Effect Algara Beach Club Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive and Free Parking

The little things that add up.
Just not our best experience.
Negative:
1. On the first day we found in our room a bed for the baby which I specified on the phone we do not need.
2. From the second day when I asked them to remove the bed nothing happened until we left.
3. We also asked if there was any chance to have our pillows changed as they were awful (you can feel the pillows were dismantled inside, and it felt like sleeping on rocks).
4. It never felt like ultra all inclusive just a regular all inclusive. I saw no difference and also the others in our group.
5. The bedsheet was not changed even once. We spilt something on the first day and that's way we knew. We left the button for please clean up on but nothing happened.
6. The lunch has very very poor variation of food.

Positive
1. They have an amazing team (spider man, batman etc) that has spectacles and they are great with kids.
2. The personnel at the restaurant is very helpful and very hardworking.

I've taken my family to this place for the past three years because it's a short trip for us and it's quite convenient to stay at an all inclusive with lots of fun for the kids. After this year's experience we're not going to come back.
The food was absolutely terrible - not only tasteless, poorly cooked, cheap low quality ingredients, limited choice, but it also gave us a food poisoning the first night (it wasn't just us, we met other people who were looking for nausea medication).
I hate to say it but somehow the resort attracts guests who are quite rude, ignorant, and arrogant. Overall, not a pleasant stay.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, and it fell far below expectations in terms of the hotel's "prestige." Apart from the hotel's convenient location with quick beach access and a room with a direct sea view, this hotel did not provide a pleasant stay. Daily cleaning was done superficially, only the beds were made, no vacuuming was done, used glasses were not replaced, personal hygiene products were not restocked, and the bed linens were not changed throughout the entire stay. The room had an unpleasant smell of dampness from the moment I arrived at the hotel, etc.

Regarding the food, although it was somewhat diverse, the quality was very poor. Meat was undercooked and tasteless, with only about 2 out of 6 days having decent meals, and I didn't feel well on 2 other days. The bar was okay. The "à la carte" restaurants were actually quite good!

Overall, I do not recommend this resort. This summer, I stayed at a 3-star hotel with much better conditions and services.

I had a 5-day stay at this hotel in a sea view room, and the only positive aspects were its location and quick beach access. However, the food quality was very poor, with some dishes undercooked. Another issue was cleanliness; from the start, I found a dusty floor and spider webs in the room. The pillows had an unpleasant odor, and the balcony door didn't close properly, allowing insects to enter. Daily cleaning was lacking, as they only made the bed without replacing dirty glasses. The value for money was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Furthermore, the quality of drinks was also subpar, and not all the staff who prepared drinks were professional bartenders, resulting in lower-quality beverages."
