming hosts. We had perfect time (3 nights) and the hosts were very friendly. They showed great understanding and support as we were travelling with a 2 y.o. toddler and a 3 y.o. Sheppard dog. I would recommend to take breakfast and dinner at the place. Everything was very clean and cosy. Good WiFi as well.

Very good cuisine. Dinner was excellent. Waitress was very polite and caring. They even cooked out of the menu for our vegetarian friends. Region is known for its tasty potatoes and definitely you can find them there. Owner of the hotel came personally to ask and make sure we are satisfied with our stay.

Great small pet-friendly hotel. We stayed here for 2 nights in December 2020. Rooms are spacious and nice, equipped with everything you need. Only the swimming pool and the jacuzzi were available due to the pandemic restrictions. Swimming pool is warm, if a bit old and with falling tiles here and there. Breakfast is rich and satisfying. Food in the restaurant is so-so but they have good Bulgarian wine...

Fantastic! The location is perfect, the service is incredible, everyone is the hotel is do kind and nice! Too bad the room service food is not nice...plus would be great if breakfsst can start at 7:30 so you can reach the gondola at 830...other than that perfect! We will come back for sure!
