We were here a week ago and booked another stay in a week's time. This stay coincided with English Open Snooker and I am crazy about snooker. I could not believe it when I was told Eurosport is not available on TV in the hotel. Then it appeared that there are only about 10 programs on TV, of which one was sport, but all others that I like e.g.National Geographic, Viasat History, History Channel, Viasat...

The room decoration is old and outdated, our toilet door would not close. Breakfast was not the best. Facilities are really good.

Very nice hotel with indoor heated swimming pools and outdoor swimming pools. Technically some are hot tubs. Inside the large pool is on lane swimming and you need a swimming hat. We loved our stay. Mark down as it appears that, since its new owner took over 14 years ago, there hasn't been a refurb. Space and food are great. Spa services too. We will be back.

I agree with the previous comments. I would definitely return to Thai hotel. SPA services are great and you have an abundance of options. Saunas are renovated and great. The steam room was not working. Interesting why no one was working on it to fix it!? The rooms were small and the floor was old but the furniture was new. The outdoor pool was very cold. Really nice and clean hotel. The kitchen is very good and the staff is really helpful and nice. The massages we booked were perfect. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much. Everything is described as on the website, the only remarks we have were that the coffee machine at breakfast we didn't really liked. We believed that the airco filters in the room weren't cleaned and the mini bar too noisy.

I loved the hotel. It's place is close to the center where you can visit different historical sites in Hisarya,Bulgaria. The food and beverages are so good and the staff are friendly, and pleasant. The spa centre is very good so the swimming pool.

Best place for SPA and relax in Hisarya town. Everything is fine, clean room with air-conditioning, clean pool and sauna all of them ready to use immediately. The staff is smiling and responsive. You will get good service for your money.

Nice relatively small hotel with very good location. Large well furnished rooms and polite friendly staff. Not bad SPA complex and tasty food in the restaurants. The hotel is next to the orthodox church and just 2-3 minutes walking from the park "Lily of the valey" where you can see very interesting well preserved ruins from Roman time and a bit further the famous East Entrance of the fortress.

Very good hotel! No additional charges for small dogs - we were with two chihuahuas. 🐕🐕 Rooms are big, clean and cozy. Nice staff and breakfast. Definitely recommend!🙏

The room is not so big, quite too narrow for 2 people to fit in. Breakfast is good with varieties of food available. The frontdesk staff are good except the night shift GSAa that seemed like they didn't understand clients situations for late check ins.

This was our second stay at this Holiday Inn. The first time was in the spring a few years ago. That was a great stay. This year, we came in the summer, and we would not return to this hotel during the summer season. Unfortunately, the AC used at the hotel is a central AC so it does not matter how much you try to change the temperature in the room, we could not get it to cool below 29 or 28 degrees...

Park hotel Sankt Peterburg in Plovdiv is one of the best hotel in the city. Incredible hotel as regards the facilities, interior design restaurant. The attraction of the hotel is the movable roof on the facing floor at the restaurant. I was visiting the restorant! It is special place. The second floor and the opening roof are incredible. The service was poor, but taking in to account the size of the event with 760 guests, it was acceptable. I'm not sure, if it works for family dining. The parking space in front of the hotel is restricted. I did not have the possibility to check the rooms. In general was good!

This iconic building of my beatiful city of birth is still OK yet the interior is very old-fashioned. If I was a tourist I would not prefer this one for my stay but the other popular hotels in the city ("Landmark" is a great one).

One word : "Magnificent" ( when there's not a wedding taking place) from the the moment you enter the front door we felt transported to places of beauty and mystery in all its details. Don't over sleep breakfast is romantic and delightful good ( the grape juice is great) *only down side is there book a lot of wedding which lock up the better rooms and the whole hotel including the resturant.

It is set in a really nice and quiet region. The air you breath, you can feel its cleanness. The food is amazing. The service and the staff are also very kind and positive, always with a smile. The hotel also has an inside pool, which is a big plus. The corridors are clean and the rooms, too. You can just get carried away and lose yourself in there.

The hotel is good, rooms are comfortable, a little bit noisy sometimes (wind makes the winter decorations hit the walls), but the breakfast was 7/10 in my opinion: variety yes, quality so-so. This place is the best hotel in Plovdiv hands down. Its a brand new building so that helps for sure. Everything was clean and new, the service was great. New towels every day, free water every day. Bathroom has a bluetooth speaker which is a nice plus. The walk in shower is awesome.

A very unassuming hotel in the first instance, tucked away from the road. It has free parking and a Tesla supercharger onsite (which is free to charge at!), as well as a wonderfully laid out breakfast with a wide selection of choices. Rooms are comfy, spacious, and clean. The staff at the restaurant was very rude and vain. After being shown two different rooms, we chose to stay at another hotel. The latches were missing and it looked like someone went kicking doors.

Furniture is old and outdated, the climate control system did not work. The carpeting had a very cheap feel to it and the bathroom sink was cracked. The lighting was not very bright and the nearby busy street produces noises all night. The room is not very big. There are some nice things like the indoor swimming pool but overall I don't think it is worth it.
