Laguna Beach Hotel

What I have experienced here, is unseen. My family and I flew from Belgium to Varna, and had a reservation in Laguna Beach. We had booked 2 appartement rooms since we are with 9. The woman at the desk told us, that we have 4 seperate rooms instead of the apartments, DESPITE the fact that we booked the apartments. But we agreed. Minutes later they told us that we have to move to another (much cheaper) hotel... Nothing of this was planned. We didn't know what was happening. When we asked the receptionist, she told us that she was moving in some French people, instead of us in our months in advance RESERVATED appartments. There was no room for discussion, so we had to look for another hotel. I am so disgusted... Never ever going back to this hotel.

We are a family who are originally from Bulgaria but live in other country than Bulgaria. We made a reservation at this hotel ( Laguna Beach ) months in advance. A couple of days before we arrived at the hotel we got confirmation that everything was taken care of. When we arrived at the hotel we got word that we got moved to Laguna Mare without any warning!!
The reason for this was that they had to make room for the French guests! So, we had been moved without us knowing about it because of some French people... absolutely ridiculous! In summary, if you are not French or if you are a Bulgarian you will be decieved, lied to and eventually randomly moved without warning to make room for other people. Disgusting hotel and worst desicion ever to book rooms at Laguna Beach, never again!!!!!

Black mold, inexistent cleaning, spiders all over the room/bath and the hotel and rude employees.
We went on the Easter, we knew that they aren`t perfect but on the summer they suddently forgot Romanian and English and they only spoke French because of their French guests. All their attention is for the Club Lokea
Other people didn`t matter anymore.
We liked the interior pool because it was warmed, the second day of the holiday they took us out with french explications because only FR matter and after 3 days the girl from the reception told me it was a broken mirror and they had to clean the area. 3 days to vacuum a mirror, this says a lot about their cleaning style.
On the 3rd day I asked the cleaning girl if possible to vacuum our dust in the room. She said yes, washed the floor with a dirty mop and added 2 towels lol
Awesome location, pretty good food if you are not trying recycle or bogus souces but we had to wait too much time for a beer.
My husband took 1-2 beers per day and I and kids took only water from the machine otherwise I would have still wait for some bogus juice after many french because they were the priority.
Bar lady smashed the glass on the bar because I asked the drink not to be in plastic.
Rude employees, won`t recommend the hotel.
We paid sea view and we got a full view to the pool where the french people were partying until late night, of course loud.
Manager offered the room from the first floor as replace and she said we have a good sea view lol. I attached the photo, maybe if cutting the trees was a solution...
Bad furniture, broken door at the balcony, didn`t closed and the insect door fell off on the first day. The drains were stucked with hair. The toilet had stains. There were gross hair with dust under the beds. The superior kid bed was so flexible that it couldn`t be used.
We paid 100 bulgarian leva for 5 nights of parking whtch means 50 euros
Overall I wouldn`t recommend this hotel to anyone.
