Where to stay in Khisarya

A large hotel, which in the past was on a level, but now the rooms are neglected, the corridors need urgent repair, there is a queue in the indoor pool and jacuzzi, the salt room is full and noisy. For this, 180 BGN per night is paid, which is too expensive. The good thing is that breakfast is superb and delicious. For this price I would not visit again, even at half the price it is currently.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel only because of the SPA. The room we stayed in had old furniture. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. We had breakfast included and it was okay. I wouldn’t recommend eating lunch or dinner in the restaurant.

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The food was delicious however a little too oily for my taste in example the risotto. The rooms and facilities were clean and kept up. However the salt room was a bit unattended and the salt machine wasn't on all the time. The pool is large and clean. The Sauna is okay. My whole stay was pleasant, I would visit again.

wonderful SPA!!! Polite and competent administrators! I recommend trying a massage or spa treatment with Christina. Skillful fingers! Wonderful master!!!

We just used the spa facilities at hotel Augusta, so cannot comment on the rooms. But the reception and spa were very clean and appealing, I think we would definitely book a night here next time we are in the south of Bulgaria. This time however we took a taxi from Plovdiv, it was about 50mins, well worth it. Spa usage was 35lv per person for a full day - indoor, outdoor and children's pool, sauna...

Evening was perfect staff atmosphere people. Nice lovely girl which I forgot to ask her Instagram as I was so drunk but anyway she had a boyfriend.She was really 🔥 hot as many Bulgarian girl.Nice . Thanks for everything. Many thanks to lovely lady from lobby bar she was so nice .

There is no safe at hotelroom so cleaning lady can steal whatever so the cleaning lady stole my iwatch en some sigarettes when leaving hotel I reported to reception they said we call back but only on bulgarian telefonnumber

In the morning i ordered a coffee at the hotel lobby-bar and polite and gentle girl in glasses made it, the coffee was good. But in evening a different barista made the same coffee and it was awful. It looked like a girl in the evening shift did not know how to make it at all. The hotel was full, there were many people. It is a shame that there are people who work in a 4-star hotel and don't know how...

Very nice hotel with indoor heated swimming pools and outdoor swimming pools. Technically some are hot tubs. Inside the large pool is on lane swimming and you need a swimming hat. The reduction for service comes from the fact that appointments for massages have to be made several days in advance. Otherwise the staff was ever polite and helpful.

Lots of space everywhere, the rooms are ok for 4 stars. Nice pool inside with very big space. Cristal water. The pool is deep and with corridors. Will need swimming cap. Do not go on the restaurant on the 5th floor- nothing for a lot's of money

We loved our stay. Mark down as it appears that, since its new owner took over 14 years ago, there hasn't been a refurb. Space and food are great. Spa services too. We will be back.

My family has stayed here for a second time in the last two years. I like this place a lot. Here comes a jacuzzi, pool, finish sauna, infrared sauna and some more things. It is included in the prize. The rooms are warm and clean. I can recommend this place to all

Highly recommend! This was probably one of the best spa hotels we’ve been this year. It has a decent size pool, 4 different types of sauna and a really nice outdoor hot-spring - all this was included in our room price, outside of that you could sing in for a few more relaxing activities. I agree with the previous comments. I would definitely return to Thai hotel. SPA services are great and you have an abundance of options. Saunas are renovated and great. The steam room was not working. Interesting why no one was working on it to fix it!? The rooms were small and the floor was old but the furniture was new. The outdoor pool was very cold. Overall for a three star hotel it was great

Very big room. Nice pool both outside and inside. We enjoyed spending time at the spa. Food at restaurant was also ok.

It's a bit difficult to rate the place. At first looks like they have a lot of facilities and everything you need but something is definitely off. The outdoor pool was still closed, ok, the outdoor hot water jacuzzi was working but it's really, really small for a hotel of this size and the use not organized so it's comfortable and available to everyone. Really nice and clean hotel. The kitchen is very good and the staff is really helpful and nice. The massages we booked were perfect. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much. Everything is described as on the website, the only remarks we have were that the coffee machine at breakfast we didn't really liked. We believed that the airco filters in the room weren't cleaned and the mini bar too noisy.

I loved the hotel. It's place is close to the center where you can visit different historical sites in Hisarya,Bulgaria. The food and beverages are so good and the staff are friendly, and pleasant. The spa centre is very good so the swimming pool.

Best place for SPA and relax in Hisarya town. Everything is fine, clean room with air-conditioning, clean pool and sauna all of them ready to use immediately. The staff is smiling and responsive. You will get good service for your money.

Best in town. Right in the centre. Free parking and wifi. Good breakfast and restaurant. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is a small indoor pool and spa. Strongly recommend.

This hotel is an absolute gem! The staff is friendly and catered to all of our needs. There's a notable attention to detail especially when it comes to the interior. It is beautifully decorated, my group and I were all impressed. Cozy and comfy, I slept like a baby there! I'd visit Hisarya again just to be able to stay there!

A really beautiful, clean and charming boutique hotel. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Being that there is no restaurant in the villa, they called to order us food from the nearby restaurant “Balkan” and went to pick it up for us!! we were so impressed. Very nice and cozy hotel, friendly and helpful staff. You get bikes dir free ans you can use the indoor sauna and steam bath aswell. The restaurant offers very good food.

Amazing rooms, nice and clean! Personnel, who is caring and helpful. I didn' t expect it, but they responded to my boyfriend' s request for gluten free breakfast in the last minute, which was a pleasant surprise and we are definitely going back for a longer stay.

Excellent location with caring staff where nothing seems to be too much.. Rooms are wonderfully equipped, very clean and with good beds. We certainly will come back and stay longer. Extra points for the gluten free breads that were freshly backed for me❤️that’s really awesome. 5* is max, but if possible I would give and extra point for that.

Very good place for a nice and peaceful holiday! The staff is very friendly. Our room was specious and beautiful with large balcony. Prices are reasonable. They accept credit cards and cash payments.

Rooms are big enough and clean. The location is great, near the park and not near other buildings. The swimming pool is very well organized and the room is ventilated, so humidity doesn't get unbearable as in other hotels with indoors spa, also suitable for little children. The breakfast is the biggest flaw, as it is comprised by the cheapest imitation of cheese, meat and vegetables you can imagine

Great spa centre with swimming pool with warm water, sauna and steam bath. Great room, clean, big and cosy with mineral water in bath. Very nice personal and the price was great. Very pleased with stay in the place.

The hotel is next to the central park and the most of the popular destinations. The staff are really kind. Nice food and facilities.

Great hotel, very clean and huge rooms, 24/7 bathing and spa area, helpful and friendly staff. The outside area is nice too, an extra outdoor pool would be awesome. Breakfast offers a variety of dishes although eggs were missing. Please note that there is no possibility for lunch or dinner at the Hotel. But there are plenty of opportunities in the surrounding area.

The hotel was in a great location, very clean rooms and perfect facilities for relax :) the staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely would visit it again ☺️

Room was clean and comfortable. However, the included breakfast (open buffet) wasn't very good. Also one of the 'perks' was table tennis which turned out to be located in a dirty basement which was super cold. All in all, given the price tag,. I guess there are better places around.

Aside from the beautifully made pool, there's no reason to consider this hotel. My room was moldy and cold (no ability to change their heat setting). Staff were borderline rude. The pool and steam room were closed early, opened late.

Great, simple and quiet place .... with many delicious delicacies, dishes and desserts / I recommend homemade ice cream - it's magical / there is a fresh beer and attentive host who is at your disposal and perfects your every whim .... I recommend !!
