Well-developed infrastructure and a variety of options for leisure activities, from wine tastings and cigar and ending with culinary surprises and themed parties. Spa on site offers a variety of treatments for healing and rejuvenation of body and soul.

Located in the resort of Borovets and 75 km from the airport of Sofia, 3 km from the resort centre and the starting station of the funicular.
Consists of one 5-storey main building and 12 two-story villas Finnish.

This impressive spa hotel is located in the heart of the magnificent Rila mountain range, near the popular ski resort of Borovets, only a 50-minute drive away from Sofia.
Hotel Yastrebets Wellness & Spa is located directly at the Yastrebets ski slope and features a gourmet restaurant and a piano bar.
The rooms boast a terrace with stunning views over the ski slope or to the pine forest, plasma screen TVs and much more. Some units also feature a Finnish sauna.
The spa facilities include a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, a herbal bath, a laconium, a Kneipp foot therapy and a sumptuous lounge with exotic showers.
Guests can make use of a variety of cosmetic procedures and massages, Ayurveda treatments, a hot stone therapy and many others.
The fitness area includes a 15-yard indoor swimming pool, an ice fountain, a solarium, a hot tub and a well-equipped gym. An open terrace reveals views to pine trees.
Hotel opened in 1986, renovated in 2017. The distance to ski lift is 45 min.

We will come back for sure!!!
Lots of things, like pool and parts of the Spa experience are barged extra. Food and drinks quite pricey. No hot plates in the breakfast bar, so the eggs and bacon were cold. On the upside, good variety of cheese. No drinking water in the sauna, most of the lockers were broken, and at least a third of the equipment wasn't working.
Located in the woods, quite a trek from the village so car is a must. All in all, good experience, but we will stay somewhere else next time.
The views from the hotel and the walking trails were both fantastic. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly.
Rooms are warm, cozy and most importantly - soundproofed! The cuisine is exceptional, you need to try it. Everything from the soups and the meat to the desserts is absolutely delicious! The spa is the place to visit! The pool is large and clean and has a good temperature. The saunas were fantastic. There are four separate, unique areas from a traditional, cedar-lined Sauna to a steam room, a Roman laconium, and an herbal detox room.
Forgot to mention that there're also finnish houses next to the hotel witch have their own souna in it and are great (2 floors with 2 beds - for 4 persons, tv, wifi, bath..). You can book them instead of hotel room.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I hope to be back someday!
