Parking of hotel it's just place with mud and rocks, a lot of dirt. You, your car, your shoes will be in mud and dust. And also you need to pay for this 18 per day. A lot of mud on road around hotel. Dirty. Small parking near hotel suppose to be for disabled persons, but a lot of local cars there... with normal drivers)...
Beach walkways are broken, outdoor pool with dirt and basically not working...
Rooms furniture are outdated, safe in room not working.
Food at restaurants low quality. In front of hotel Black sea and fishing boats, but we never see at menu fresh fish, midii etc. All inclusive....alcohol drinks local quality, which is dangerous.
No towels for the beach.
Room, balcony - noisy, you can hear neighbours.
We try to find good food in restaurants around, but all of them just smell fried oil. Avoid this place.

We've been here before and we felt again very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are amazing, very spacious, toilets the same, huge, hot water all the time, AC in the room, big terrace with very nice view to the sea, beds are big enough and comfortable. Everything looked clean, the cleaning lady came in the 2nd day to clean the room even if we stayed only 2 nights (so it is not ture what others are saying that they are not cleaning the rooms). They have a paid parking place, but we used the free one from the main road. Luckily city responsible repaired the streets around the hotel so the roads down there are very good now.
Food was very good, a lot of things to try, diversified every day(maybe you can add more fruits). We didnt test the pool, but it looked clean. We tried the Gym, really nice, silence and enough equipments, clean also.
We didnt try the spa. The beaches are nice there.

nobody is responsible for the beach. The sunbeds are occupied by certain people who leave their towel on them and come back after 4-5 hours. if you want to occupy a sunbed, you can't because they are all "reserved" by people who have no common sense and leave their towels there. And the hotel management does nothing. Last time I come here.

Beautiful and cozy hotel on the beach, with a very nice view of the golf.
The staff members were helpful, friendly and professional.
The rooms were spacious enough. The food was plenty, varied and delicious, suitable for any diet preference.

It’s a good place for family, they have diversity, a Spa place with pool, jacuzzi. The food was ok, diversity, fruits, ice cream, snacks, local drinks. Rooms are not cleaned well from a client to another. Last year, in 2023, we had a problem with stomach and we are not the only persons. I don’t know from where but we think from the cleaning because the food was ok. It’s not hotel in the middle of another hotels, so you don’t have where to walk. It’s nice because it’s placed on the beach.

Just a standard service. A lot a spam received from reception on mai email. Very rigid in everything. Not english at all. The drink had a very poor quality. The pool was very busy... and was a lot off noises from guest everyware.

In total, not particularly nice. The hotel is good, food is great but the spa service terrible. There’s this super grumpy guy at the spa reception who does not speak as you should speak to clients.
He is rude and it can make your entire experience unpleasant.
You are not allowed to bring plastic cups filled with soda/ alcohol etc in the spa zone. Then why do they give them in the bar? Super disorganised and just not happy. You can go only if you like good food and good views.

Very cozy and nice. The sea is warm. food for 5 +.

Good food, elegant rooms, nice personal. 4 saunas. The pool ( no more than 8 persons cand swim at the same time)is too small but the water is worm.

I've been to this hotel for around 2-3 days and I can say the experience is amazing! I read a few reviews aswell and they said they got food poisoning,but I can 100% confirm the food is excellent and delicious. The rooms are clean and spacious. Seaside is not so great because it's slippery if you get into the water. Overall the hotel is amazing and I recommend it if you want a short simple vacation!
