Everything was fine except the water temperature in the kids' pool. It was too cold , we spoke many times with the reception but nothing changed. Only in summer you can enjoy the kid's pool.

Perfect hotel with perfect view, great atmosphere & food. Unfortunately we had a problem with Mr.Krustev the duty manager who told us we booked resort view and not slope View, but since we wanted the slope View and the hotel was half empty in August he gave us the slope View. The hotel is with great location just in front of the slopes, renovated with modern design, spacious rooms. The personal is polite and helpful or at least try to be, as a lot of them are people from the local rural area! The main problem is a food: limited variety and poor quality!

We have stayed in iglika palace hotel 3 times the rooms are a bit basic some of them are very small and have very small bathrooms, more of a wet room really. Not all rooms have somewhere to hang your jackets when you come in from skiing. Some rooms are too hot as the thermastatic valve can't be turned of. Down side to rooms the walls are paper thin so you can here the tv in other rooms. There is not bath which people like when have been out skiing all day. Close to the chair lift and on the other side of the telecabin about 100m. On the 2nd floor there are just rooms with a bathroom and on the upper floors there are apartments with a kitchen and balconies. ski room. In the very center of Borovets, there are two markets with groceries.

Overall it is a nice place for 3 stars. The staff is very friendly. Spend there more than month working remotely and enjoying the slopes. Hotel is on good level. Staff is amazing - very helpful and always smiling. Common areas are tidy and cosy. Rooms are pretty nice, well heated and well maintained. Totally recommend!

Three star hotel. Renovated some time ago. Food is so outdated and unappealing. Pool table, tennis table, pinball machines, fitness, sauna, lobby bar, free WiFi everywhere. The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the Borovets highway. For the class of the restaurant, the level of cuisine is poor. At the prices offered, the chefs might work a little harder. It will take a long time before they discuss you and accept your order. Perhaps the hotel and restaurant should focus on improving the service because it is really quite expensive for this type of customer service

If you need a budget holiday in a prestigious complex, this is the spot. Everything is relatively cheap, given the high prices around. The hotel is neat and clean, the food in the restaurant is cheap and delicious, and the location is simply perfect if you want to be in the center of Borovets and basically ON the ski slopes. In three words: cheap, clean, tasty. LOCATION!

Had a reallY nice stay here! It was close to the end of the season so felt like we were the only guests there! But this meant we were really well looked after. The chef cooked us a very nice full English and the evening meals were very filling! Only thing id recommend is to remember to book the hot tub in the morning so it can be set up while skiing

The curtains aren’t big enough for the windows so we had to use the bed spread. The room was massive but only had 1 chair for 4 of us. The food was ok but very salty.

Spacious rooms. Gave 4 as its a bit dated and thin walls, however comfy beds,so overall good experience. Bufet style breakfast and dinner is amazing with lots of variety each day different. As a vegetarian I find some nice food, but as a vegan you might struggle to find other than salad. Overall great experience. Multiple shuttle bus each morning and afternoon to and from gondola.

The only thing I don't like in the rooms is the lightining which is pretty poor. Food is great. There is a shuttle which gets you to the slopes and back so you don't have to worry about that. Nice experince. I have been here two times already.

Very comfy and convenient hotel, perfect for skiers who are looking for a place where to mostly just rest after a day of skiing. It's pretty easy to get from the hotel to the slopes by car and it takes just a few minutes of walking to get to the main area of the city with restaurant and pubs. Very recommended.

A great value hotel, pleasant staff and all amenities for a good skiing hotel. The location is 12 mins walk to the main ski gondola and uphill. The ski shuttle is free and very efficient and the driver is very helpful.

Be careful with the keys at the reception because people there get confused with the numbers 😅 They have a sauna at the last floor and a special place for smokers like a saloon. Food was great. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our car got stuck on the road during the heavy snow and they went out of their way to come help us drive it to the main road. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the sauna as well as jacuzzi. Regular bus to drive you to the slopes and cozy atmosphere.

One of the receptionist bearly speaks any English which could be difficult when it comes to FAQ or booking transport back to the chalets. Other than that, the place is fantastic with 5 out of 5 view!

Great place. Our chalet comfortably dealt with 4 adults and 4 rampaging children. The on site pool and hot tub was a welcome distraction for the little ones. Good bar and restaurant with reasonably priced food. The in site shop is very basic so try and pick stuff up before returning to the chalets at the end of the day

Very nice and neat little hotel on the outskirts of Borovets. The staff are super friendly and the food is amazing!!!! Another plus is that you can always find a parking place there and it's still not too far from the centre and the ski slopes.

Very friendly staff, especially at the restaurant, shout out to the waitress and the chef. Food was very nice and would recommend to try their Rakia (warm with honey). The hotel was very family like, cozy and clean. It’s a 3 stars home hotel but definitely worth the money. It’s 10-12 mins walk to the gondola. I would definitely recommend.

We came looking for a budget hotel that was near the slopes and could cater for a large family group (17). We got exactly what we needed. The hotel decor and fit out are dated but function well. Lift lottery could become frustrating, though. The ski equipment was good if not brand new. Any alterations or swaps were happily dealt with quickly.

Very communism-like hotel. The doors use a key, not a card. There was a bathtub which you have to stay standing in. The food was okaish with the cake being dry.
