The family-run hotel is located in the southern part of Albena, where unique climatic conditions due to the combination of sea and forest air of the protected zone. Suitable for families with children.

Location: in Albena resort, 30 km from the airport Varna.

Consists of one 10-storey building.

The hotel has 186 rooms.

Beach: public sandy beach, 10 m from the hotel (1 coastline). Umbrellas, sun beds: free of charge.

On the hotel territory: 3 lifts, free wifi, free Parking, outdoor pool; parasols, deckchairs: free of charge, indoor pool, restaurant, lobby bar

This hotel hasn’t been renovated since 2001 , it is rubbish. I would give it 0 or -1 stars. The rooms are dirty and have old furniture, the restaurant is garbage . I don’t know how they are allowed to function. Everything is old and of poor quality. They call it a four or three stars hotel…. Maybe it was a four star hotel in 2001. I would not recommend it to anyone unfortunately. Do not be fooled by the pictures on the websites. Check the review’s on other sites, the bad ones, those are unfortunately true. The pictures are from one bedroom appartment. We have read the bad reviews before going but as we were a group of friends and wanted our children to have a vacation together and someone recommended this hotel we went there as we disn’t think the hotel could be that bad, but it is.

I stayed in this hotel June 2024.The location is ok for a beach,otherwise there is nothing around.Food a bit boring,not big choice.The hotel is old and needs complete refurbisment n updating from outside n insids too.
The biggest problem was dirty rooms AND ACTUALLY NO CLEANER FOR WHOLE WEEK.I had a big fight with the reception and they said they dont have cleaners to clean rooms.That spoilt my holiday.If I pay for 4 stars hotel,I expect to pick up a bin every day n make the bed n sweep floors,instead they told me they dont do it.The staff wasnt friendly n very rude too.They just ignored people.

The rooms were dirty and had bugs in them. The sheets were ripped and the staff was rude to us. The sealing of our room was leaking and the water in the sink was yellowish. Never visiting again!

We were fortunate to have been guests here! We went all inclusive and had a great time. The accommodation was clean with all mod cons, food was delicious, beach front bar, geat entertainment and a welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff, reasonably priced and fantastic WIFI

There is not much to do here but the beach is beautiful and most of the staff were friendly. They make the alcohol really strong. 3 nights there, and I'm on the wagon. Food choices were poor, but it's September, and the holiday season is ending. Rooms are simple and clean. One middle-aged lady at the pool bar was rude and miserable every time we asked her a question. Her attitude alone made my rating lower than what it could’ve been.

4 star hotel in Albena, very kind personnel, very well administration. Good food and grill in restaurant, but very hot, AC never working. Small pool, but the sea is 30m distance. I recommend for families.

We had the best experience with my wife and two kids! Amazing staff, clean room, great food and the beach was literally under our room terrace!
We are coming back here for sure!!!

All inclusive. Free wi-fi. Restaurant. Pool. Kids pool. Kids jacuzzi (5 min. free). Beach bar. Free sunbeds and shade in the green rows. First 2 rows paid only. Paid parking. Apartment with large 1+1 terraces. Steam iron. Cloth dryer in apartment. Minibar paid as usual. Large safe, but not sure if working. Air conditioning. Elevator. Free shuttle bus. Food is plentiful. Beach party. Clean beach. Rooms and bathrooms could use a little bit of detailing is cleanliness. Had no plug to bathtub. 🤔 Flexible room policy. All in all: recommended.

I went at the end of June 2022, a family with 2 children. The location is excellent, right on the beach. The natural reservation next to the hotel ensures an excellent coolness in the rooms. The cleanliness in the rooms was good, towels changed on time. The food in the restaurant was tasty but about 80% always the same. Because you don't go on vacation just to eat, for us it was ok and we had something suitable to eat at every meal.
