The pool is not for guests only so it gets very overrun and packed by 6pm every day. Very nice hotel, kind people, excellent service, pleasant atmosphere and a lot of activities never mind of the season! Ideal location in the mountain and we like to visit it every time we have the possibility to do that - during the snow winter, the hot summer, the green spring or gold autumn!

Exactly what we needed - warm, comfy and close to the slopes. Loads of amenities including a lovely heated pool, some we had to pay for like bowling or the hamman but we were happy to do that Breakfast was adequate - my lads would’ve preferred more choice like croissants but dinner wasn’t worth paying for.

Had a reallY nice stay here! It was close to the end of the season so felt like we were the only guests there! But this meant we were really well looked after. The curtains aren’t big enough for the windows so we had to use the bed spread. The room was massive but only had 1 chair for 4 of us. The food was ok but very salty.

Just to say how impressed we are with the breakfast staff, especially Halil, he is always happy to meet the guests and helps with the attending to our every need. For the only comment for the rooms would be ice to have blackout curtains and coffee and milk and water in the room for free.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money! A really lovely hotel with a fantastic spa, surroundings and really good food. As it was located out of town it felt like a retreat and has one of the best ski slopes in the resort which is only 5 minutes walk away.

Very nice hotel. Clean and warm rooms. This guys know what they are doing in a friendly relaxed and profesional way. Not only service is expert and fast, price is fair and they take time to please you in each way. A friend recommended this hotel to me and I am passing this on.

In general service was OK but one thing anoyed us very much when paying the final bill. We were charged around 44 euro for 24 nespresso capsules. We assumed they were for free as a service, like in all other hotels we stayed. Very disappointing.

Great hotel in terms of value. Friendly staff but small and packed parking lot. Breakfast was great and the hotel restaurant is definitely a good option for lunch/dinner. Would definitely recommend. The parking lot issue is the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars.

We would rate Bor hotel in Borovets as 10 out of 10. The hotel is super clean and makes you feel super welcome. Everything was exceptional and the food offered as buffet was always varied and plentiful. The staff also went out of their way to be helpful and very friendly. We really enjoyed our trip to Botovets and in particular Hotel Bor we stayed at. Nice size room , fit with comfortable beds, good shower , fridge. The most important amazing amazing view on pines and slopes ( we stated at 305). Food is really good , fresh and delicious ( very likely organic and local ) with good choice of white and red meat and vegetables . Lovely choice of cakes and fresh fruits...

Stayed here in February 2019 ski season and it was a lovely place. We arrived late at night and they had sandwiches and fruit prepared for us upon our arrival It was both my daughter's and my birthdays during the week and they put us a cake and a bottle of sparkling wine in the room for when we returned from the slopes (my wife arranged this via email from home as she didn't come with us).
