We were here a week ago and booked another stay in a week's time. This stay coincided with English Open Snooker and I am crazy about snooker. I could not believe it when I was told Eurosport is not available on TV in the hotel. Then it appeared that there are only about 10 programs on TV, of which one was sport, but all others that I like e.g.National Geographic, Viasat History, History Channel, Viasat...

The room decoration is old and outdated, our toilet door would not close. Breakfast was not the best. Facilities are really good.

In the morning i ordered a coffee at the hotel lobby-bar and polite and gentle girl in glasses made it, the coffee was good. But in evening a different barista made the same coffee and it was awful. Very nice hotel with indoor heated swimming pools and outdoor swimming pools. Technically some are hot tubs. Inside the large pool is on lane swimming and you need a swimming hat. Visit Hissar If you planning to visit hissar, please do so, this is the hotel you should stay! Definitely worth!!! The spa, the room, restaurant everything was perfect of course the staff!!!

The hotel was very clean, the pool too. The staff was very nice and polite. The food in the restaurant was varied and very tasty. Unfortunately, the water in the pool was quite cold for mineral water. It is located in a very convenient place, close to everything. There is a parking lot.

Our third stay at this hotel. Always satisfied. Friendly, helpful staff. Dinners tasty and reasonably priced. Breakfast the same each day but varied and fresh.

Really nice and clean hotel. The kitchen is very good and the staff is really helpful and nice. The massages we booked were perfect. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much. Everything is described as on the website, the only remarks we have were that the coffee machine at breakfast we didn't really liked. We believed that the airco filters in the room weren't cleaned and the mini bar too noisy.

I loved the hotel. It's place is close to the center where you can visit different historical sites in Hisarya,Bulgaria. The food and beverages are so good and the staff are friendly, and pleasant. The spa centre is very good so the swimming pool.

We were staying for 2 nights. I have never been to a SPA hotel before so it was ok. The indoor pool is very smal. The Sauna is leeking from the ceiling. Everything else was fine. I am not amazed but it wasn't a vad experience.

A very nice hotel to sleep, eat and relax for a business stay or to explore the great city of Plovdiv for a couple of days. Everything is great and comfortable in the room, clean bathroom, nice bed, tv and climate control. The restaurant serves delicious meals and the breakfast is excellent. Name it and it is available in the buffet for breakfast. And the staff are really friendly and helpful.

Fine modern hotel in a good location. This hotel just works and serves great buffet breakfasts with wide food choices.

The room is not so big, quite too narrow for 2 people to fit in. Breakfast is good with varieties of food available. The frontdesk staff are good except the night shift GSAa that seemed like they didn't understand clients situations for late check ins.

This was our second stay at this Holiday Inn. The first time was in the spring a few years ago. That was a great stay. This year, we came in the summer, and we would not return to this hotel during the summer season. Unfortunately, the AC used at the hotel is a central AC so it does not matter how much you try to change the temperature in the room, we could not get it to cool below 29 or 28 degrees...

Our stay at Holiday Inn Plovdiv was absolutely amazing. Tasty food and clean rooms were part of our daily experience. Highly recommend it !

All Staff was very attentive and the hotel is very clean and tidy (10/10) reception have a good knowledge of English, some staff have limited English, this does not deter there ability's and are keen to assist and get help as and when needed. The hotel in general has a very welcoming and friendly attitudes to all nationalities would definitely stay there again

I had a very nice stay at that hotel and I could enjoy the kindness of the staff, especially Viktor and Peter that help me a lot to solve the problem of a flat tyre on my rental car. they made me aware that I had a flat tyre and then help me to find a local tyre repair service that could make the repair on the parking of the hotel. The hotel is ok at all, but i have some remarks. The room was ok, but the bathroom wasn't. The shower rossete was filled with fist of hair and the valves of the sink were spoiled

Park hotel Sankt Peterburg in Plovdiv is one of the best hotel in the city. Incredible hotel as regards the facilities, interior design restaurant. The attraction of the hotel is the movable roof on the facing floor at the restaurant. It is really nice to dance under the sky and starts during the early evening or daytime during the day if you join an evet. Service very good and supportive.

This iconic building of my beatiful city of birth is still OK yet the interior is very old-fashioned. If I was a tourist I would not prefer this one for my stay but the other popular hotels in the city ("Landmark" is a great one).

One word : "Magnificent" ( when there's not a wedding taking place) from the the moment you enter the front door we felt transported to places of beauty and mystery in all its details. Don't over sleep breakfast is romantic and delightful good ( the grape juice is great) *only down side is there book a lot of wedding which lock up the better rooms and the whole hotel including the resturant.

It is a decent hotel (3stars) near the center of the city of Plovdiv. Clean but old. The people working here are very friendly and polite. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The faucet in the shower was not working properly. Free parking. Wifi in the rooms was very unstable, I had to use 5g from my phone for work. It looks like the breakfast no longer served (or maybe there were no other guests). Receptionist was very helpful and directed me to a small cafe / local bakery in the store on the other side of the road.

What can I tell about this place, they try their best. Rooms are clean but not to clean, food is not the best, only thing great about this place is staff, they are super friendly. All in all an ok place to stay in.

The hotel is very beautiful but some of the room amenity choices was a bit odd. For the positives, the bathroom was clean and even had a grab bar near the toilet, which was a nice accessibility touch while the shower was perfectly functional. The hotel was beautiful with marble throughout and lots of character. I’ve been travelling the world for 6 months and this is the nicest room I have had in any country. It is in the centre of the old town within easy walk of places of interest and yet it is very quiet. The owners were kind and helpful and the food was very good. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Travelled with our pet - that's the reason why we picked this hotel actually - it's a dog friendly place. The location is superb, but the rooms are kinda average. The room fully matched its description. Enough space, clean and tiny. Drinking water, tea pot and espresso machine were available. Iron and ironing board were also available. Breakfast was excellent, with wide variety of choices. Location was good- 5-7 min walk from the old city.

One of the best Spa Hotels that we have visited recently where the customer service is outstanding and the Spa was included in the price of the room! Upon arrival at the hotel the Staff advised us that they are giving us a free upgrade to a premium room. We had booked a standard room so that was a very pleasant surprise for us. The hotel is in a decent location. It's about a half mile walk to the main area of the pedestrian walk. The rooms are a bit run down, tired and not kept up. The beds are not very comfortable, very hard. The bathroom has an old-fashioned tub, so you have to be careful getting in and out. The buffet breakfast was very average. The pool was nice.

This hotel has a very good location, right in the ancient city, opposite the pedestrian street. The hotel environment is very good. There is an open-air swimming pool on the first floor with many people swimming and sunbathing. There is a bar next to it. The service is warm and thoughtful. The only drawback is that the facilities are a bit old.

I don't know what it's like in a 5 star hotel, but I think this is the best 4 star hotel I've ever stayed at considering all aspects of comfort. Cleanliness in the smallest detail, everything is checked and rearranged.
